This was our 4th visit, my parents and son's 2nd with us, and my sister and brother-in-laws 1st time. As always we have the BEST butler, Juan; he has been with us day 1 in 2023. Food is always great, staff is remarkable, and the private dinner, this year we had Julio and Raphael and they were all fabulous! We tried out a cabana for the 1st time and it was actually great, Junior was awesome (we are beach people so this was our 1st pool experience outside of a swim up room). We will continue to keep coming back. Made some new friends and some have moved on to other locations. It is ALWAYS a great time here until next year?????? BTW did I mention how wonderful our butler Juan is....ask for him by name you won't regret it; he always makes our visits more special than the last one????

Love love this resort ! Service is top notch ..from housekeeping, bartenders to wait staff. Food is great , atmosphere is relaxing. We had king ocean view club level . The club pool is perfect , we’ve never had an hard time getting loungers and the pool staff are friendly and attentive. Activities are engaging . Gym is amazing …I’ve never seen one better anywhere! Location is the best, this was our 4th stay. If you’re going to Punta Cana there is no where better!

Excellence!!! This was a girls trip, two moms and daughters celebrating Mothers Day. Hyatt Zilara is an amazing resort, the grounds, the pools, the views, everything truly beautiful. What made our trip even more amazing was the staff, from the minute we arrived. Our butler Adrian was top notch, he did everything to make our stay exceptional, restaurants reservations, anything we needed in the room was quickly provided The coffee bar and Gabriella bar in lobby also amazing service. Francisco, Dalitza, Glenny and Yazmin provided service with a smile, delicious coffees and treats made our morning coffees and evening ice creams were the yummiest, brew crew was fantastic. Leandro at the lobby bar prepared fantastic cocktails with a great smile. We can’t say enough about the activities crew. The funniest, sweetest, entertaining bunch. Manuel, Jose, Brian, Gamelier, Amado, went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed. The are talented, fun bunch!! The evening shows were fun packed, we greatly enjoyed the Rock concert. Diahna’s service with a smile kept us hydrated by the pool and Jose and the other pool attendants always made sure we had clean towels, shade and a great spot to enjoy the day. Breakfast at the Pier with all the variety provided options for each of our palettes. Every station attendant, our servers Miguel and the busboys and station cooks, fantastic service. These people were memorable and our vacation was exceptional because they made us feel special while staying at Hyatt Zilara. We highly recommend the Hyatt Zilara cap Cana for an amazing experience and service that went above and beyond any we’ve experienced. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

I just returned from the most incredible stay at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. I really want to acknowledge all of the fabulous staff that made our family stay so memorable: Brandol with Waves Steakhouse Amando with the pool staff Nandia, Bryan, Savry, Dahiana, Yafacy with Shutters Restaurant Antonia, Francis, and Christopher with Bongos Bar I apologize if I forgot anyone. Much thanks to “Jesucristo” for providing a wonderful trip, and the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people from the Dominican Republic. The service at Hyatt Zilara, was far and above the best service we have ever received. It’s obvious that this resort stresses and prides itself on service #1. Listed below are many employees that stood out, yet it would take a book to name the rest. The architecture and layout at this resort is well designed and beautiful. Wide-open lobby with so much seating, beautiful lobby bar, and the Deja Brew coffee shop, best ever. Not a typical long narrow lobby where you feel confined. We felt that the lobby was so beautiful, it was the cornerstone of the property. Stunning! The wide beach, and white sand is stunning with truly Caribbean turquoise water. Cap Cana is a gated community, and a 20-minute drive from the airport. The scenery, powdered sugar beach and the entire resort are absolutely first class. Check-In It all started with Axle and Sorangelys at check-in. Check-in was at two chairs and a small table, making it very personable and quick. Fastest check-in we ever had, and more time to enjoy the resort. Both Axle and Sorangelys said, “if there’s anything you need at all, please come and see us.” They both were very genuine! Entertainment Team Been to many resorts, and this entertainment team was by far the best ever, and leadership starts with Jose (see photo). He was very very kind, and really worked hard to get everyone involved in the daily activities. Throughout our stay, he always remembered our names. One day, I made a request, and he took me by surprise doing it right away - didn’t expect that. Tons of high energy, and involved in every event, from morning until night. Don’t know if he even sleeps. Every evening at the bottom of Zilara’s steps, there was entertainment, and all very good. Sometimes it overlapped with the main show, but it gave us another option. No doubt, Jose should be a manager. And last but not least, Amado, always going out of his way to say hello, and “is there anything I can do for you”? One day I was moving my umbrella to adjust for the sun, and he stepped in and took care of it unexpectedly. Pool Concierge Jose Sanchez Pool Concierge, one of the most absolute kindest persons we have ever met at any resort. His willingness to serve stands out, and frankly, should be a manager. Always around, and asking if we needed anything. We never ever had that kind of service from a pool concierge. So kind and yet a very humble person. We always looked forward to seeing him. Jokatherine waitress at the main pool and others were always around to serve, Reef Swim Up Bar Leury the Reef swim up bar bartender was the absolute best, always making beverages the way it was requested, along with Francisco. They were a 1-2 team! Restaurants Our favorite restaurants in order were #1 Chinola, #2 Waves and #3 Brando’s. Hats off to Hazma the Chef at Chinola, the food was absolutely exceptional, and very obvious the chef takes great pride in his work. Nizarion the waiter at Chinola, is on top of his game, and Wilken the manager stopped by at our table asking if there’s anything we needed. Wilken even remembered us one morning at The Pier buffet, and stopped by just to say hello. Chinola is a sleeper, and well worth going to. Waves lunch and dinner were great, and we always looked forward to this restaurant. Christopher the bartender at Waves said every time, “It’s a pleasure to serve you”. How about that for service? Ronni the waiter at Waves lunch and dinner, always smiling, very kind and willing to please. Great service every time we were there. Actually, Ronni is very funny, and his famous words…” cha, cha, cha! Kelvin the manager at Waves stopped by to ask if everything is ok, and asked if we needed anything. Great restaurant and nice views of the ocean, poolside too. At Brando’s, Adonai and Chavez were super nice, and always around to serve. Food was very good. The Pier breakfast buffet, great selection of food with endless options, and a nice way to start the day off. Carlos and Miguel were terrific, always around with coffee etc. and very personable. And Wilfredo always said, “I Work for You”, and with a smile. How often have you heard that? The Pier Breakfast Buffet supervisor Wanderer, was everywhere. You could see he was running the buffet like a captain of a ship. He checked up on us; wanted nothing but the best, and for everything to be 100%. He takes his job very serious! Deja Brew The 3 ladies in the picture (see attached) Jazmin, Gabriella, Bacilia, fogot the other gals name...along with Glenny (so super nice) were the absolute best. They knew our order every morning, and always with a smile. Francisco the leader was very friendly always stopped by and asked if we needed anything. Always a pleasure to see Francisco and his team every morning. Actually, this is our favorite coffee shop of all time. Great selection of beverage and food, and the view over-looking the resort is spectacular. Miscellaneous Nicest restrooms and well kept, throughout the entire resort, in comparison to other resorts. Housekeeping exceptional! Best gym ever with many rooms and options, and attendants are always around to give assistance. Loved the gyms sign…“It comes down to one thing, how bad do you want it?” Although the Zilara is an adults only, it is a nice option to walk over to the Ziva family side and enjoy that part of the resort as well. Again, endless options, and nothing boring. Walking out in the ocean to the buoy line was awesome. The water was like bathwater, and yet so clear. Truly the absolute best beach ever, and the resort maintains it exceptionally well. The One Eyed Cat (James Bond Themed Lounge) is beautiful and well done. And the Piano player was extremely gifted, talented, and very personable. Service impeccable throughout the entire resort. Almost all workers with a sincere willingness, go out of their way to say Hola, or serve. Definitely coming back! We have been to over 20 resorts, and clearly this is #1.
