Great resort and I will be coming back very soon. Lorena Mance Rojas of the gift shop of Caribe was wonderful. Also Carol of the Gift Shop of Tropical gift shop is very kind and pleasant. The buffet of colonial is exceptionally good. Thank you!

If you haven't experienced the spa experience at the Your Spa Caribe, you must! It has a w9nderful hydro spa that includes sauna, steamroom, jacuzzi, cold plunge, and outdoor pool with jets for your back and neck. The massage I had with, Lucely, was a Swedish massage and was excellent! Very relaxing and enjoyable. I recommend you book with her. Great experience and well worth the time and money

Premium it's really slow they have only one employee to help if you don't pay for premium your check in its faster than its not make any sense because you pay for better service but you don't get it.

Aqui lo pase muy bien! It is a beautiful destination with lots of different pools, restaurants, and a clean calm beach. The people here are very nice, and there is always someone to assist you or offer you a drink. The night entertainment is amazing and full of talented people. The only downside I would say is how expensive some of the activities are. Although it is an all inclusive resort…the really fun stuff like swimming with dolphins, zip lining, atv exploring (and other activities) are charged 100+ dollars per person. Not really ideal. And the mall area in the resort spikes up the prices for the tourists a bit too much. Upon leaving, the receptionist, Julio Cesar, helped me have an easy and fast check out.
