This is a beautiful Place and its close to Universal Studios/City Walk as well as being the center hub for everything Hollywood. The only things that come to concern is the pricing for food, and forced to have a $150 Service Fee even though I wasn't needing services. Also another Downside is that Continental Breakfast that most hotel have are free but here its $18 for the same items they give you at other hotel. I would say come to this hotel if you have at least $3000 in your pocket as Couples for Shopping and Food. If your single bring at least $1500 for food & Shopping.

Surprised. Very nice updated hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable and well laid out. Executive lounge was nice but wish you didn’t have to pay for wine and beer. Excellent service and great location to Universal. I would definitely say it’s a 4 star hotel.

DJ, Jose and Sulmy were amazing! So warm and welcoming and accommodating. Another party who was in the club had a young one who dropped and cracked her plate and they quickly cleaned it up and even helped her pick out her food without batting an eye! Service with a smile! Well done!

I loved the ambiance of the hotel and it was clean and a good stay over all. I give a big thanks to Linda, Maria and Mary D. For helping a woman out on her lady days. They assisted me with feminine products and if it wasn’t for them, I would have stayed out of my family activities. Thank you so much ladies.

Our trip and stay at Sheraton has always been a great experience. This time it was different. The customer service from front desk was very unpleasant. Clarabel (not sure if I spelled it correctly) in particular was unpleasant and rude. She had a very nasty and disgusting attitude towards us. She was not accommodating and helpful at all. That made our stay very horrible. However, everyone outside at the bell station was great and friendly.
