Great convenience, regular shuttle with helpful drivers. All as expected. If you are on a layover or getting in the night before for an early flight this is a good choice.

This hotel is really close to the airport. They provide quick shuttle service to this hotel from LAX. Every 20 minutes or so. Easy check in and out. Close to take out spots and dispensaries

The location of the hotel is very close to LAX. Staff were very accommodating and the room was clean as spacious. The HVAC system work very well.

This was a one night stay while I was in transit. I prefer to stay at the Hyatt Regency. I have stayed at Hyatt House and Hyatt place in the past. These are typically 1 night transit stays,
Would've given 5 stars if they had a smart TV

I enjoyed my stay except for that there was no way to stream Netflix on TV in the room. Their TV was not a smart TV and they did not have chrome cast.
