Nice location as it is very near the airport. Convenient shuttle is also provided from the airport to thenhotel, and back. Clean and new rooms. My son ejoyed the stay as we both had a comfortable lay over after watching a Lakers game. Will stay here again.

This is a well-managed LAX airport hotel. Rooms are updated with modern convenience, such as USB ports. Great sound insulation as you cannot hear any airport noise at all even though it is the closest hotel to LAX. Airport shuttle runs continuously but you can also walk to the airport if you prefer.

Arrived with early check-in planned. Room wasn’t ready but Elizabeth was happy to accommodate us and move us to a room that was ready, and with a smile. When we checked out, we had a read eye flight but still had a lot of sight seeing and they were also able to store our luggage while we toured LA/Santa Monica and then came back later that evening. Everything was nice and clean. Friendly staff. The only issue, even though I gave 5 stars, if you eat in the restaurant, they will automatically add a 20% service charge so that voided my tip. I normally start at 30% and work down but because they take it upon themselves to charge 20% automatically (2 people) no tip was left and the bill for the buffet came out to $100 ($38 each plus tax and “tip” to be divided). For the record though it would’ve been higher, but it’s a matter of principal. The staff and food were great. Still highly recommend the stay there.

Overall was great except the check in and verifying name process. They called me after I slept (around 11:30pm) and woke me up to verify my name which they should do when I checked in. Other things were doing well, like providing the water and offering bags storage service.

Hotel is ok, overpriced though especially the breakfast buffet. Staff is amazing, options are poor. Be very confident of the people you're going with as the bathroom doors in the room are sliding, there's close to 0 privacy. Deposit, takes ages to be removed. Still waiting for me to be unblocked.
