The location was great, a little from from the city if you are intending to do things in town. The rooms were good but I had a hard time figuring out the AC. The pool was a bit dirty for a couple of days, like you couldn’t see through the water. The kids club was probably the best! Some activities required a parent, which I didn’t mind. But Carlos and Camilas energy and vibe were great with the kids! Definitely great experience for the kids, from cooking, arts and crafts to outdoors activities and games.

We have been to Puerto Vallarta before and were looking for a different experience. The location was STUNNING! The property itself is gorgeous and so clean. We had a premium room with a wrap around balcony. Perfect for a morning coffee and gazing at the beach. We appreciated that there were always poolside chairs available and friendly servers to bring us drinks. This is definitely a family friendly property with plenty of activities for all ages. We enjoyed the evening shows. We received special service from Perla at the front desk, Isabel in the Premium Lounge, Oscar as our lunch server, and two friendly staff members, Maria and Axel. My daughter and I greatly loved our massages at the spa, listening to the waves while receiving amazing massages was perfect. Also, I highly recommend that you take advantage of the photo services offered by Love Light Studios. Samuel was the best photographer and provided us with family photos to help capture beautiful memories of our wonderful trip. A few things to note, Mismaloya is not close to anything, you definitely feel isolated, which we enjoyed. There is no food service at the pool area. We were there to celebrate my husband’s retirement. I asked for something special to honor him, we received a dessert and balloons wishing us a Happy Anniversary ?? It all added to the fun and the memories!!

While we enjoyed our stay, we felt the food options could be expanded. The daily variety at both the buffet and snack areas was quite limited, and adding a wider selection would greatly enhance the dining experience. We would highly appreciate it if guests could be informed in advance about utility issues—such as potential hot water outages during peak showering times. A quick heads-up upon arrival helps manage expectations and allows us to plan accordingly. The pool deck and beach areas currently appear to need some additional attention regarding cleanliness and debris removal. A more frequent cleaning schedule would really help maintain the high standards of the property.

Room cleanliness was the biggest downfall, the dinning staff was not very welcoming, air conditioning needs to be upgraded.

Everything is fabulous. All the servers and workers are friendly, courteous and willing to assist at all times. When we were at the buffet, David Molina the waiter was very attentive to our needs and provided exceptional service while we were eating breakfast.
