My wife and I got chose to have our honeymoon at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana this August. We eagerly anticipated the trip all summer, and were incredibly impressed with the facility, staff, and overall experience that we had here. The room we stayed in was excellent, the food was great, and the resort was absolutely beautiful. I want to highlight that the resort staff were remarkably kind and helpful; of all the conversations we've had together about our experience, my wife and I continually reference how well we were treated everywhere we were on the property. Now, we're facing the challenge of figuring out when we can go back again (what a wonderful problem that is to have)!

First let’s start with how close it is from the airport, your vacation starts immediately! I stay at tons of hotels and I’ve never received incredible service like I did here, from every single employee! Shoutout to Noelia and Ana who made our stay even more special. I will definitely be back!

I spent this past weekend at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana and had a really great experience overall. I would definitely recommend it and would absolutely come back. The service and attention were, without a doubt, the highlight of the weekend — 100/10! Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special shout-out to Juan at the Club Pool bar, who was fantastic, and Keila, one of the restaurant hostesses, who was also wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The food was amazing, and I really enjoyed the restaurants. My room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and nicely designed. I especially loved the bathroom and the balcony. The beach was nice, but the pools were definitely a highlight, especially the Club Pool and the water park. There was plenty to enjoy during the day. If I had to mention something that could be improved, it would be the nightlife/entertainment, which felt a little slow. It was fine, but I think there is room to make the evenings more lively and engaging, like turnimg the sports bar or the piano bar into a club once in a while. I also think the buffet concept could be improved. To be clear, this is not a criticism of the food quality, flavor, or staff (the staff were amazing). My issue was having to wait for someone to serve almost everything at a buffet. There were so many options but relatively few servers, so it sometimes took quite a bit of time and took away from the excitement and convenience of having a buffet. I think having staff assist with things like the grill or desserts is great, but for basic items such as cold cuts, cheeses, and side dishes, I would much rather be able to serve myself. Overall, though, I had a wonderful weekend at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. The exceptional service, amazing food, beautiful pools, and overall atmosphere made it a place I would happily return to. Definitely recommended!

Worth the long travel journey

AMAZING!! Every thing from the food , cleanliness of the hotel , the staff was incredible. Checkin was easy, staff was accommodating, bartenders awesome, grounds were beautiful. Entertainment- entertaining. Not loud , relaxing. An incredible time was had by all !!
