We had an exceptional experience at Friendly. Raul, Miroslava, Hugo, Kalusha, Tony, Aldahir, and Jose are the best! They are very kind, personable and go above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They make the hotel our home away from home. Thank you! We will be back.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were definitely the highlight—most of them were amazing, incredibly caring, and always ready to assist. The waitstaff at the pools and beach, the bodyguard, and the team at the restaurant all contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Hector Garcia and Paul at Restaurant La Palma, as well as the wonderful bodyguard who took great care of the kids and ensured everything ran smoothly. The hotel needs a refresh in some facilities but all okay in general. Check in is very slow, Reception still do all in paper, no Technology at all.

This is the first time I’ve gone to an all-exclusive resort. It’s all I hoped it would be. The food is fresh and tasty with an excellent variety to choose from. I enjoy the aqua class each day. Isaac and Kari work us hard and make it really fun. I enjoy the spa saunas and my massage was excellent. Vicki my room cleaner does an excellent job. The resort hires many workers who keep the resort clean and well maintained. The wifi works very well all over the resort. The TV has many channels in English.

My wife and I checked into this so-called “friendly” establishment expecting relaxation. Instead, we got an overstuffed sardine can of a resort. No management in sight, staff stretched paper-thin, and not a spare poolside or beachside seat to be found. Turns out, folks at dawn claim every lounger with towels that stay put all day—never saw a hotel employee intervene. We drove our SUV, only to realize there was nowhere to park. Need room service for a sick spouse? Forget it—doesn’t exist. The spa we expected to be included? Surprise: the hotel blames Booking for lying about that perk. Even worse were the diseased pigeons dive-bombing the dining area; all the staff did was flap their arms like scarecrows. If you fancy swimming in the ocean, brace yourself for scary undertows and a steep drop-off that’ll make you question your life choices. Meanwhile, unsupervised children ran around peeing on the side of the restaurant, which did wonders for our appetite. By day three, the grimy surroundings, safety hazards, and laughable pricing had us sprinting for the exit.

Having a great time. Joined a bartending class today that was loads of fun. Staff are very engaging and attentive throughout the resort. Today in particular we were entertained by Isaac, Uriel and Kari from the activities staff who made the bartending class fun. Of course, the class could t have happened without the skill of Juan el coquete who mixed 3 different cocktails for us to try. Un grande aplauso para vosotros ??
