Good but…..Could be better!!!

HizWifey2010 on Jun 30, 2022

Check in wasn’t until 3pm which is late. There wasn’t an early check in option. Refrigerator couldn’t be used without a $75 charge. There was no microwave. View was horrible even though we paid for a city view room. I will NEVER book Nobu again. The room was very basic as well. The pictures look totally different than the actual room. The walk was quite long to the room.

Thank you Jade and Gizelle

Juliavit2000 (Naperville, Illinois) on Jun 27, 2022

Service is great and the hotel is beautiful. Jade and Gizelle were very kind and helpful when checking in. They answered any questions we had and helped us upgrade our rooms. They also helped us make dinner reservations. Great experience overall!!

Too many fees for everything

jose r on Jun 26, 2022

Great place to stay, with great details. They charge so many fees it seems like they just add random stuff just to charge you and they rename the same fee to charge you double. $258.00 for two nights + $64.70 taxes and fees + $104.00 ($52/day) resort fees + $36.00 “($18/day) parking fees = $462.70. If you get a ticket for parking it’s $25/day. Pools were full of people with no shade on any side of the 7 or 8 pools unless you rent an expensive cabana. The hotel is very big and will get lost, food is good, entertainment is good. The shops are awesome. The parking building has no ventilation it’s hot and humid. Parking structure elevators suck! Only one working out of 4! And that 4th one only brought up people so no room to go down.

Ubermodele (Baton Rouge, Louisiana) on Jun 26, 2022

I requested early check-in when I reserved, but when I arrived at 9AM, my room was not ready. I checked again at 11AM, 12:45PM, 1:45PM, 2:30PM and 3:30PM. I checked again at 3:45PM. Nope. Miraculously at 4:03PM, my room was ready. I was shocked and surprised how my room wasn't available all day, including 15 minutes prior to this point, but suddenly, at regular check-in time, it's now available. I questioned that. The hostess on the right whispered something to the hostess on the left, who was helping me. The hostess on the left looked closer at my reservation and whispered a question to the hostess on the right, who whispered a response back. I found this nefarious and extremely unprofessional. I later deduced the hostess on the right deliberately blocked my early check-in! This upset me a lot. My rationale behind this is supported by the fact my suite was ready earlier than stated. When I checked in, the floor, table, sinks etc. were long dry, as opposed to damp or drying from a recent cleaning. I formally complained early the next morning with a male host, who was patient and kind and apologetic for the hostess's behavior the prior day. He reiterated whispering was not the thing to do and it caused a lack of trust. BINGO!!! He provided more detail regarding the rooms requiring management inspection before releasing for check-in, which made sense. He offered to find out when my suite was approved, which I decided was not necessary. I thanked him for his time and explanations. My purpose in filing this complaint is to communicate my disappointment with the hostess on the right. She is the person who told me on each inquiry my room was not yet ready without checking the computer; however, miraculously from 3:30PM to 4:03PM, my room was ready when the other hostess on the left checked the computer. Also, the whispering occurred for SOME reason, which I can only understand to be dishonest and unprofessional. It left me with a bad feeling which could have put a damper on my trip. Everytime I saw her after that, all I could think about is how dirty and unprofessional I believe her to be.

Nothing special about this hotel

humyksh on Jun 09, 2022

This was a business/family trip. Overall VERY average.. nothing special about the room… the only thing I remember about the room is how DARK it was. l felt like my eyesight was going bad because the room was super dim. They only had 3 lamps in the room and no other lighting source. The decor… was alright- Having been to Japan.. i guess they “tried”with the Japanese theme. But again, nothing special or different compared to the other hotels along the vegas strip. The room next to ours was VERY loud and I could hear everything they were saying. When mentioned this to the front desk, they stated they didn’t really take care of this kind of stuff and sent me off to the security guard. When I told the security guard, he literally said, so why are you here. When I told him that the front desk had sent me, he went off saying things like how front desk is not doing their job and slacking.. blah blah blah. Nothing got resolved so I just walked away. When I checked out- they charged me for an “additional” guest fee. No one had told me about this when I was checking in. I was with my husband and my son. They considered the 3rd person as an “additional” guest and have neglected to tell me. I stayed in their 2 bedroom room so I honestly am still bitter about this nonsense charge. Overall I would not come back here again. Also no coffee machine in the room and you can’t use the refrigerator for personal use.
