This hotel is very conveniently located next to LAX with a free shuttle to the hotel. Be aware, the shuttle gets very crowded and people get left behind, so give yourself lots of extra time heading to the airport. Other than that, it was a fabulous hotel experience when I had a long connection time between flights. The room was big, clean and the bedding was very comfortable and of good quality. The bathroom was a good size and the room was very quiet in spite of being right by the airport. The restaurant is not cheap, but had a good selection of food and wine, so I enjoyed a nice meal right in the hotel. There is very little within walking distance so we stayed in, but the bar was lively and service very good The staff was helpful and check in was easy

We stay here whenever we land in Los Angeles. Great location, super convenient for our stay requirements. Early check in (with fee) is so nice when we arrive on an early morning flight. Only negative comment is we had little to no soap/body wash in the bathroom. Sad this was missed in the housekeeping checks. Overall great stay.

After a long wait for the shuttle the check in was very easy and quick. No bathroom or slippers in room. I called housekeeping and they brought 2 bathrobes to my room immediately. Happy to see a fridge. Used the TV. Took a shower and had all the necessary items for that. Great electric connections at the bedside.

Room booked as part of an International Team sporting event representing Australia in the USA. Within a couple of weeks of booking (but still more than 30 days before staying) upon advice, we rang the hotel to double check on advice to determine if our sporting equipment would be accepetable at the location - we were advised it would not - which we later discovered was hidden in the fineprint on the website - albeit not on the terms and conditions of the booking agent representing. We contacted our booking agent who liased with the hotel to cancel the booking (or transfer a credit to a more suitable property in the chain that could accommodate our request) which was flat our refused based on the original booking class. Pretty disappoitning that there was absolutely no latitude given the circumstabce - we would have been happy to stay at a different location or look a partial credit (to that end the boking was only a c.$200AUD). Now we will ensure that we never stay at a Hyatt property in the future, nor will we be postively be recommending to others.

Awesome location, quiet rooms, clean, friendly staff and great price. Surprised for being 5min drive to airport that it would be this nice, and at a really competitive, reasonable rate. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends.
