Stayed at the Sheraton Universal and had one of the best valet experiences ever. Esther and Jose were absolute rockstars – super friendly, personable, and took amazing care of my vehicle the entire stay. They went above and beyond with their service and made everything smooth and stress-free. Management, if you’re reading this, these two definitely deserve a raise! 10/10

Our experience was a 100/10! Right when we checked in we were treated with so much care. The front desk, Claribel, was so sweet and helpful throughout our entire stay. And of course the rest of the staff especially Matthew, Francisco, Helen, and Douglas, were able to provide us delicious meals and any other help we needed. Also, shoutout to Chito played a big part in helping to make our stay so welcoming and comfortable. The treatment from the staff was amazing and our overall stay was beyond great. Would definitely recommend staying at Sheraton Universal on your next California trip.

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Universal Hollywood. Check-in was smooth and we were even able to get into our room early, which was a huge help for our trip. I especially want to shout out Matthew and Francisco in the Sheraton Club – they were absolutely incredible. Easily the best servers/workers we interacted with during our entire stay. Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. They honestly made our experience feel extra special. Highly recommend this hotel and the lounge team!

Rooms are small but very clean. Celia makes sure our room is clean and fills all essentials everyday. Lots of options for dining out. Breakfast at the lounge at the hotel is good and I really don’t have to go out. Matthew and Francisco make our night snacking enjoyable. They are so warm and make me feel so close to home. Same for Rina who serves breakfast. She makes sure every detail is taken cared of. When the hot drink machine broke down and can’t dispense hot chocolate, Rina whipped up a chocolate drink with milk and fudge which my son loved. I will definitely go back.
