The bed was hard, I did not get any sleep. We had a 2 queen bed on the 4th floor. When I told the front desk she offered to pay for the coffee I had charged to room.

I have stayed before and will stay again, this is my#1 choice of LAX airport hotel. Over the last 30 years I have stayed at a few hotels in the area and this is by far the most comfortable and quiet. Some have been unbearably loud with airplane noise. I don’t look for others anymore. Hyatt has always been clean, the bar/restaurant is good and the staff are always friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport is fast and easy. It’s everything I could want from an airport hotel.

After a 12 + hour flight, to take a nice shower, and then get into that very comfortable bed with very nice linens was a real treat. The room had great acoustic insulation; never heard a plane or car. Easy to check in, and out, and had a really good breakfast the next morning. This is now my 'go-to' hotel when I'm going through LAX.

Overall satisfied with our stay. It’s a big, busy hotel with excellent access and transportation to and from LAX. The hotel itself is a little dated and, I’m afraid, a little dirty in the public areas, although our room was quite clean. The exercise room was a bit dirty and had no cool water since the water fountain was broken as was the refrigerator for cooler water bottles. But it is well equipped and has a great view of the LAX runways and taxiways. Overall, it’s a fine place to stay even if the hotel itself isn’t up to Hyatt standards, in my opinion.

Great location. Rooms overall are spacious, however rooms are outdated. The Entry is beautiful, kind staff. Parking is very expensive, we did not have breakfast as we were running late. The room above our room made to much noise , sounding like water going through the ceiling walls.
