I look forward to coming to the lounge when I’m staying at the hotel for business. The staff there are very efficient. I had the privilege of interacting with Jose, Matthew, Helen, Linda, and Mary. They are all phenomenal. But the one that stands out the most is Jose. He’s such a hard-working man and it’s very accommodating. Every time I come in the evening for tea or light snack. It just makes for an overall pleasant experience at the hotel.

What a fantastic place to visit. We had our annual work meeting and gala event here. The staff is so nice especially Joshua and Matteo out front. Randy at bar and Esther at This hotel is perfect for a conference, a reunion, big fundraiser or a vacation. Located in a great spot the staff is outstanding. Joshua went above and beyond for our team! It's close to Studio City Walk which is fun too. Has a pool in center courtyard

Great experience. We were supposed to stay at the W Hollywood a luxury hotel for sure but they could not compare with the service levels we received from Jerry at the front desk. His greeting and energy immediately made us feel like we were welcome and on vacation. Dai at concierge was also very helpful and Ryan at the bell desk... just an overall great team. We enjoyed the lounge and team working there and I used the fitness center and spa several times with no complaints. The hotel is a nice resort and well maintained. We also saved $1200 in three days over the W and enjoyed the City Walk and Universal for one day. Great stay thanks!

Amazing stay! Edgar and Antonio were the absolute best—so attentive, professional, and truly caring. They represent everything Marriott is all about: top-tier customer service. I’ve been a Bonvoy member for over 20 years and have traveled all over the world, and this was by far the best experience. I’ll definitely be back!
