I had to extend my stay by a night because I left my luggage at the parking structure and flew the next day. The hotel was good, with a clean room and a smooth check-in process. It’s an airport hotel, so it’s quite busy, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay, especially considering its proximity to the airport and the frequent shuttle service every 15 minutes.

I flew into LA from a different airport but was flying out of LAX at 9:30am on a Sunday morning. I stayed at the Hyatt for the one night before my flight. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and convenience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I had a wonderful night's rest before my morning flight. The shuttle stop was conveniently right outside the lobby, and the ride to terminal 2 only took around 10min. (As an aside, I have heard that it can take 45 min to reach other terminals because of LAX traffic.)

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. I would i recommend this location to anyone who's traveling to l a x and need a great place to stay.

The food at the bar was excellent, I highly recommend the salads. Pedro the bartender was very helpful with suggestions. We were flying out of Southwest and it was an 11 minute walk to the terminal. It was easy wheeling our carry-on bags and every crosswalk had lights for walkers.

Dated. Minimal facilities. Pool is decent. Overall very very average. The room we had had a sliding door bathroom with zero privacy. Restrooms in the lobby have a single stall for the whole hotel and restaurant. $50 mediocre breakfast buffet. Very expensive dinners straight off the Sysco truck. Overall just another ripoff machine.
