My Butler David was amazing he was very attentive and made me feel very welcomed. His customer service was top tier. Would be back and if am able to request him I would. Also Diana ( Lady D ) was very sweet and was very helpful and also give top tier customer service would also request her again they both should get a raise ??

Very luxurious. Amazing pools and service from our personal butler Brahian. My guy Willy at the swim up bar was always attentive for drinks and food. Orlando made us feel welcomed during the check in process.

I’m going to share my experience, which was far from the best; my wife and I decided to visit this hotel for our anniversary. We had seen the photos, and the hotel—specifically the lobby area and the front section of the building—is indeed very beautiful. However, our room was a suite, and I even had to fix the curtains myself because they had come off the track—something the staff clearly failed to notice before handing the room over to us. The service from my butler was terrible on the first day, so we didn't use that service again. The way the staff—or at least some of them—treated us wasn't great until they saw our room number, but the most disappointing aspect was the food. We were limited to specific restaurants for those three days because there was no buffet lunch or dinner—something I find hard to understand for an all-inclusive hotel. The entertainment consisted only of a bit of live music; nothing extraordinary for a hotel of this caliber. All in all, we paid a significant amount for a three-night stay, and it was quite disappointing.
