We came to this report for our honeymoon! We have zero complaints. Food was delicious, keep in mind you should be open to trying new things while visiting. If you’re not into seafood their menu is pretty wide ranged including pizza, pastas, etc. We received VERY good service from all staff. Everyone was extremely friendly. Specifically Yohangel Damiela and Mariela at breakfast and Jandy at the Mediterranean and French restaurants. Room service was 24/7 and food always came hot when ordered. The housekeeping was exceptional as well. We did take an afternoon at the spa for hydrotherapy and massages and had a wonderful experience there as well. They were kind and the massage was just what we needed after traveling. The entertainment team was so fun! From Zumba in the pool to the neon party and other late night activities they always kept the energy and made it fun.

This place was everything that was advertised!!! Enger was our butler and he was amazing not sure what all of the housekeeping was but they were phenomenal as well !!! We hope to go back soon for sure !!! Thank you all for an amazing week

What is advertised as a tranquil getaway , spa retreat it certainly isn't that. If you want to see people dancing on bars playing derogatory and racially motivated music and taking substances that are sold on the beach then this is the place for you. Food wise you are better off having room service cause nothing else seems to open even though advertised.

We stayed at Live Aqua Punta Cana for six nights in July and had a really good experience. We booked a swim-up room with butler service, and I’m so glad we did. Being able to walk right into the pool from our room made the trip even more relaxing. Our butler, Jose Reinaldo, took great care of us during the entire stay. He was always checking in to see if we needed anything, helped us with restaurant reservations, and made everything easy. Having the butler service was the best decision . We have stayed at other all-inclusive resorts before, and his service really stood out. I also want to thank Yaheiry and Noris at reception, and Lloani from the Aqua Club. Everyone was welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived at the resort. The breakfast buffet was probably my favorite meal of the day because there were so many fresh options. We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment. There was something different every evening, so it never felt repetitive. Another highlight for us was the spa. We liked the hydrotherapy circuit so much that we went back four different times during our stay. It became part of our vacation routine. Overall, it was a relaxing week with excellent service, beautiful pools, good food, and people who genuinely seemed to care that we had a nice vacation. Hoping to be back here with all my siblings !

????? An Amazing Birthday Getaway – We Can’t Wait to Return! Our stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. We celebrated a birthday here, and the entire team went above and beyond to make it a truly unforgettable experience. We decided to upgrade to an Aqua Swim-Up Room with Butler Service, and it was hands down the best decision we made. Having direct access to the pool made our vacation even more relaxing, and our butler, José Reinaldo, was exceptional. He anticipated every need, always checked in on us, and made us feel genuinely cared for. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made this one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. The food was another highlight. We loved having so many dining options throughout the resort. Every restaurant offered something unique—from the elegant French restaurant, to the delicious Italian cuisine, flavorful Mexican dishes, and the fun teppanyaki experience, which quickly became one of our favorites. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations. We also loved stopping by the coffee station every day. The coffee was outstanding and became part of our daily routine. One of our favorite lunch spots was the beach restaurant. The ceviche was absolutely amazing, and the staff surprised us by preparing homemade tostones, which made us feel so special. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the team beautifully decorated our room before our arrival, and they even surprised us with a delicious birthday cake. Those thoughtful touches made the celebration even more meaningful. From the beautiful pools and relaxing atmosphere to the outstanding service from every staff member we encountered, everything about Live Aqua exceeded our expectations. Thank you to José Reinaldo and the entire Live Aqua team for creating such wonderful memories. We left already talking about our next visit, and we highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service, amazing food, and a truly luxurious vacation experience.
