Disappointed

Random charges on room tried to dispute but redirected several times (taking up our time) ended up paying so we could get the ticket to get on the bus. Service is very slow. Rooms not cleaned daily but fridge was stocked. Lobby washroom never had toilet paper. Biggest thing was no coffee available when we waited to leave at 5:30am no coffee no water no snacks. Very disappointed in this stay.

we paid a extra thousand us for a upgrade then when we asked for the tolit to be fixed they said would do it for three says and day of check out they said they are going to have it fixed as we are leaving and then say cant stay in are roo longer because they gave us a two hour extra time due to the tolits all in all the place was nice but the customer service was piss poor and wont be back

The best memories in Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana

My wife and I recently spent two wonderful weeks at Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana. Our vacation left us with only the best impressions. Every morning, afternoon, and evening we visited the Palmyra restaurant, which became a place of comfort and excellent atmosphere for us. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of Palmyra, who made each of our visits warm, pleasant, and unforgettable. Special thanks to the Maître Thomas for his professionalism and attentive attitude, as well as to Capitán Joel for the excellent coordination and smooth organization of the team. Many thanks to the Hostess team — Virginia and Rafilia — for their kind welcome and the warm atmosphere that greeted us every time we entered the restaurant. We would also like to thank the Camareros: Joel, Sugar, Maria, Patricia, Ilary, Soraya, Doris, Michelín, and Rudi — for their attention, friendliness, and wonderful service throughout our stay. And of course, our deep appreciation goes to the Cocineros: Ramon, Papo, Omar, Rafael, and Adonis. Thanks to their skill and dedication, every dish was prepared beautifully, deliciously, and with care. The Palmyra restaurant became an important part of our vacation, giving us comfort, great emotions, and true hospitality. Amazing stay with amazing staff, beautiful place!

This is a very good resort and I absolutely loved my stay! The atmosphere is very friendly everywhere. There are calmer areas and if you feel more like partying, there are a lot of party areas. We had a few problems with our room, like the AC was not cold enough and super loud. We asked for someone to come take a look, he fixed the noise but the temperature was still to warm. And then, it started to smell really bad coming from the AC! Not sure what it was, but we were quickly moved to another room which was perfect! The AC was cold enough and it smelled good. The beach is absoluteyl beautiful! There were days with a bit too much seaweed but of course that is out of their control. They were usually quick at cleaning up the beach from the seaweeds. It was still very much enjoyable.

Terrible! Go elsewhere!

This resort was terrible! 1. Do not stay at a ground level room. We requested a ground level room due to mobility issues as there us no elevator access to the too floors. As soon as we walked in our room, there were soooo many mosquitoes flying around it was absolutely disgusting. There was mold all over the bathroom amd the room was very old. The pictures on the website are very misleading. Due to the mosquitoes we had to request a room on the 3rd floor. 2. The food was not good. Buffet food was pretty much the same for all meals. The Takara restaurant was so bad. The rice was cold, prawn chips stale etc. 3. My 7 yr old got sick during our stay so we went to the on-site dr. The Dr prescribed my son the incorrect dose. I knew the disease was wrong so confirmed with my child's pediatrician back home. Double check the dose if you are prescribed medication by the Dr. Overall this was the worst resort my family has been to. I do not recommend!
