Was pleasantly surprised. Modern, clean & comfortable rooms, great customer service during check in and at the restaurant , good location only steps from LAX. I will be back.

We stayed only one night at the Hyatt Regency, but we had a great experience. The staff was very accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and they weer able to let us check in without any early check-in charges. The facilities of the hotel are spotless, everything was in excellent condition. We had breakfast at their restaurant, and though the prices reflect the cost of living in LA, the service and the food were excellent. For the type of hotel that this is, I found it to be excellent. I have stayed in comparable hotels from other chains, and the Hyatt has surpassed my expectations in terms of the facilities, the service and overall experience. I highly recommend.

The bar was the best ! Our waiter Philippe was awesome !! Friendly and kind! The lemon drops were amazing and the food is great also a great way to start our vacation

Excellent location and great staff. Enjoyed a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were wonderful and were the best part of the stay. The shuttle was on time and the shuttle driver was engaging and helped with the luggage. Will definitely stay here again

Clean room. Depressingly dark and smelly Fitness Center. The "business office" was just a printer inside a cabinet. The location was great - we could wheel our carry-on suitcases directly to the airport (Terminal 7).
