Rooms have no beach view. Management refused to speak with us, when we complained. There are certainly much better deals in Costa Rica.
Amazing Stay!

Our stay at Azura was absolutely beautiful! The views were stunning, the food was delicious, and the amenities were all very impressive! The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond to help us have the best time possible - Rolo and Wendy were particularly bright parts of our stay! Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing, and fun time at Azura and a great first visit to Costa Rica!
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RESORT

DO NOT BOOK HERE. We checked in and our entire room was filthy. The bed had blood and urine stains all over. The bathroom fixtures were all rusted and the sink was leaking anytime we turned the water on. The roof had BLACK MOLD all over it. The couch had stains and mold all over. The shower head was dirty and had mold on the corners. The resort pool water was too low for the filter and the water was basically just sitting and not filtering at all. The gym was a joke. The door handle is a zip tie. The walls have mold and termites eating away at them. The equipment broke halfway through a workout and we were hurt by the impact of falling. This resort is a complete joke. Not even half a star. To make matters worse, the hotel staff are complete liars and they refused to allow me to speak to anyone in charge. They would not provide management or any corporate contact. STAY AWAY. Check photographs!!

The staff at Azure went above and beyond for us, especially Rolo, he made us feel incredibly welcome and at home here for the week. This was one of the best vacations we have ever been on. Beautiful country and great resort!
Outstanding first visit to Costa Rica

We were moved to Azura from Hotel Villa Playas next door and what a pleasant surprise! Quiet, beautiful, clean and excellent food. We were provided excellent services throughout our week stay. We would like to acknowledge Jesu, Luz, Luis, Julian, Alejandro (outstanding bartender at pool bar), Rolando, David, Hazel , the chefs and all the staff. Muchas Gracias!
