Amazing check in!! Jerry was super nice and gave us a nice room. After a rough day of flying. It was nice to arrive to the hotel with a warm greeting from Jerry.

We had a great experience at Sheraton during my our family visit to Universal Studios and Hollywood Bowl. We were so impressed by the attentiveness of the staff - a special callout to both Matthew and Francisco who were welcoming to our family and went out out their way to make sure we had everything we need. Thanks Matthew and Francisco and we will be back.

I almost never write reviews for corporate hotels, but our experience at the Sheraton Universal was such a standout that I had to take the time to recognize this incredible team. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated with such genuine warmth and kindness. This didn’t feel like just another hotel stay — everyone went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. David and Jerry at check-in were wonderful and set the tone for our entire stay. Alisha and Maria at the restaurant were absolutely fantastic and made our meals feel welcoming and personal. Oriel with the cleaning crew was so kind and took wonderful care of us and our room. And Jason, Chito and Joshua with the car/baggage service — they were incredible! Every interaction was friendly, helpful and genuine. What impressed me most was that this level of service wasn’t limited to one person or one department. It was EVERYWHERE — check-in, parking, housekeeping, the restaurant, car service and just our day-to-day interactions throughout the hotel. There is clearly something very special about the culture and the people here. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel transactional, the team at the Sheraton Universal reminded us what true hospitality feels like. They made us feel welcomed, cared for and at home. This was easily a 10/10 experience, and honestly, even that doesn’t feel like enough. This place — and especially the people who work here — are something special. We will absolutely be back and will recommend the Sheraton Universal to anyone staying in the area. To the management team: you have an exceptional group of people representing your hotel. Please recognize them — they are the reason guests like us leave wanting to come back!

The excellent service, especially when I went into the lounge. The hotel is very clean and well-designed The staff were amazing Hector and Matthew provided amazing service in the lounge.
