As this was our second visit to Hyatt Zilara, we were once again very satisfied with all this experience provided. There is absolutely no down side to this all inclusive experience. The staff is truly amazing and attentive to all our needs. The food is phenomenal and of the highest quality. The only dissatisfaction is with the beach as the sargassum made the ocean and beach unusable. Although there are daily cleanups, the water was murky and smelled of sulfur. If the seaweed issue abates, this experience would be everything you’d expect and want from a true Caribbean beach experience. However, the pools are clean and offer a very nice experience, which in my opinion, offsets the dissatisfaction of the beach situation, which is not the resort’s fault.

First trip to Dominican Republic…we will be back. Phenomenal service, great food, perfect accommodations. Martin was our butler and was amazing. Greeted us every morning and made sure we had copies of the “Z News” activities. The activities staff was outstanding! Motivational, but not too pushy. Manuel, Alfred, and Amado were always warm and inviting. They kept all guests well informed of the days activities. Also need to give a shout out to Mayreni, who brought us drinks poolside every day. She always greeted us with a warm smile and prompt service.

The hotel and the staff is top notch. We were truly impressed at the beauty of the hotel and the service. Anything you would ask for they would accommodate. We went for our anniversary and it was a relaxing but fun experience. Although the beach had sargassum due to the time of year, the hotel tries its best to stay on top of it so people can enjoy the beach. They have so many options for food and activities and also access to Ziva (family resort side) if you want to try something different. Our butler Martin, bar tenders at Gabriela’s (Marilyn, Leandro), wait staff at the pier (Guedonix), dejabrew (Glenny) made our stay amazing. They are all about the service and we are truly grateful for how the service was. We will be planning another trip back.

The service was amazing, food was excellent and I love the lazy pool it was so much fun.. I sure will visit again. The staff was the most friendliest always greeting you with a smile, My very first time having a beyond meat burger it was soo good.. I love the fact that there were soo many different entainmet in the hotel, every night you can dine at a different restaurant.
