This place is beautiful, and the staff make this place wonderful! Thank you to Shawn (9th room attendant), Dienuel Doorman (valet), 6/12 8:30 Stingray experience guys, and 6/10 10:20 Dolphin Cay experience. This resort is family friendly, safe, fun, and a wonderful place for vacation.

The continued deterioration of the once great hotel has transitioned from disappointment to flat out unacceptable. Might as well knock it all down and start over at this point

Just did some shopping but Diemmel the doorman was awesome! So willing to help with anything we needed. With employees like this you will have great success!

Overall we had a great trip to the Bahamas and Atlantis has a lot of cool amenities, such as putt putt golf, the aquariums, the casino, movie nights and animal experiences. BUT....My biggest gripe about Atlantis is we stayed there because of the Water Park. The Water Park only had 30-40% of the water slides actually working on any given day, and we went to the Water Park 5 of our 6 days. Three of the 9 slides never worked during our stay, and three others were only operational 1 or the 5 days we went. A good portion of the lifeguards weren't very friendly either. The food is pricey, however the portions are large, so my daughter and I split most meals. Atlantis provides water bottles and water stations at their pools, but the water tastes like it came out of the fish tank. We purchased ground transportation with a grocery stop included, stock up on water and liquids for your trip!

Our time at Atlantis has been memorable and beautiful. The people of Bahamas are so helpful, courteous and HAPPY! The grounds are meticulously kept and there is something to do and see around every corner. Thank you!
