I would not recommend this resort, especially if you’re an American traveler. The service was very disappointing, and the language barrier made it difficult to get help or have even basic requests understood. Many of the staff came across as unfriendly, and at times it felt like Americans were not welcomed. The rooms were also below expectations. They weren’t as clean or well-maintained as we had hoped, and overall the resort did not provide the experience we were expecting. Based on my experience, I would choose a different resort if you’re planning a trip to this area.

We spent a week at this hotel with my family, and it was a huge disappointment. The beach is completely unusable due to the seaweed; it is disgusting, smelly, and dirty. The staff barely speak any English.But worst of all, they steal. On our second day, my credit/debit card was stolen right from my room. I received absolutely no information about it for six days, and then they simply told me to go to the police. They refused to admit any wrongdoing, and I received no compensation whatsoever—even though I had proof, including 5 SMS notifications of attempted transactions in the local area.I will never return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is good, the people are friendly and the rooms are very clean. Rihanna from the entertainment staff especially was very nice and friendly. The food needs improvement, before it used to be of higher quality.

The resort was very good. They had a variety of food to choose from at the buffet. There were many pools to swim at. The beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the internet was spotty.

It was me and my girlfriend birthday vacation weekend and we stayed at serenade. We had the perfect room with a balcony
