Had a great experience all around at this hotel. Our room was upgraded complimentary and the staff was always going the extra mile. Particularly Matthew who was overseeing the lounge was consistently going out of his way to make sure our stay was the best. The shuttle to and from the park was accessible and quick so we didn’t have to rent a car. We will definitely be coming back to Universal and when we do we will only be staying at the Sheraton. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Great experience. Everything was clean, everyone was kind. The location is so close to the parks and the shuttle saved us. But even when we felt like walking, it was only about a 10 min walk. Huge shoutout to Matthew and Francisco in the lounge area. They were so sweet checking in on us. Biggest smiles. Great people.

The host Mathew in the lounge was INCREDIBLE. Normally, the hosts in these spaces are cold and not helpful, however Mathew went above and beyond his service for us to ensure we were happy! And it is crystal clear he does the same for all guests in a sincere, genuine way. We felt very comfortable in the lounge and I am certain we will return someday purely based on his warmth. Thank you Mathew!

Jose Deluna (valet) was welcoming and so kind from the moment we arrived until we left to go back home. He took great care of us and made us feel right at home. Incredible guy. Furthermore, the entire valet team was top notch and so very kind.

Hotel was clean. Valet guys were always on it with great service. Javier and Jason made us felt welcomed each time they greeted us.
