My experience at Live Aqua Punta Cana was amazing! I genuinly had no complaints during our 5 day stay. First off, they have an absolutely beautiful resort. You can tell they take pride in the upkeep from the common areas, the rooms, the pools and the beach were literally pristine and smelled incredible. They even hooked us up with some of the aromatherapy sprays to come back home with. The food was awesome. Tons of options to choose from, we ate somewhere different every day but our fav was the Hibachi! Most importantly, we left feeling like we were apart of their family. I want to give a special shout out to a few people that made our stay as great as it was. Nicky, Jeffry, and Jose were world class, like seriously. The level of detail and care they provided is what took this trip to the next level for us. They are the reason we are planning a trip back to this same resort. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us and I hope we left half the impact on them that they left on us. Also, shout out to my guys Osvaldo and George too. They were great too and really laid out the red carpet for us during our stay. If you’re considered staying here.. do it. Hands down my favorite vacation to date! Oh yeah.. one more thing… spend a day at the spa, trust me

This resort is absolutely stunning, surrounded by a beautiful landscape and beach. Our suite came with a fully stocked daily, 24hour room service, and beautiful swim up pool right next to the beach! The cali king bed was an unexpected bonus (missing it already). The Spa honestly stole the show this trip. I'd highly recommend a visit to their hydro lounge. ??This resort was worth every penny; I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay and am already planning a return trip. The staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly and happy to be there. I'm already missing the staff in concierge, specifically Jose, Nicky, and Jeffry. All staff went above and beyond, but these individuals were especially helpful to us during our stay. All around top tier service and constantly made sure we had want we wanted; just amazing! ?? I was genuinely sad when we had to say leave our LA pals, but I hope to see them again soon. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, with top tier staff, beautiful views, and food galore I'd highly recommend giving this resort a visit.

Great resort. Top notch! Our own butler Alexis was on point with everything we needed. Super responsive and helped us with everything. Food was amazing and the shows were great!! Wonderful beach and cabanas. Not busy and quiet at nights to relax. We had our own private swim out pool which was amazing!! We will come back for sure!! Let's not forget the drinks and great service by bartenders and waiters!! Rooms could use better cleaning especially the bathroom area. Location was 45 min from airport easy. It's quite pricey but you get what you pay for. This is what all all inclusive should be.

Had a wonderful, relaxing time, great food and big shootout to Andreyou at the side pool, pleasant to talk to, positive and made us feel welcome in the DR.

This place is awesome for going to relax. My husband and I have a wonderful time there celebrating our anniversary. The food and the restaurants are amazing. The servers are top of the line. Yohangel, Daniela, Angela, Mayielis y Yuleisy were incredible with the services, the food recommendations and super professional. Nicky and Enger are super helpful and reliable . Katiuska is excellent and really thoughtful. THE SPA IS TOP ?????????? ! Thank You Live Aqua Punta Cana for making the stay unforgettable. We are definitely coming back.
