The staff was very friendly and handled everything promptly and professionally. The room on the first floor was small and the patio view was bushes and trees. We could not see pool or ocean. After speaking to the front desk, we upgraded our stay for roughly $3500 pesos and that got us top floor ocean view with a patio. Perfecto. Our service at dinner on our last night (12/6/2025) was provided by Antonio, Jazmine, Abi, and Bellan. They did an excellent job and made our night wonderful. I enjoyed the pasta & shrimp.

The location of this resort is amazing! So much beach to walk and explore! It is a smaller resort and we had an oceanview room on the 4th floor that had the most beautiful view of the ocean, Puerto Vallarta and the mountains. We accessed the adults only section daily, but appreciated the big pool and sunbeds with shade for the children. The resort was not crowded, but we were there at the end of the low season and imagine it will get quite busy. Our room was spacious and very clean and I loved the walkin shower. The food was good, especially the appetizers at the adults only pool and the staff were friendly. I wouldn't say there was much to do at night, but we were satisfied with relaxing and enjoying the pools, beach and atmosphere of Puerto Vallarta.

Just got back from a fabulous 2 weeks at the Friendly. Food was amazing thanks to Captain Raul,Aldohir,Jose Jaun and my beautiful Cecelia. A rave review for my beach servers and buddies Beaulieu,Tony,Jose,Sergio,Hugo and Kalucha love from Mama. Hello to Manuel and the front desk staff, I hope to see you all next year ??

Our stay at Friendly Fun Vallarta was exceptional thanks to the staff! We especially would like to thank Capitan Raul, Double Double, Kalusha, Hugo, Jose, Tony, Aldahir, Jose Juan, Jorge, and Gabriel. These staff are exceptional with their customer service skills, going above and beyond their work duties to make us feel at home and ensure our needs are met. They are the reason we have returned twice yearly for the last 5 years. We wish management would consider bringing the shows back and the dance floor on dj nights out at the beach. The music is good but no where to dance. We highly recommend the Friendly Fun Vallarta if you are looking for a home away from home to vacation at. You will not be disappointed.

Antonio YAAron is absolutely amazing guy with amazing bartending skills!! This resort is clean, fun and the food is good!! Beach is nice and close. Our rooms were super clean, stocked mini fridge, friendly staff and amazing service!
