Helen and Linda were so nice and friendly! The food was warm and fresh, the dining area was clean. Everything was great!!

helen and linda are absolutely fabulous in the concierge lounge they do a fantastic service. those kind of employees want to make me comeback to sheraton universal hotel. keep the good work guys

I have nothing but good things to say about Helen and Linda at the club lounge !!! They made my breakfast very enjoyable and fun ! Great conversation , great food and great views .

Helen and Linda make me want to come to the lounge every morning !!!! They tend to all my needs and requests but above all create such a happy and vibrant atmosphere!!! The food is always good and a great selection! The lounge is beautiful and comfortable also !!! Thank you again for making my stay so amazing !
