We had such an amazing holiday week at this beautiful resort. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were treated like family. The resort is just the right size so walking is minimal, the food is delicious and full of flavour and the butler service is top notch without being over-bearing like in other resorts. A huge thank you to our Butler Franchesca for taking great care of us during our stay, she helped make our stay comfortable, even on the day I wasn’t feeling well she was attentive and ready to get me anything I needed to feel better. She really made us feel like family. Shout out to Alexis, Shalu and all the staff who not only called us “familia” but also made us feel like we were. We can’t wait to go back again next year, and we miss everyone already. ????

First when you arrive, the hotel smells sooo good. The room was very clean, it was cleaned twice a day. The restaurants on site was amazing, the best for me was ATL, a Mexican restaurant. The staff always greet you with a simle, and room service spaghetti was the most delicious, and am a great cook. Thank you soo much for a wonderful time.

Gabriel, Greylin, Angelo, Noelia made our experience, breakfast lunch tea we would always see them and receive amazing service with a smile and jokes. We love how they would always remember our drink orders. They always had a table ready for us for breakfast, I have a disability and without asking or mentioning it they would always give us the perfect table close to the Buffett, which made me feel very comfortable. Absolutely 10/10 from these guys

Not a five star hotel for the price they charge go to any Excellence resort in Punta Cana. Staff was not friendly with the exception of Gabriel, Greylin, Angelo, Noelia and Jusmeily!! They were amazing and provided excellent service. Do not pay for the aqua club not worth it and no amenities comes with it except for butler service that we never used. Would not recommend this resort!! Only 4 restaurants in the entire hotel which one is closed each night. Lacks nightly entertainment and I dress code. People come in their pajamas and head caps for dinner classless.

Our room was great and clean. The staff was so kind especially our butler Eric. Made sure toe tend to all our requests and questions. Was always super polite and made the trip easier for us. We had opportunities to all the pools, lounge, and restaurants. There was no noise to complain to. The vibes of the hotel was relaxing and peaceful.
