Great hotel and service. When I booked reservation asked for high waterfront room and that was granted at check in our view was incredible. Housekeeping was great and pool was nice. Guest services was great, our fridge in room was not working , I spoke with front desk about and they had someone replacing within 10 minutes. Only issues was the refillable water bottles part of room package where not available, if I did not order water bottles from instagopher this could have been an expensive cost, would have been great if they offered a different refillable water bottle or another alternative/solution. Overall great vacation at great location with a lot to offer. Recommend visiting Atlantis.

The hotel is beautiful however it needs some restoration and maintenance. The beaches are spectacular as always but the customer service at the front desk. It’s just horrible. The people they are never smile they always have an attitude. I don’t know what is it every time I go to the Bahamas is the same thing. It’s like if they’re for them to work.

This is my third trip to Atlantis. The first two were excellent because at the time the resort was much newer and did not require a lot of attention to minor details. Now they need to address these little issues. It is in desperate need of an overhaul is very expensive to book and to eat, and I would expect at these prices that the resort would be in top shape. Not so anymore.

This is a great value to enjoy with your kids. Kids enjoy the marine habitat and Aquaventure park. Hotel is kid's friendly even though there is a casino on the site. Please make sure to look at your receipt when you charge it to your room. The additional gratuity is doubled. There is already a 15% gratuity included in all your bill but staffs expect more. We always give 20% but staffs will double it.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The scenic rooms, exceptional restaurants, and friendly, accommodating staff contributed to a memorable experience. However, I was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment for special occasions by guest services and room concierge. Despite this, I can confidently say that my overall experience was excellent, and I would gladly return.
