Our experience was fantastic. Our family enjoyed everything at the Atlantis. Alexia and Mika at the concierge were the best.

First room was so noisy due to a fan outside the room. Second room had broken safe, no amenities (which were only discovered while in the shower) and smelled musty. It was very clean!! The responsiveness of the staff was good. They fixed the safe immediately, although it took 2 days to get full bath amenities.

Loved the trip to Paradise Island. Enjoyed my stay at the Atlantis. First of all, every single person at the Atlantis was very nice. I just thought it was a cultural thing there—happy place, happy people. The check-in process was great, all thanks to Kristi. She was actually very nice and communicative throughout the process. She kept relaying information on what was going on. At first, my check-in was canceled because I arrived a day later, but when I got there, it was rectified immediately, and a nice room was prepared. They allowed me to have an early check-in, which I really appreciated after coming from a long 21-hour flight. Visited the beautiful beach. Had dinner with friends at one of the restaurants, and also went to swim with the dolphins. Overall, loved every bit of my stay at the Atlantis hotel. I'll definitely be returning.

The resort is awesome with lots of activities. My family and I enjoyed the aqua adventure, beach, marina walk, aquarium and more. It's definitely a family resort and would recommend to anybody wishing to have a good time.
