Best experience ever, the staff is so kind and always smilling. Axel made our experience so much better and all of the staff also. The food was so good, beach is right in front and a lot of activities to do. Thank you Luz also the best manager ever! Thanks you Azura Team!

The stay was serene and tranquil. I would highly recommend! The rooms were clean and we had all that we needed for the stay: There is a shop on the property in case you forgot something. The staff is so friendly and the food is delicious! If you are looking for a party scene, this is not the place. We wanted quiet and peaceful and that’s exactly what we got!

Very beautiful and relaxing resort with a very low key chill vibe. Service was excellent. We were greeted by Nahum at the front desk with champagne. Every time we saw him he always checked in on us. Luz and Wendy at the concierge desk took care of our every need on and off property by arranging taxis, excursions and dinner each night. Our bartenders Brayan at the pool and Bryner at the main bar always made sure our drinks were plentiful and tasty. Eden was one of our servers who was unbelievably kind even with other guests were not. Finally our server/partime bartender Luis took care of our every culinary request and always had a kind word and a funny comment when we were with him. We also enjoyed Victor, Jose’,Kayla, Hazel, Dani, and Heraldo. The staff truly made our visit exceptional.

This resort is beautiful & I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. They work very hard to insure their guests have a wonderful experience!! I live in Las Vegas & I wish hotel employees here do as great of a job as the Azura Hotel employees. I loved my stay. I wish they had a little more entertainment in the evenings.

Tried to check in without prior reservation, worst experience ever, the guy at the entrance told me they were 100% full, I couldn’t go in to see. I looked online and they did have plenty of rooms…Never again would I try to go to this hotel, after the first taste
