Easily the greatest week I could have ever asked for. The resort is STUNNING, the layout of the property is perfect, the rooms are spotless, housekeeping is incredible, the food is absolutely amazing with so much variety, the staff is kind and helpful, everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. I’ll never get over how beautiful the property is - it’s so well landscaped, perfectly maintained and clean. There is plenty to do, someone is always wishing you a good morning or evening, the access to the beach is gorgeous. Plenty of seating at every spot, both beach and pool. We had a swim up room and we wouldn’t do it any other way - simply because having your own personal swim spot is a game changer. Garcia and Pedro ensured that our time was perfect - they took impeccable care of us. They looked out for us, answered any and all questions and made sure we lived our time at Live Aqua to the fullest! Gabriel and Eduardo ensured that our meals were perfect and that we didn’t have to lift a finger during our dining experiences. The women in the cute little coffee shop were always so bright and friendly. This was our first time at an all inclusive and our experience exceeded our wildest dreams. I recommend trying all of the restaurants as they are incredible, checking out the live music (or sitting outside in your swim up pool while they play like us introverts did because you can still hear the performance) as the DJs and singer are amazing, going to the spa for a massage and going to the coffee shop in for your morning drink - be sure to definitely grab a milkshake from them after dinner too - delicious! This is a place of dreams and I would return today if I could! If you are looking for somewhere to relax, unwind, get some sun and feel absolutely spoiled - this is the spot. This resort thinks of everything - they provided us a beach bag for carrying all our necessities with us, comfy robes to relax in during our stay, flip flops for the beach, tons of amazing food options - they’re also very considerate of food allergies, a nice chilled room to come back to, cute little duck souvenirs to bring back home, a gorgeous environment and a calm atmosphere. Special shout out to Garcia - as two anxious first time travelers he ensured we felt comfortable and safe. We had an awkward encounter with the marketing team after their presentation and he noticed our mood change, made sure to check in on us and help lift our mood. He was exceptionally kind, accommodating and made sure to know our preferences and interests to make sure our stay was tailored specifically to us! 10/10 service and such a calming energy!

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms, restaurants, bars and all the outdoor areas. The staff are super friendly and always greet you with a smile. But sadly this doesn’t make up for the constant noise. The beach is next to the main pool/pool bar which blasts music all day. If you go to the pools you’ll find other guests playing music through Bluetooth speakers. We also experienced this in our room, the guests below us played music in the afternoon and well into the early hours. We had to phone reception at 4am to ask them to send someone over. They have live entertainment every evening till late, but it’s on an outdoor stage thats next to a lot of the bedrooms, and the corridors to the rooms are open so you hear everything whether you want to or not. We also experienced issues with service. When dining there could be long waits when ordering drinks and desserts. You could order the same cocktail twice, but it would taste different, the same with dishes in the restaurants. Some days our room was serviced, some days it wasn’t. If it was it was hit and miss when it came to towels, snacks and drinks. The resort is billed as somewhere to rewind and relax, this really is not the place to go if that’s what you’re after.
