Had a great visit! We loved visiting the Deja Brew every night to see Natasha, Yanilka and Ramón for ice cream and a sweet treat. They were so sweet to us!!

???? 4/5 **An Incredible Resort with One Opportunity for Improvement** We just wrapped up our stay at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana, and overall, it was a fantastic vacation. **The Highlights:** * **The Property & Rooms:** The resort itself is amazing and beautifully designed. The rooms feel brand new, are incredibly well-kept, and offer a great environment to relax. * **The Food:** The variety of specialty restaurants offering global cuisines is impressive. We visited several during our stay and had a great experience at every single one. * **The Service:** The entire staff across the property is clearly well-trained, and it shows in the top-tier quality of service. Our personal concierge, **Larisa**, was the epitome of a true professional—always available and attentive to our every request. * **The Entertainment Team:** The entertainment staff all around the resort was amazing. They are happy, high-energy, and consistently go above and beyond to provide a world-class guest experience. A special shoutout goes to **Alfredo**, whose contagious happiness and positive attitude truly stood out. Alfredo, if you read this, know that you made our vacation so much better just by knowing you! Thank you! **Constructive Feedback for Management:** Our only major critique lies in the adult night-time entertainment. Almost everything closes by 11:00 PM, creating an environment where it feels like guests are being pushed to go to bed early. Only two venues remain open late, and they simply weren't very entertaining. The lack of live music or a DJ was widely noticed by many guests we spoke with. There is no dance floor anywhere on the property, despite a lot of unused real estate that would be perfect for it. We highly recommend Hyatt Zilara to anyone looking for a premier vacation spot. We would love to come back next year, and we highly advise management to revisit their night-time policies and query their guests on this. If this area improves, it is easily a 5-star resort!

The Zilara lobby bar, Gabriella’s has the BEST dirty martini. Ask for Leandro. He makes the perfect everytime!
