Another wonderful vacation at Hyatt Zilara. We loved it so much last year that we returned again! It was like being home with family again. The staff is so welcoming and always bending over backwards to help you. The grounds are still immaculate and the food is still very good. Our favorite restaurants were Waves, Journeys, Chinola and Brandos. The only one imho that they need to replace is Shutters. We tried breakfast there twice and it was fair at best. Anyone we met who tried dinner there did not enjoy it so we didn’t bother. Hyatt needs to put an upscale Italian restaurant or a good Mexican restaurant on the adult side. Noodle and Thread on the Ziva side is always packed with large families and loads of children and is not enjoyable adult dining. The beach was enjoyable and there were plenty of chairs at both the beach and the pool. We tried both each day. If you have water shoes bring them. There are some rocks and seaweed but the sand is white and immaculate. We loved it! Michael Jackson tribute show was enjoyable and there is always something to do whether it’s karaoke, paint and sip etc. We made some new friends from Saratoga Springs on the beach and enjoyed getting to know them and dining together one night at Chinola. Special shout outs to the amazing Zilara staff: MY NUMBER ONE . Mr Personality…. Truly makes our vacation the best…. MANUEL FROM ENTERTAINMENT. So outgoing and engaging with all the guests.. he is a lot of fun and always knows everyone by name! He even remembered what chairs we usually sat in at the pool last year. I was impressed! What a great asset he is to the Zilara entertainment team! Kept us laughing and smiling with him every day. ANTONIA from Bongos club bar makes the best Expresso martini and always remembers how we like our drinks! KLEIBER from Bosque club bar always welcomed us with a huge smile and hello and makes the best chocolate martini! PATRICIO-Waves Manager helped us celebrate my birthday and always makes it special. A real gentleman who does a great job with the restaurant! JAIMIE- manager of Chinola and our waiter Marcus introduced us to all the delicious Turkish food and made it a lovely epicurean tasting adventure. Wonderful property for an all inclusive. Just need to do something with Shutters and change up the shows a little so that we can come back every year!

Amazing first time in Punta Cana at the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. Great people, food and drink. Everyone we met was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff aims to please. Pool area bar supervisor Noemi is a lovely lady who makes you feel at home. She exceeded our expectations!!! Reef pool bartenders Leury, Francisco and Manuel were always fast to refill an empty glass with very tasty libations. Patricio, manager at the Waves restaurant and Ronald our server treated us like royalty on our anniversary dinner. We'll never forget it!!! Odalis at the reception desk is super friendly and performs her job very well. All in all, this place is a 10 out of 10. Don't miss it !!

This place was so great. Everyone was so nice and th3 accommodations were great. Entertainment and service was excellent. More relaxing of a resort, not a party resort. Amado and dionicia were at the pool everyday and were so wonderful. Very great service. Highly recommend!
