Room was very nice, staff took care of it very well. Entertainment staff was great: Gamalier, Manuel, and Daniel,to name a few, ensured I was always making the most of my stay. Food was also exceptional. During my trip we went to the buffet for breakfast every morning and it was amazing every day. The restaurants, Indian, French, Peruvian, and Asian were all fantastic and I would recommend each of them.

Amazing resort with beautiful views, tasty dining, and plenty of entertainment. Loved the mix of activities - karaoke, silent disco, bourbon tasting, and much more. Conveniently located just 1 hour or so from the airport. They have a great variety of restaurants, too - Indian food place, French and Italian. Only drawback was that the drinks were weak - but very tasty. One other is that the ocean had lots of seaweed in it - but they cleaned up the beach as best that they could. Loved the swim up bar - and the entertainment poolside. Nice hot tubs, too. Visit if you can!

We had an amazing time at the resort! Everything from the room, pool, beach and restaurants were excellent. One of the best activity roster we have seen from games, arts and crafts, and every night there was great live entertainment. The entire staff were all so nice and welcoming. Shout out to Amado, Gama and Diomedes who made the trip extra fun! #DRPingPong

Worth every penney. The service of the hotel is impecable. Everyone is attentive and caring. The food is fantastic. We went in seaweed season, bathing in the ocean was not an option for us. Instead, we participated in the activities the hotel offers. The gym has all the toys and machines imaginable. The Spa is very special. It is not just a massage. The experience goes with an hour routine to prepare the body for the massage. It is a beautiful Spa. The Frenche restaurant is wonderful. A special thanks to Julio, for the way he took care of us. The buffet is impressive, full of high quality alternatives.

We try to hit all the Caribbean islands but this is the first time we have ever gone back to the same place twice. The Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana is that good. We were treated so well by Larissa and Larry, but Francisco at the Reef pool bar took things to an entirely new level. He was not only a great guy, but so professional and so much fun to talk to. Francisco met us with a drink and a smile every day and made us feel welcome at all times. He even made up drinks for us based on our preferences with each one being awesome. I just hope someone at the Hyatt sees this review because if we come back again, it will be because of employees like Francisco, Larisa and Larry. Every resort has drinks and entertainment but the interaction with the staff can make the difference and it did for us. I hope you see this too Francisco. We love you and you made this a special week. You’ll always be in our hearts and to everyone that goes to the Zilara, find Francisco and ask for the #1 or #6!
