Great Bonvoy Lounge for Platinum & Up Members!

I am a long time Bonvoy member who has never been impressed enough to offer a review until now. Matthew and Francisco were hosts at the Bonvoy Lounge at the Sheraton Universal and went above and beyond to offer service and hospitality. They shared the offerings, pointed out the lounge was open 24/7, when the meal times were, how to operate the fancy coffee machine, even which drawer held the remote in case we wanted to change the channel. They encouraged us to see the lounge as an expansion of our hotel room and the second time we showed up they welcomed us back like we were family. Next time we are in the area we plan to return to this hotel in the hopes they are still on staff. In fact, we hope they are promoted!

Great location just a 10 minute walk from universal studios. The hotel is very nice and I’d recommend splurging for club lounge access which includes snacks and light meals. We had great service from Matthew and Francisco - thanks for making our stay so welcoming!

Great car service to airport, helpful staff, free shuttle to Universal was very useful.

Location was great. Sheraton Universal was a nostalgic location for Me and Wife. Valet service was exceptional.
