The hotel was very comfortable, bellmen and front desk very attentive and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

This is a beautiful hotel close to the airport. Shuttle service was convenient; staff upon check in was friendly and the room was wonderful.

Close to the terminal, free pick up shuttle easy to find the location in the terminal. Get upgraded room. Globalist is recognized

Airport hotels are different from most other hotels. They are busy with late check-ins, very early departures, and crazy clients either returning home, off to business meetings, or on the vacation of a lifetime. I've been staying at the HYATT REGENCY LAX for decades. I remember when it was the 'old' Hyatt, was under another flag for a period, and then returned to Hyatt after a grand renovation. It is the closest hotel to the airport, and if flying Southwest, it's a very quick, easy walk to a clean, comfortable stay. My room experience is always great. The housekeeping standards are perfect. The gym has everything one might need, and the restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast that starts EARLY (THANK YOU!!). But what REALLY makes a hotel? Above all, in my opinion ... it's the PEOPLE that make the hotel. I often return for no reason other than there are wonderful team members who make a visit more like 'returning home'. This past visit, I met a wonderful lady at 'check in' (It was her birthday on May 1... I apologize for forgetting her name). I met another EXTRAORDINARY lady while enjoying my breakfast this morning. MADY is the perfect example of a team member that all others should strive to replicate. Mady was working 'nonstop' the entire time I was in the dining room. She was cleaning countertops, checking food presentation, touching up and checking table settings, all while supporting the team throughout the morning. As busy as she was, she NEVER failed to acknowledge guests with a warm smile and a genuine greeting. She was lovely, and we both shared a laugh of two... and created a memory that I will ALWAYS remember when I return to your hotel. Mady is the PERFECT employee that all others could learn from. Please let Mady know that her fellow 'Italian' from Saturday morning will be back, and I will hope to see her. I will look forward to my return....As I do with your sister hotels like the Park Hyatt Chicago, Park Hyatt New York, and so many others, where an employee has made an impression that has kept me looking forward to return visits for many years. Bravo, Hyatt. This is why I have been a Globalist for years...inches away from Lifetime Status. Thank you!!! JE PS: I do miss the club. :)

Great hotel staff and accommodations! Excellent restaurant. So close to airport and very timely and efficient shuttle bus to LAX terminals. Best Hotel location for ease of travel.
