Awesome all the way round. 5 star service from Adrian aka jamie fox lol ??. Lobby bartender Luis drinks was the best ??. Food and service ??. The only thing I would say put outlets on the balcony. Out of their control the beaches, I had a lot of seaweed . But they made up for it with the pool entertainment

On a whole the resort was fabulous. Staff was very nice. Restaurants a Bars were clean and food was great. Only drawback we had was the housekeeping was not up to what you expect for the price you pay. Not that they didn’t clean well, they just tried to come late when we were getting ready for dinner and not come back. Out of 5 days our room was cleaned once.

I have never been to an all inclusive so I have nothing to compare to but it was a wonderful property and experience. I didn't have one bad meal, the club access was great, I loved our swim out suite. Getting around the property was easy. I plan on coming back again!

Unbelievable service. I have been to this hotel before and will continue to return. The culinary experience is amazing, cocktails are amazing and the staff is phenomenal. Had the chance to speak to Pedro Tomas who was very kind. Will be back!

Very awesome resort. Some admin issues at the Hyatt level but the staff absolutely make the experience. Bernice and Roberto are the absolute best. They work so hard and they always have a smile on their face! We would come back just for their warm and friendly service!
