A very comfortable resort, we enjoyed excellent food at the four restaurants we enjoyed the beach activities, including kayaking. We did yoga at the beach and fitness at the pool! A wonderful experience we will return!

At Wyndham Very va in Puerto plata. Want to share that Genry from the front desk has been a great help to me and he did so communicating clearly, patiently and clarifying to ensure all was understood. He, in my opinion is a great employee and a valuable asset to the Wyndham organization.

Henri at the front desk was our go to guy. He made sure he answered our questions thoroughly and accurately. He spoke excellent English which made communication easy for us.

We are very experienced travellers and it was by far the worst experience... -The number of people who got sick is astonishing. In my family groupe 10 on 12 got 12h diarrhea, the source on contagion is unknown, everybody falls day after day. -The room are beat up, the AC is too strong to remove humidity, you froze or you got all of your stuff wet, floor tiles wet til slippy... horrible -Minimal mini bar -Poor food rotation at the buffet, limited choice, -cheap drink and 1 choice of beer, no tomato juice by exemple -Staff is dead inside, some are friendly. +Beach is nice, resort is small , perfect pour family +animation team is cool +good restaurant a la carte

I just spent 2 weeks at Viva Heavens and it was exceptionally fabulous! The resort was well maintained and very clean. The entertainment crew was fun and motivating with a special shut out to Henry. Loved the YOGA on the beach every morning… a great way to start each day. I highly recommend this resort.
