Great experience from checking in to checking out... the room was spacious, great shower and very comfortable bed ... our room was very clean and had a good view of universal studios... the shuttle to universa studios l was very convenient... the Sheraton will be the only place we will stay when we are in town

This Sheraton had a lounge, and the servers there were nothing short of professional. 2 that stood out the most were Matthew and Francisco; they were friendly, provided information for questions we had, and were extremely accommodating. The Sheraton has staffed some real good people here. Will definitely come back again!!

Visited the Sheraton Club at the Sheraton at Universal Studios. Good appetizers and great wine. The hosts there, Matthew and Francisco were great. They were very welcoming. Great job you two.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are wonderful. Everyone was very kind and helpful, from the housekeeping team to the Club Level staff. I especially want to mention Matthew, who was incredibly kind and made me feel very welcome. I also really appreciated the lovely lady who took care of cleaning my room. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We have loved staying here, at the Sheraton Universal! We love that the club lounge is open 24hours and serves hors D’oeuvres. We want to especially recognize Manuel & Matthew who were so helpful and kind!! They are both so lovely and we love the atmosphere they create!
