Cesar at the front desk is a fantastic worker. He made my stay here ten times better,he is really kind and polite and really helpful without him I don’t know if I would have that good of a stay here. I am really glad I picked this resort I will definitely be coming back. 10/10

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel soooo muchh!! I would 100% recommend it and will definitely be back soon! The hotel itself was amazing, with a great variety of food, the hotel room 10/10 but what truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. They were so welcoming and really made everything better. Special shoutout to Ernesto and Solangel at reception, both were incredibly friendly and kind. The city tour with Ernesto was fantastic; we would have enjoyed it even more if it hadn’t been for the rain. Solangel was also so helpful with customer service and restaurant bookings, an amazing person. As a 20 year old traveler, I also really appreciated the animation team. Every single one of them was super friendly and constantly working to make our days better with fun activities and games. I honestly missed them after 12 PM when their shift ended. Huge thanks to Alexander, Sara, Isa, Samir, Genesis and Scarlet—whatever you're paying them, double it!!!

From the first moment I got to the resort, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The resort instantly became a second home. There was one entertainer named Alexander who was absolutely amazing. He made my friends and I all feel so loved and appreciated to be at this amazing resort! I would highly recommend coming to this resort. There was also another worker named Sara. She is so kind. I couldn’t say enough good things.

I stayed at this resort in Puerto Plata and was pleasantly surprised. The facility is very well-organized and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, perfect for those seeking an intimate experience. The staff is friendly and always helpful, creating a warm, family-like environment. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with nice views of the garden or pool. The food features tasty and fresh local dishes. Ideal for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the sea in total peace. Special thanks to Ariana, Elisa and Sofia who helped us a lot! If you are around, don't miss the Ocean World park in Puerto Plata.

I had an amazing time at Viva Heavens by Wyndham! The service throughout the resort was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, and the atmosphere was relaxed and full of positive energy. A special shout-out to the entertainment team—you were truly the heart of our experience! Monica, Samir, Alexander, Sarah, and Scarlet, you all brought so much joy and energy to every activity. Whether it was the dance lessons, pool games, or the evening shows, you made everything so much fun and engaging. And of course, a huge shout-out to Speedy—you kept the party going and made every night unforgettable with your incredible vibe and dance moves!
