The pillows were awesome and the beds very comfortable! This was our first time staying at Atlantis! We have been there before coming in from a cruise but have never stayed at the Atlantis. The property was amazing and the casino fun with a variety of games to play. The restaurants in the hotel were fabulous.l ‘H

The Front Desk personnel at the Coral are outstanding, professional, and your first point of contact at the hotel. Rashae checked us in the other day and she had a very confident demeanor. Although we have been to Atlantis many times, I wanted this trip--my husband’s 80th birthday—to be memorable. She came across that she wanted to do everything possible to make me happy and make my husband’s birthday “one for the books”. She is a great listener and extremely service-oriented. When we took the elevator up to our floor, we were blown away by the beauty of the room and the spectacular view of the property. You feel that Rashae really loves her job and enjoys making every guest’s stay a memorable experience. With all her strengths, Rashae is an definite asset to the Atlantis team.

We read reviews that complained about the dated rooms, however we didn’t find that they were dated. They were clean and lovely. The staff was incredible and friendly, even when I made a comment that the view from our room wasn’t the greatest, they upgraded our room to a spectacular view. Prices were similar to other destination places like Disney, so we were prepared for that. The resort is amazing, there is something for everyone! We definitely would go again given the opportunity.

The Atlantis resort is truly amazing. If you enjoy the beach, water, sea life and good food, Atlantis is surely one of the best resorts in the world. It The Coral hotel was very nice and comfortable. The rooms are large and very clean, although a little dated. We would definitely stay again.

Hello good morning I really have bad experience at breakfast buffet the person service treat us so badly looks like we don’t will pay the coffee and I ask for put the amount in my room 4135 coral my name is Adriana Gomes de Souza ! Is my first experience in Atlantis and i thought will be great but is a really terrible! I talk with general manager April for the buffet she gave me one coffee free ! And second day but I pay for twice 90 Dollares and I didnt have properly my coffee I have all receipts and I have my security concern copie and I went in general manger hotel for Coral and I open a claim with the security. I make amazing plan for my vacation and after my first day , I spent 4 horas for try resolution for this big mistake. The service think we go out without payment I fell like that Mistreated! And make me cry all day I don’t enjoy this paradise is my dreams for so many years for be like that ! The service went in my table 3 times for signs and ask for pay and I didn’t start my code I left everything and pay ! It’s a shame !
