This is the third time we've been to Barcelo and it is as fantastic as always. All the staff are exceptional. Cesar in the premium lounge is literally the cream of the crop! He is thoughtful, kind and his service has made our trip. his generosity brings us back to this resort.

I had the best time. The premium lounge was wonderful with cesar lopez in it. He went above and beyond and threw me a birthday party!

this place was great. specifically the premium lounge with ceasar lopez he’s the best i would literally come back again just to hang out with him more. everything was great easy 5/5

We had an amazing stay in December, mostly due to our favorite Cesar Lopez in the premium lounge. We came back a second time because of his amazing service! We recommend everyone to upgrade to premium for this guy alone! We love him! All of the staff is friendly, and the shows are good as well. Everyone here is great!

Cesar Lopez is a great worker and created a caring and fun environment for me and my family. He is very welcoming and put together a surprise for my sister’s birthday.
