My husband and I spent 13 nights in the Tierra suite. The room was beautiful and clean. We spent some time on the beach where Lola took great care of us. About 6 days in the sargassum moved in and we spent the rest of the time in our suites pool. The servers came often to serve food and drink. Miguel and Rossy were incredible and always checking to see if we needed refills. It was so nice to sit in our private pool and have anything we need delivered. Alexander at the aqua club makes an amazing espresso martini! Dario at the buffet and Japanese restaurant was welcoming and attentive! Our butlers were Eric and Enger. Both were great. They surprised me with a birthday cake and decorations in our room for our anniversary. The resort itself is small and beautiful. Don’t sleep on the soups at all the restaurants. Our favorite restaurants were Italian (eggplant parm) and French. The buffet is also open for lunch some days. Make sure you check it out. It was amazing! Look out for the habanero salsa !

Second time at this resort and it didn’t disappoint. Food was out of this world it was that good. Service was amazing big mentions to, Salvador, yohangel, Joel, jefftey, Mitchell and last but not least Jhonny one of that hardest and most loyal workers I’ve seen. Great selection of entertainment by the amazing entertainment staff big mention to ms red (who didn’t win a single game of volleyball) rooms were always tidy by the time we got upstairs from the pool or after dinner and entertainment with the turn down service. If you’re looking to go to punta cana this is the place to come to. Can’t wait to come back next year.

My husband and myself have ventured out to plenty of resorts. By far, this is the one that had the best entertainment. Not only did they entertain at night a show every night, but they also entertained poolside during the day. They had Zumba , dancing classes and water aerobics. Salvor, was the best waiter for the breakfast/brunch buffet. He was very attentive and greeted us right away every time with a friendly smile. He even left a goodbye message on the table with coffee beans our last day. Jairo Gomez, was our room service attendant. He made sure we had all the condiments we needed. Last but not least, Daniel our butler was great. Our first day we noticed our mini fridge in the room was not properly working. He had it replaced within 20 minutes. He sent us an itinerary every morning. Booked all of our reservations. Also, he made sure I never ran out of limes in the room or cold beer for my husband. ??

My mom and I recently returned from an incredible stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had. We've stayed at many resorts over the years, but what truly sets Live Aqua apart is its people. The staff doesn't just provide service, they create an experience that makes you feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the resort's stunning design. The beautiful oversized wooden doors open into a breathtaking lobby filled with peaceful fountains, elegant architecture, and of course, the signature rubber duckies that add a playful touch to the luxury atmosphere. Our concierge, Luis, greeted us warmly and gave us a golf cart tour of the property before escorting us to our room. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel instantly at home. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous. Every pool, pathway, restaurant, and common area was impeccably maintained. The grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped, creating a tranquil tropical oasis. Our room was spacious, modern, and luxurious, featuring a massive shower with dual shower heads, a double vanity, and a balcony jacuzzi overlooking the pool and vibrant greenery below. What stood out most throughout our stay was a phrase we heard repeatedly from the staff: "Welcome Home." By the end of our trip, those words couldn't have been more accurate. Live Aqua truly felt like home. A special thank you to the incredible breakfast team: Aveselis, Yohangel, Yaquelim, Yuleisy, and Yudi. Every morning started with warm smiles and exceptional service. Yohangel deserves particular recognition for greeting us every single morning with the biggest smile and remembering that my mom preferred decaf coffee while I drank regular. It's those thoughtful personal touches that transform great service into something unforgettable. The entertainment team deserves an award of their own. Priscila, Marieli, Bryan (better known as Mr. Chicken Boom Boom!), Maria, Yohan, and Carlos were simply phenomenal. They brought energy, enthusiasm, and joy from morning until night. Whether it was aerobics, Zumba, spin classes, pool activities, dancing, or the incredible nightly theater performances, they kept guests engaged and entertained at every moment. Their passion is infectious, and it's clear how hard they work behind the scenes to create such a fun and vibrant atmosphere. They truly became one of the highlights of our entire vacation. I would also like to recognize Miguel, the beach lifeguard, whose kindness left a lasting impression on us. He was one of the very first people we met when we arrived at the beach and immediately offered to take photos for my mom and me. Throughout our stay, he consistently checked on guests, ensured everyone was safe, and always greeted us warmly. One of the most touching moments was watching him assist an elderly woman in a wheelchair into a specialized beach wheelchair so she could enjoy the ocean. His compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for others were inspiring to witness. Another huge thank you goes to Miguel from the pool and beach waitstaff. Every day he took exceptional care of us, making sure we never needed a thing. His attentiveness was truly next level. He surprised us daily with creative cocktails, each one somehow better than the last, and frequently brought us dishes he thought we'd enjoy trying. His recommendations were always spot on, and his warm personality made every day at the pool even more enjoyable. No one makes a cocktail quite like Miguel. We also want to give a special shoutout to Rosanna at the Cevicheria, which quickly became our favorite restaurant on the resort. Not only was the food outstanding, but Rosanna's kindness and attentive service made every visit special. She always made us feel welcome and took wonderful care of us. At the end of our stay, we found ourselves genuinely sad to leave. The beautiful accommodations, pristine grounds, delicious food, and endless activities certainly make Live Aqua Punta Cana a luxury destination. But it's the people who make it unforgettable. To every staff member who greeted us with a smile, remembered our names, anticipated our needs, and made us feel like family, thank you. You transformed a vacation into a collection of memories that my mom and I will cherish forever. We arrived as guests, but we truly left feeling like we were saying goodbye to family. We'll absolutely be back.

Live Aqua is an excellent resort from start to finish. It caters more to a wellness style resort with an excellent spa and relaxed atmosphere. I came with my wife for an anniversary trip and they treated us with excellent care and made us feel like royalty. The food is also wonderful and food staff is top notch! Overall Live Aqua is exceeded all expectations! Special shout out to Eric our butler, Willy the main pool bartender and Jackeline, Danilla, Benjamin, Angelisa and Errianny who all were amazing at the restaurants!
