Joanna Yan, great service from one of the staff. Very attentive, friendly and professional. The food was of great quality, the drinks too. I was also impressed with the hygiene and the surroundings to keep unwanted animals away. Thank you very much.

Luis from Tapas is great! Delmeria at the main buffet makes the best ice coffee!! People are friendly and resort is nice. Few issues with room being ready on time and room service. Would still come back. Resort needs designated smoking areas though, by the pool and right at the bars is inconsiderate it most of the non smokers

Finding a place where children are cared for with such joy and attention is truly a treasure for any parent. It's heartwarming to hear that your daughters had a positive experience, and the bilingual staff adds an excellent opportunity for kids to be exposed to new languages. The policy of allowing kids over four to stay on their own provides a great chance for them to gain some independence in a safe environment, while the younger ones benefit from the security of having their parents close by. My husband and I got married at Catalonia Bavaro Beach. Paola Velez was our wedding coordinator, and I cannot recommend her enough. She had everything handled, and it was all better than expected. Paola is extremely responsive, thorough, organized, and an all around pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding was perfect, there were zero issues, as Paola had handled everything. I would absolutely recommend Paola and this resort for those who are looking for an easy destination wedding!
