Great service at Deja Brew, from Natasha, Yanilka and Ramon. They introduced me to Dominican Baileys on our first night. Subsequently, I went every night for a nightcap. Super friendly and polite!!!

This resort was amazing. We went back a second time because it’s so great. But what made the trip really special was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The staff was always smiling, chatting with us, and making sure we were having a good time. Diomedes, Manuel and Bryan from the entertainment staff are the best. They always found us by the pool or beach to let us know about fun activities planned for the day and they even remembered our names. Diomedes also went out of his way to help us practice speaking in Spanish, which was the best part of our trip. You can tell he loves what he does and genuinely cares about guests enjoying their trip. Alfonsina from the pool bar is also incredible. She was so friendly, always smiled, talked with us and constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. I’d highly recommend you book your trip at this resort. The entire family had a great time.

Exceeded expectations. Beautiful property and the food was exceptional. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly. We would definitely stay there again.
