We absolutely love this Resort. Everything was just perfect. The food was really good. Drinks phenomenal. We love how relaxed we felt. We will be back that’s for sure. Thank you for making our Christmas unforgettable.

We were supposed to be there in 10 days and we are seeing in fb posts and have been told, that all bookings were cancelled as of Jan 20th. Various reasons have been provided but the big one that blew me away was that the owners did not plan well and are having their major conference during that time and many room bookings have been cancelled. I will never come back to this resort. Which sucks as I had hyped this place up for the other couple coming with us. Bad taste, Buh Bye Live Aqua. We were loyal until you did this.

We had two Manager , Aleksandr and Ivan , they are very good und try to do our time amazing. Very interesting entertainment, tasty koktail. Not good experience in Mexican restaurant.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are lovely, we had a junior garden room suite and it really is impressive when you walk in. Are mostly great and super helpful, we did have a couple of bad service experiences in the Japanese restaurant but the food was delish! The drinks are watered down and sweet, so defo ask for extra to make up for it. The entertainment is good, not in your face all day, the foam party was a particular highlight and I wish there had been more like that! The food is also amazing, there is lots of options and all at a high standard. The buffet and beach grill were my highlights! My only really complaint which is December / Jan is not the ‘dry season’ as claimed online. It rained most days and some days were complete wash outs, in that instance there really isn’t anything but play pool to do. I know it’s a beach resort but with such tropical and unpredictable weather perhaps the hotel should have some more games or covered places to lounge.

We had an incredible stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana! The food was absolutely fantastic—every meal felt like a culinary experience, with so many delicious options to choose from. The resort’s lowkey vibe was exactly what we needed for pure relaxation; it never felt crowded or rushed, just peaceful and serene. A huge thank you to our butler, David, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. And a special shoutout to Alexander in the Aqua Lounge—your hospitality and attention to detail made our time unforgettable. Also special thanks to Bree and Marvin for making us feel at home.
