Awful. Think twice booking this hotel. Service-0. Only in 1 day we had 3 unpleasant " surprices". No bed sheets, play with the bathroom towels, we were 4 and had only 3 towels, fridge empty. Service in restaurants- 0. You tip them and you are waiting too much time ( hotel wasn't at the full capacity). We celebrated kids birthday( receptionist confirmed cake and door poster), so we didn't find any poster, my baby was upset after a claim, it appeared ( room decoration was done by us, so staff is blind). No link between reception and a-la carte resto, as they were surprised about birthday , but after a long explanation we resolved this bug also.Food:buffet is much better then a la carte, it was a surprise. Mediterranean really sucks. The only one positive thing is the beach without waves and they clean it twice a day. That's it.

Serenade Hotel is one of tHE best hotel i have gone in the D. R.. AMAZING FOOD AND SUPER BEAUTIFUL ROOMS AND CLEAN. BUT I MUST SAY THAT ONE OF THE BEST TIME I HAD HERE WITH MY FAMILIA !. THERE IS AN INDIVIDUAL NAMED BEYONCE AND HE REALLY MADE THIS PLACE TO BE SUPER FUN. HIS ENERGY IS AMAZING...SO POSITIVE.

This was my fist time at this resort and it was absolutely fabulous. The resort is clean and the staff are always working so hard to maintain everything and keep the patrons happy. Goofy especially was an amazing dancer and great at entertaining the guest. He was fantastic!!

We are having a wonderful time at Serenade Punta Cana. Our suite is huge and there are so many great shows and activities for my child. The buffet has so many great options and the beach is gorgeous. I especially loved Beyoncé’s hospitality and dancing. We will definitely be back.
