For my first ever solo trip to LA, the hotel had an amazing bar, breakfast selection, quality bed & luxurious pillows and shuttle bus to the airport.

I stayed here one time. I wasn't sure if I would like this hotel. It is directly adjacent to the airport. I just needed a place to stay for 1 night. As it turns out, I was very impressed. As a Hyatt Globalist, they gave me the largest suite I have ever seen. It had a view of the runway and it was surprisingly quiet. It seemed like 3 rooms put together. They have seriously sturdy windows. But I really want to call out the staff. They are TOP NOTCH. Come to think of it this is a REGENCY so of course they give you the ROYAL treatment. I appreciated the friendly welcome email, and they answered all my questions on the phone and in-person. Even the breakfast staff was wonderful. You guys have a good thing going here!

I can’t say enough about the service that I received at this hotel. Oscar the bellman was super friendly and just a joy to encounter. Hyatt is lucky to have him. The convienience of location to the airport along with the shuttle service make this hotel a great choice. I ordered room service and the service was fast and the food delicious. This hotel hands down had the best service I have ever received from a hotel of this level. Kudos to the management here.

Clean and check in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice layover hotel. Came in late. Room was clean and quiet. Checkout simple.

Holy smokes! Best bed I'd slept in in weeks! Upgraded to a high floor with a view of the airport. Never heard it! Very convenient to have a free shuttle service and the hotel is so close and convenient! Restaurant has a fast and friendly staff. Will definitely stay next time I take a positioning flight to LAX.
