Our highlight was Cesar Lopez in the premium lounge, the rest of the staff was very accommodating. Edgar and Alfredo bartending were great too. As for the resort: The “adult pool” was not an adult pool. I get it’s a family resort, but FYI, it can be hard to find a calm and relaxing area. The swim up bar was in the kid pool, that was interesting. There aren’t a lot of options for bar locations either. The restaurants were not great and there were few options to choose between. Other than that, beautiful location and the resort itself is very clean.

Dream vacation! Staff is super friendly. They all went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. I am bad with names but pool party staff kept the party going. Lots of food options. Pool and ocean temperature were just right. Definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This was a great vacation with the family. A really accessible resort that was small enough for the kids (10&12) to navigate on their own while we, as parents relaxed. A bit older but clean and well maintained. I always looked forward to being greeted with a smile by Octavio in the morning for breakfast. He always knew my favorite coffee and was right there whenever we needed him. Ask for him!!! We would definitely return for an easy going vacation!

This was our second time to this resort. The first time was 2 years ago and it was amazing. The resort this time need maintenance and additional cleaning. There were flies everywhere. The overall feel was nice, but it was lacking that pizzazz that we had before. The true bright spot was the people. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The other disappointment was the lack of enforcement for the proper attire for the dinners. The resort states that collared shirts, pants and close toed shoes are required for men to wear. Multiple people were observed eating dinners throughout the week in the nice restaurants with shorts, tank tops and flip flops. It made the experience feel cheap. I will probably not come back because of the obvious decline in the overall experience from our prior trip.

Great resort. Our favorite. Have been there several times. Never disappointed. From the check in to checkout, everything went very smooth.
