Kenneth at Bocatto is amazing. Attentive and always wanting to please his customers. He makes your dining experience just that, an experience.
shout out to Kenneth and Diego

Kenneth and Diego were excellent. They really made our trip memorable with little details and extra care. The resort itself is lovely and small, a true boutique feel. This isnt a party resort but rather a quiet retiree vibe. Liquor selection is on the lower end. The selection is bottom shelf and limited. Cocktails are a better choice.
Farid and George KILLED IT

The trip was absolutely awesome! The bartenders at the pool knocked it put of the water (no pun intended)! With a smile on their face they served us from sun up to sun down! They made an effort to connect with each of visitors at the pool joking with us.. aiming to create a cheerful environment for all the visitors. Their names were Farid, and George (most significantly) and Yeison. They absolutely made our trip!! Hats off to the phenomenal service they provided!
12/10 experience

Yeison, farid and George have given us the absolute best service, me and my husband came for our honeymoon and absolutely loved this place because of this team. They work so hard and always have smiles on their faces. Walking away from our trip calling them friends, thank you to them for the best experience at Azura.
Still Enjoyable but Slipping

We have visited this resort in the past and always enjoy ourselves. Having said this, the quality and variety of the food has definitely declined. One morning there was no coffee available anywhere on the resort and the staff advised that the coffee bean delivery was delayed. We were also served inedible, significantly undercooked noodles in the Asian restaurant. The staff are pleasant and helpful, but significantly overworked, especially in the restaurants. It would be appreciated if the resort included a few more non-Spanish satellite channels for the guests (beyond news channels). The resort aspires to be a 5 star facility but is definitely a 4 star resort. Keep this in mind when considering the cost of stay. Perhaps the management are focusing on the sales of the luxury condominium resort that will be constructed next to the Azura?
