I enjoyed my stay except for that there was no way to stream Netflix on TV in the room. Their TV was not a smart TV and they did not have chrome cast.

The Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport provided amazing service and created a safe and pleasant place to stay. The staff made sure that our stay was memorable and without any issues. The food at Beckett's was amazing. The staff provided excellent customer service. We have no complaints.

Hotel is updated and well maintained. Staff is courteous and professional, always ready to help. An excellent choice if stay near LAX.

I never write hotel reviews, so you know the Hyatt did something right!! All the basics are great — smooth check-in, nice room, clean facilities, delicious buffet breakfast — but it was Evelyn, the hotel manager, who was our personal hero! Our son had forgotten his beloved stuffed elephant at the hotel, and after a panicked phone call from the airport, Evelyn personally found the elephant, sent us a photo of him, and then delivered him into our very grateful little boy’s arms! This was customer service excellence like I have never experienced!!! I’ve never been one to prioritize any particular brand of hotel in the past, but this alone has me thinking we might just be Hyatt folks from now on. Thank you Evelyn and all the front desk staff for saving our holiday!!

Very close to the airport, the shuttle go to the airport every half hour, the drivers very friendly. The room was clean and housekeeping was great.
