Joel and Jhonny were very good. THey were professional but fun and always available! THey brought food and beverages as needed!

We had the time of our life! The resort was perfect for us. Just big enough and not over crowded. The staff was amazing!! We really felt like we were part of their family while there. Our butler, Raifer, was so kind and responsive. He was the best- Ask for him if you go! We can’t wait to go again next year!

The resort is absolutely stunning. We totally enjoyed our visit and will be a returning customer in the future. The wait staff was so attentive. I requested unsweet tea and although they do not offer it they made it happen for me where ever we were dining. I especially want to recognize Salvador Luis Nathaly Greilin. He was so attentive to my request he had it ready for me at breakfast. Top notch resort and staff. This is a place that is worth the trip. 10 out of 10!!

Everyone is incredibly helpful and kind. The housekeeping lady, I think her name is Angela, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Eric was our “butler” and he was amazing as well. Very thoughtful, kind and generous. My only “problem” is the lack of English proficiency, but that’s not the resorts fault! I understand Spanish is the primary language. That’s why it’s not a 10/10, because my friends and family don’t speak Spanish! Other than that, the food was fantastic, especially Seishin. Jenny was my waitress 3 times & was lovely each night. Ronald was our grill chef & is fantastic. Highly recommend the massage as well. We had a 50 minute Swedish & I felt ALIVE. The hot tub spa was so cool too.
