This is the first time I visited an all inclusive resort and my expectations were pretty low. The Hyatt Zilara was so far above my expectations and our stay was incredible! The beauty of the property is evident from the moment you enter the lobby. The view from our room was amazing and the sun rise view is incredible! What really made the stay here special, however is the staff. Everyone there is anxious to make your stay special and to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. We never waited long for a drink or for a table at a restarting. The staff on many occasions, went out of their way to serve us. We will definitely be back!

Edwardo, Dalitza and Gabriela are such a great team! The service was exceptional and top tier. We enjoyed the tea and the pastries. We will be back for the coffee!

I have been to many all-inclusive properties and will say that Hyatt Cap Cana is the best I have been to yet! Not only is the property beautiful and well kept, but the staff and service they provide is amazing! Not to mention, there are so many great meal options. This property thinks through all of the details to make sure each guest has the best experience possible.

Our experience has been amazing. We traveled here in Jan 2025 and before we left we booked another 5 days for February 2026 one month later. We love the club pool and the huge gym. Restaurants are well staffed with great servers and management. Deja Brew coffee bar, in the open air, hotel lobby, is our favorite place for Cappuccino’s made with a smile by Gabriella and Michelle. Breakfast at the Pier is great and Anthony makes the best omelette and is always so welcoming first thing in the morning! We will be back for sure!

Wonderful resort with excellent food and amazing people/service. Don’t hesitate. Be sure to get a Cappuccino or Latte from Gabriella or Michelle at Deja Brew - they mane the best latte we’ve had outside of Italy and the service is always with a smile. They are amazing. Also, don’t miss Anthony at the omelette station at the Pier Breakfast - he is an artist.
