Our stay at Nobu Hotel Las Vegas was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hospitality truly sets this place apart — every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience special. From the seamless check-in to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, we felt completely taken care of. If you’re looking for luxury paired with impeccable service, Nobu delivers in every way.

The hotel is superb, very boutique brand and the bedrooms were exceptional. The housekeepers kept the bedrooms each and every day to a very high quality. We stayed from 3rd to 11th February 2026, and would definately recommend the hotel. Massive thanks to Casey who displayed the most fantastic customer service experience. We have been to Las Vegas six times, and this is the best hotel to stay in.
Disastrous Experience at Nobu: Overpriced, Overbooked, and Unapologetic

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Nobu in Las Vegas that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that our room had been given away, and we were relocated to Caesars Palace instead. We had paid a premium to stay at Nobu, expecting a unique experience, so this was incredibly frustrating. The staff at Caesars was unhelpful and repeatedly insisted that Nobu was not affiliated with Caesars, despite them being the ones who moved us there. No effort was made to apologize or rectify the situation, and the room we received at Caesars was worth half of what we paid for at Nobu. Before our stay, we received countless promotional emails detailing what to expect during our Nobu stay, which made the switch even more disheartening. To make matters worse, when we finally accessed our room, the hot water didn't work. Our reservation was through Amex's Hotel Collection, and the lack of support there was staggering. Amex directed us back to the front desk, where several managers showed a complete lack of care. They refused to honor the breakfast credits included with our original booking. Nobu has many negative reviews online, and I regret ignoring them. I strongly advise others to reconsider their choices and avoid this hotel at all costs. The service, or lack thereof, was unacceptable, and our experience was far from what we were promised.

Had a great time at this hotel. A nice boutique hotel inside of Caesars. The staff was very helpful and made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

Customer service is amazing. We have been visiting Nobu frequently this past year and when we check in Gizelle is always amazing, courteous, and friendly. She always goes out of her way to see how we are doing and if we need anything.
