Had an excellent time. Rooms, entertainment and food were wonderful. Red, Prisila and Bryan were so much fun in entertaining everyone with dance classes, water aerobics and keeping everyone dancing in the evening. Yohangel and Dario were great at breakfast and Dario so fun at the Japanese restaurant. Nancy in the Sports Bar served us every night with a smile.

My experience at Live Aqua was honestly one of the most disappointing and unsettling hotel stays I’ve ever had. On the very first night, my roommate and I had money stolen directly out of our luggage. The cash was hidden deep within our personal belongings, which means someone went through our things while supposedly “cleaning” the room. That alone is beyond unacceptable—it made us feel completely violated and unsafe. To make matters worse, the in-room safe did not work the entire time, even after we reported it multiple times to staff. When we reported the theft, security handled the situation in an invasive way. They searched through our room as if we were the ones being dishonest. After that, our room remained unclean for days because management claimed the staff was “afraid” to enter. That is not only unprofessional but also a clear reflection of how poorly this situation was managed. Beyond this incident, the staff's overall attitude was extremely concerning. There was a complete lack of urgency in addressing any issue we brought forward—whether it was the broken safe, the theft, or even basic room service. Everything felt delayed, brushed off, or treated as unimportant, which only added to the frustration of an already terrible experience. At this point, it genuinely feels like this resort employs people who cannot be trusted with guests’ personal property. There is no excuse for theft, and even less excuse for how it was handled afterward. When we tried to discuss how they would address or make up for the situation, we were met with resistance and had to practically beg for any type of response or accommodation. Overall, this experience was not just disappointing—it was disturbing. I left feeling disrespected, disregarded, and honestly disgusted. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone.

Live agua. 4113. Servic has been great. Swim up pool bar with yuly, Miguel, Johnny. Amazing service. Made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. Very much a bonus to our trip. yuly smile is amazing
