Had the best time. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the word go. Our suite was stunning and spacious. Choice of sunbathing areas .. lots of pools or on the beach. So many restaurants - we ate out at a different one each night ..our favourite were Himitsu, Oceana, El Patio, Blue Water Grill, Ollio and Bordeaux but the others still were nice. Food cooked to a high standard, delicious and so much choice you're spoilt. Good gym to work some of the food off! Beach stunning and long for nice walks or to see the beautiful sunrise. We also did beach yoga every morning with a lovely teacher from Dallas that they had over. Great friendly staff from Julio our 'butler' who looked after us so well to J Froze and Daria on the entertainment side who gave us dance lessons that were fun. The beach bar boys - Reuben, Felix and Jordan to name a few and the lovely Martires who looked after us so well at both Ollio and El Patio. We were spoilt and made some lovely memories. Thank you so much to Mr Rodriguez and Mr Iglesias for allowing this to happen. Great holiday, you can do a lot or as little as you wish ...something for everyone.

This was our 2nd visit here after coming in 2023. This visit was even better - actually perfect. We were fortunate enough to have a huge suite overlooking the beach ocean on the top floor, Julio our 'Bulter' was attentive to us for everything we required - so polite and helpful, and genuine. The General and Resident Managers (Roberto Iglesias and Daniel Rodriguez) were also very attentive and helpful to ensure our holiday went perfectly. To have use of a Cabana on the beach was wonderful, along with the dedicated drinks waiters, who were also perfectly attentive (i.e. not always asking if we wanted anything, but around enough to enable us to relax, chill and enjoy the beach). the beach was very clean, very little seaweed, and what there was was cleaned up a few times daily. We ate in a different restaurant each night (with a pre-arranged booking time we asked for sorted out by Julio). All the restaurants were great, Himitsui, Bluewater Grill, Bordeaux and El Patio our favourites. Personally I loved the al a carte breakfast at Olio; some my family loved the lunch there too. All in all we had a wonderful holiday including joining some of the activities - yoga, volleyball, rum tasting, painting. See you next year !

From the time I stepped foot onto the resort, until the time I left, I had the time of my life. Such a great trip and experience

Go to dinner restaurant at 6PM or 2 hour wait until 9:30PM. Dinner buffet was not as expected compared to other Secrets properties.

Excellent service everywhere we turned. Great food and very generous people!!! Marcos was the best butler we have had with any of our stays. The bar tenders were so knowledgeable and could accommodate any of your wishes! The beach was spotless and water crystal clear. We will be back!
