We had an awesome stay at Serenade Punta Cana! The room was lovely, comfortable and quiet, with stunning views of the pools and the ocean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay special. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and theatre were incredible. I highly recommend Serenade Punta Cana to anyone looking for a wonderful hotel experience.

Frankly speaking, this service was very much friendly. The driver of the bus called us previous day in order to say he will wait for us at the pick up point, if there is any delay let him know and he will await for us. Unfortunately, we were stranded at Malaysia border iimgtn point for not been uploaded our arrival, they didn't have Wi-Fi even at the place but a kindly lady offered us hotspots. By the time noticing our delay the driver called us and came to assist us along with the tour guide. Neither of them went harsh on us and instead told smiling that is why asked you the pick up point about this. Any how we were taken to KL safely and say bye to us in much friendliest way. This service very organised and much respectfull to their clients. I recommend them to be a excellent service.

Beautiful and wonderful water and pools. I do wish smoky was not allowed everywhere and that the burgers were less dry. I would have liked to been made aware when booking that they had an adult only side, and that you could opt out of a tour and go wash up after a long plain ride instead of getting shown the whole grounds. Other then that it was a wonderful trip

Really lovely hotel, amazing food and great staff. The rooms are extremely clean, well laid out and very big. I would recommend. We ate at all of the restaurants, which you must book when you get there, and they were all lovely. The vast array of food at the main buffet restaurant was wonderful. The only one thing I would say is that the outdoor evening entertainment finished at 9.30 pm and if you wanted further entertainment you had to go into the large theatre. We only did this on one occasion as it was a Michael Jackson Tribute act, which was very good to be fair, but the other evenings entertainment in the theatre wasn’t to our liking, so we then had no alternative music or dancing outside. This was a shame as then the evening kinda ended, unless you just wanted to carry on drinking. I think with such amazing weather and the opportunity to have outdoor entertainment, this is an opportunity missed. Could there not be both?? Also we headed to the beach party one evening and it had been cancelled! There wasn’t any notice that this had happened and it was word of mouth from other guests who were waiting around and also no explanation was given. However, in the grand scale of things these issues are minor and I would totally recommend this hotel and resort. Anyone visiting will have a truly wonderful holiday.

Luis medina is the best bartender on the resort. He’s so friendly and funny and he makes the best drinks…. especially strawberry daiquiri!!! The hotel is so clean and the staff is awesome but especially novel and luis! I would definitely recommend coming here
