Great trip with my work family! Love the resort! Jonathan & Mitcheel were the best sports and always brought us drinks with a smile! We had a good time hanging at the bar with them! Erika gave us excellent beach service & so sweet! Salvador and his breakfast crew always had our table ready every morning & gave us the best service! Jesus made us laugh daily & was the highlight of our days! Don’t worry about the construction next door. We barely noticed it. French restaurant was great! Loved the ice cream & coffee shop! Resort is clean and staff is friendly!

Shout out to Salvador, Jesus, jonathan(bartender ) and Mitchell. They were amazing Perfect setting for a relaxing girls trip. French restaurant was amazing ! Highly recommend to go there. Hotel was clean throughout and staff was friendly

What an amazing holiday !! My partner and myself would like to thank jakeline juleisy Johangel for the hospitality and excellent service at breakfast, the restaurants ( our favourite was Italian ) but all the other were very good also a shout out to Red for the fun we had at the beach , joel for going that extra mile with putting out sun loungers every morning in our favourite spot.It was one of the best experience we have ever had I want to thank everyone who made out holiday relaxing wonderful place wonderful people and as you can possibly see from out photos we are beach lovers. I just hope I have spelt all names correct ?????

Resort was nice overall. Premium alcohol was only available in the check in lounge. I heard it’s the VIP bar but they ran out of my tequila every day. I’m not into settling for drinks at an all inclusive premium alcohol resort. I was also disappointed in all of the mosquitos in my room. I heard others in our building had the same problem.

Great experience all around. Way better than any vacation I've had in Latin America to date. The hostess, Aracelis, is amazing and the wait staff are super friendly and accommodating. Santos is a great resource for any membership inquiries. Great choice of restaurants and the architecture and layout are fantastic.
