After being “upgraded” to the NOBU it didn’t seem like a upgrade at all and I’m really disappointed that my 1st stay in Vegas at luxury resort seemed like Best Western No view after asking for one Repeatedly had to ask for basic necessities Charger ports were broken Shower didn’t work properly

Extremely Upset

We booked Nobu hotel months ago and when we got here (early in the day), they told us we were re-booked at Caesars Palace. We specifically booked Nobu as we had a nice experience previously. They just “bumped” us saying they had no room. We were furious and extremely disappointed. Beware!!

Superb hotel

Room was spacious and we had a good view of the strip. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful. Had free coffees in the mornings and free cocktails for an hour in the afternoon. Short walk to centre of Caesars Palace.

Excellent & Relaxing Stay

We were very impressed by the emails from the concierge before we even arrived to answer any questions or concerns we had . The check in agents were very friendly & professional and really helped us out with everything even getting on the guest list for the Omnia nightclub. We found the room very cozy , clean & extremely comfortable. The shower had a spa like feeling with very good pressure & very hot water unlike some of the reviews on here . Our room was cleaned very well everyday with lots of towels & amenities. We enjoyed the free drinks everyday by very friendly bar staff & enjoyed the coffee maker in our room . We couldn’t find a single flaw here at Nobu & we will definitely be coming back soon !

I had a lot of expectations from this hotel but they came crashing down the moment we walked into the room which had no coffee, no fridge, no breakfast, unclean mirror and badly made bed. Bare minimum
