Shuttle pickup/drop off very efficient, drivers very helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Food and Bar were just fine (servers friendly and food good). Nice and close to LAX -- would definitely stay here again (we have stayed here 2 or 3 times in the past).
Lax Transfer stay

Good location for between flight stay. Room was clean and well supplied. Noise level was better than expected. Did not lack for anything.
Somewhat depressing airport hotel

Somewhat depressing airport hotel. The entrance is through the Quik Park parking lot with doors that open from there. Grim. I paid for King room with bathtub and was given a small room with a shower. I protested having already paid and eventually ended up with a bath, essential after 16 hours in the air. There is no room service! There's a busy restaurant, a lively bar, a market where y ou can buy chips and drinks. I bought two small bottles San Pellegrino and a tiny pack of salami and cheese and it cost $US 20. The hotel has had a small tart up but it's basically a tired old hotel where I expect flight attendants likely stay.
Smoke Smell in Rooms

So convenient for flights and helpful staff at almost every stop, but room smelled like smoke (from the vent system not the room itself) and ruined the night honestly. Someone less sensitive may not notice but it was enough to give me a headache.

Great Hyatt to stay. Staff was amazing. Great location. they really try hard to be nice to the guest. Great value for the money.
