Most wonderful, kind, hard-working employees. You rarely had to ask….they just knew when to help. I surely hope that they are paid well because they deserve it. Activities were fun and food was awesome. Love the afternoon outside buffet. I can’t remember many of the kind people, but here are a few that I’d like to mention. Myrenny at the pool—always smiling and did whatever we asked of her. Diomedes in Activities-Hard-working, personable, great sense of humor. Guantenay and Carlos at the buffet-Before we even sat down, they would have our drinks on the table for us. Graciously assisted our friend who uses a wheelchair. Excellent service! The girls at the coffee shop in the lobby-Always pleasant and quick with the orders. Manuel-Wonderful and funny. He loves his job!

Everything was top notch. Clean, beautiful location. Friendly and helpful staff. Cold drinks. Plenty of activities through the day for a fun atmosphere. Jzeirho in the Martini Bar was excellent. Food was delicious at each restaurant we attended.

Location was very safe, resort was clean, and the hospitality was the best we've experienced. Food was above average for an all inclusive resort.

This hotel exceeded our expectations at every corner. Every person we interacted with was polite, professional, and ready to help with any request needed. The hotel pictures made it look really big, but the size of the hotel was actually perfect. There were plenty of beach and pool chairs available each day and the beach was gorgeous. All the servers at the pool/beach really hustled to make sure you were taken care of. Our room had a butler, who was outstanding! Frandy assisted us with all our extra requests right when we got checked in. He checked in on us daily, assisted with dinner reservations, food/drink requests, housekeeping timing, and was just an amazing helpful person. We enjoyed the food and drink selection at all the restaurants/bars/cafes. We've never stayed at all-inclusive with so many options to choose from and we checked almost all of them out. :) Room service for breakfast was convenient and delicious. Buffet had so many options to choose from and was so clean (most stations the employees grab the food for you, instead of you serving yourself). Waves was really great for lunch and dinner (small portions, but still tasted good). Our favorite place to eat ended up being Noodle and Thread on the Hyatt Ziva side - every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious. Would definitely recommend staying there and can't wait to go back.
