Great time! Food was good but not great! Beach had a lot seaweed. Very nice property. But the oceanfront suite upgrade was worth it. Came with a rooftop area and a plunge pool.

Overall, we had a great experience at Live Aqua Punta Cana. We traveled as a small group of couples/friends to celebrate a few milestone birthdays. The resort is modern and beutiful and very manageable. It gives you the home away from home feeling. The rooms were variable in the same type and the construction on both sides of the resort is a little bit of a buzz kill but not a deal breaker. The food was excellent at all resturants with the exception of ATL. Would consider returning to this resort in the future or recomending to others. Most of the thanks is owed to the outstanding service provided to everyone on resort. The staff at the Aqua Club welcomed us with a great check in. Jonathan our butler was helpful with all requests throughout our stay. All staff in passing welcomed you with an Hola and a smile. Special shout out to the server family at Liberi who started every morning amazing! Julio, Linda, Yandy, Duhiocodee, Daniela Alexandra, Isais, And Salbador! Also to all the gentlemen serving on the Aqua Club Beach! I wish I could remember everyone's name but thank you all again for an amazing trip

I could write a book. Have been to Punta Cana several times but this place was the best resort we have ever been to. I have to mention the employees who made our week most enjoyable. Jose and Junior our butlers, Greilyn and Luis our waiters, Yulisa the masseuse. Thank you all. Live Aqua is a little far from the airport but you will not be disappointed from the minute you get there until you leave.

We just got back from a really nice vacation at Live Aqua. The property is beautiful and the grounds are well manicured and very lush. The food overall was very good and the service for most part was excellent except at Compton Street Sports bar where it was dismal. The people were awesome and listed below are a few who deserved a special THANK YOU Chez Rose- Martin and Angel Sospiro- Jahndy Liberi- Servers (Yuli, Jackeline, Greilyn, Wandy, Yoangel, Mercedes). Special Gracias to Salvador and Julio ‘Coffee” with a special “Shout Out” to Edward for his beautiful coffee beans designs. Omelet Chef Raul for his graciousness and great service. Entertainment Team: Red for his flash and spunky personality, Capuchino and Soleda for their smiles and an AWESOME thank you to my table tennis compadre, Sander, thanks for the great games, ATL- Heidy (server) Miraflores: Angel (bartender) and Martin (again) and Roseanne (Hostess) Compton Street: Daniel (Mgr.) for quickly diffusing a situation that could off been ugly. Horizon Bar: Kelvis (bartender) and Elizabeth for their great pours and beautiful smiles. We had a great time and hopefully will be back Till next time….Gracias, Merci and thank you

Place was great but Julio who works in the Buffet made our trip the best ever!! This was a surprise 60th birthday trip from my wife for 32 of us and he made sure I felt special. Every morning he had tables ready for all of us and a special welcome message for me!! It made my trip. I hope he is recognized for his unbelievable hospitality and warming demeanor!! Julio, my friend…. Thanks !!
