the shuttle to LAX is awesome. Joseph is super helpful and professional. he kept the trip comfortable and very delightful. he’s awesome give him a raise. the check in process is smooth and quick, David at the front desk was nice he gave us drink vouchers for our special occasion. towels were dirty, shower door couldn’t close fully. front desk people were nice about changing the room but this towel and shower door thing shouldn’t happen in the first place. other than that it’s a good experience in general.
Great for a Universal Studios Hollywood Trip

Room was okay, we had a couple nights where the towels were dirty, additionally there was a shower door issue that made it difficult to close. The convenience and location of this hotel however was incredible and the drinks and the bar were amazing as well. The shuttle to LAX with Joseph was incredible and is a great service.
Club lounge experience

Matthew and Edgar were very friendly and helpful. They were really great at keeping the placed stocked and clean.

Excellent hotel, nice lounge for platinum members and up, francisco and matthew at the lounge were the best. As well as Jerry and Monika.

My husband and I love this hotel. We had access to the lounge. Matthew & Francisco were wonderful. Francisco recognized us from previous trips and Matthew was so nice and cheerful. They definitely started our trip off on a high note.
