Loved everything about the place.

We had a large suite 1000 square feet. Lodging perfect. All the restaurants were great . The buffet for breakfast lunch dinner very popular, i was HUGE and had impressive amounts of variety, fresh pizza made right in front of you, multiple food stations for omelettes, seared chicken and steaks. Fresh juices you have to try the fresh watermelon juice !!! I never though Id give food a perfect ten but I have NO complaints at all. Multiple pools with swimup bars. Great beach all so close. Sometimes a little bit of translation barrier but get a google translate app on your phone you will do great. I would only go back there and not risk the other full service except Hard Rock which is too expensive. Have fun.

An honest review from a family

redheadmimi (Silver Creek, New York) on Jan 14, 2026

On the beach. Food court is in the middle by the lobby. So is theater. Food is fair but you can always find something to eat. No rave reviews of the quality of restaurants . Most workers are not friendly. Not even good morning from servers. Rooms are beautiful. My room was very clean but others saw cockroaches in rooms and restaurants. Our group of 15 , ages 73 through 6. Pools clean. Beach dirty with garbage. It feels like a hotel that gave up or is on the verge of selling. No workers seem to care. Nancy in sports bar was a good server. We tip very well and she appreciated it. No way a 5 star resort, I was generous with a 3 star review . We would not return or recommend .

Great place. Will repeat. Needs to improve quality control and overall service management.

Great and spacious rooms. Very Clean. Friendly staff. It was quiet and resting. The beach when cleaned is not bad. Service on the restaurants was lacking. Not enough staff created a rush service leaving a lot to be desired. Great variety of food of good selection but elaboration quality was not great.

Liked it, didn’t love it, but also didn’t hate it, Best part was the weather & our snorkel excursion booked NOT by hotel

I’ll start off saying I’m not one to write reviews, but I want to share with others to save their money and research an alternative resort. We arrived on Saturday evening, I paid extra for the VIP experience and butler. After we checked in they introduced us to Nicolas that said he was going to meet us for coffee the next morning to give us a tour of the facilities and bring us two welcome bags with two water bottles and two sun hats. We met him in the morning, no welcome bags, he didn’t want coffee or show us the facilities…he took us in an elevator and said just fill out this short survey and someone will come to meet you to give you a tour. Then we meet Luke who takes us to breakfast(keep in mind it’s all-inclusive) still no tour, back up the elevator and for the next 3 hours high pressure to join their vacation club…NOT how I envisioned spending my first day of vacation!!! From there was just a series of unfortunate events, our air conditioner broke, the lock on our sliding glass door broke, I tried several times to call the front desk and no one EVER answered the phone. Our butler did solve our problems, but if we didn’t have him…I believe there would not have been a resolution. Also, I used one of the community bathrooms and 4 out the 5 faucets were broken. All over the resort there is chipped paint on walls and mirrors corroded. Staff seems annoyed and unattentive. Several times at the no reservation needed buffet we couldn’t find anyone to get us water, silverware or salt/pepper. You need reservations for the ‘specialty’ restaurants and even with a butler it was challenging to get a reservation. On New Years Eve we actually got a reservation at the Steakhouse and gave us a nice table…within minutes a waiter trip and an entire bottle of red wine exploded at our feet. That was definitely an accident, however, they handled the situation very poorly. They barely apologized, handed us some paper napkins and tried giving us a crappy table in the corner. There’s more, but I think you get the gist…spend your money elsewhere…this resort is the definition of lipstick on a PIG

Poor value and inconsistent service

Carolynelavigne on Jan 03, 2026

We stayed at this hotel as a large group of 19 people for New Year’s Eve, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Several rooms had issues: some had unpleasant smells, others had leaks, and some were extremely noisy. Overall, the property feels old and poorly maintained, which really affected our stay. The service was inconsistent. While a few staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, most were not very welcoming and didn’t offer much assistance when problems were raised. We paid extra for the “preferred” option, but it was absolutely not worth the additional cost. The food was also very average and did not meet expectations for a New Year’s stay. However, the sister resort, The All Suites, seemed better. As preferred guests, we were able to use their bars and buffet options, which were noticeably superior. Overall, this was not the experience we were hoping for, especially for a special occasion. I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it.
