Our server Aurora dining lounge was awesome great customer services would come back . Food was great came out fresh . She always checked up on us and asked if everything was good. always

Fantastic hotel just a shuttle ride away from LAX. Great rooms, excellent front desk staff and delicious and fast room service. Perfect for staying on business.

Room is spacious, modern, and clean. Went down to the hotel restaurant for dinner and Felipe was fabulous. I was acknowledged right away once seated and my drink never ran dry. He was busy with several tables and made sure we were all consistently checked on. He made my dining experience relaxing and great!

You need to read the review to see why I gave it a 2. Not for the hotel or the staff, both are a 10. It's when I used my points earned for a night, the taxes and fees were close to what I paid for the room. The quick breakfast for an adult and a kid where close to the taxes and fee add-on. I was used to Marriott for 20 years. I have another company and am trying to decide which chain to connect to the company cards and travel. If I am going to have a large bill after each stay earned, that does not make good business sense. I will settle for a 4-star property vs a 5.

Better than expected. All staff were friendly and helpful. Gym is excellent. Walking distance from airport. There is also a shuttle service but I prefer to walk when possible.
