Excellent Customer Service

Ulices Hernandez-Assistant Front Office Manager was great! Receiving an email prior to check in with important shuttle and hotel information was so helpful! The shuttle was quick and easy. Although it is close to the airport we weren’t disturbed by any airport noise. Highly recommend!

Don’t stay here

Horrible don’t stay here. All the flight attendants stay here and there’s long lines at 2 AM in the morning to get a room. 30 minute wait in the lobby for a room. Truly ridiculous. Feels exactly how you’d expect an airport hotel to feel. Kind of clean but not new or nice. I’d do what I can to avoid this place.

Closest to airport!

I flew in from Singapore, which was a good flight, and was anxious to get to the hotel. Having sat on the place for 15 + hours, it felt good to walk, so I did not look for the van. The walk is not a scenic delight, but is quite doable and level, .8 miles from the international terminal. I even walked back the next morning. I almost stayed at this hotel several years ago when it was undergoing a rebranding, but it was getting bad reviews and I cancelled. But this time it was OK. The decor in the lobby is rather sterile and the corridors long and kind of boring. No matter. I went to the bar and had a glass of wine and a very good spinach salad, then went to my room, which was quite comfortable and attractive. The staff I spoke to at the front desk, bar and at breakfast, were friendly and helpful. Airport hotels like this are not inexpensive, but this was money well spent!

Horrible Staff

The front desk is absolutely useless. They have no information and are unwilling to help anyone for any reason. They can’t even answer the simplest question about the airport shuttle, which has their name on it, though they claim they have nothing to do with it. This is a new low of incapability. Don’t be fooled by the pretty lobby. Not worth it.

Not quite pleased

Room lacks soundproofing, we could hear everything the next door guest were talking about and doing; bathroom door was a joke (prepare to hear every sound from the toilet) On a side note i put a note to get a room closer to elevator but got 3rd furthest. :(
