A very fun and relaxing location. The activities are fantastic. Love participating and experiencing sound healing on the dock. Yoga on the dock. The staff are so kind and helpful. Great location for couples, with friends and family.

The resort was okay and the staff were good, especially at the adult pool and lobby bar. There were however two incidents that really tarnished our experience. We were originally assigned to a Tower B room on the 10th floor. Upon arrival, the room had a strong diesel odor. I reported this to the front desk, but no action was taken. A few days later, we discovered termites in the room on the shelving above the safe. The termites had come out of the wood and were crawling all over the clothing I had placed on the shelves. We were then moved to a new room on the 12th floor, only after we insisted, and my clothes were cleaned. While I appreciated the relocation, this was a very disappointing start to our vacation. More troubling, when packing to leave I discovered that two luxury cosmetic items were stolen during our stay. Given the timing of our departure, I was unable to speak directly with a manager before leaving. I sent an email addressed to the manager once we arrived home regarding these issues but have yet to receive a response. It is unacceptable that guests’ belongings are not secure in their rooms and that staff with access to the rooms are rummaging through personal bags and taking items. The termites were a horrible experience. Needless to say, we will never stay at the Friendly again.

Location: 7-10 min away from airport and Malecon . Perfect Atmosphere: its on its name: Bery Friendly and Fun. There is an area for Adults only and for Kids friendly. 2 Buffet resto, an ala cartes, Ice cream/ Fruit shakes/ they have 3 Elevators/ a Spa/ Hot tub & Jacuzzi/ Beach Front// Live Band music on some days Rooms: We got Penthouse! Overlooking is perfect views. Fridge is working - Veranda/Terrace/ they provide shampoo and body gel/ bring your own conditioner. Towels are clean. Overall: Room no complaints for us. Value: of the hotel is reasonable. This is the cheapest All Inclusive from the dates we stayed::: Noise Level: its okay. not too loud. Service: Staff can speak english and Spanish. very Nice and again, friendly. Kudos to everyone!

The staff was very friendly and handled everything promptly and professionally. The room on the first floor was small and the patio view was bushes and trees. We could not see pool or ocean. After speaking to the front desk, we upgraded our stay for roughly $3500 pesos and that got us top floor ocean view with a patio. Perfecto. Our service at dinner on our last night (12/6/2025) was provided by Antonio, Jazmine, Abi, and Bellan. They did an excellent job and made our night wonderful. I enjoyed the pasta & shrimp.

The location of this resort is amazing! So much beach to walk and explore! It is a smaller resort and we had an oceanview room on the 4th floor that had the most beautiful view of the ocean, Puerto Vallarta and the mountains. We accessed the adults only section daily, but appreciated the big pool and sunbeds with shade for the children. The resort was not crowded, but we were there at the end of the low season and imagine it will get quite busy. Our room was spacious and very clean and I loved the walkin shower. The food was good, especially the appetizers at the adults only pool and the staff were friendly. I wouldn't say there was much to do at night, but we were satisfied with relaxing and enjoying the pools, beach and atmosphere of Puerto Vallarta.
