It was a beautiful relaxing holiday and we'll definitely be back! Clean resort friendly staff. The food was delicious!!

Stayed for 12 nights at the beginning of May. Had a great visit. Grounds are stunning, so well kept. Beach had lots of seaweed but staffed were working hard on trying to clean it up. Still was able to swim with the turtles which is a huge reason we chose this resort. Caribe pool was a lot of fun, Gabriel and the rest of the entertainment staff were amazing, love the pool parties! Buffets are your average resort buffets, but à la cartes were very good. Tokyo and Rodizio were our favourites. Only suggestion is a working app for the resort. Will definitely be back! Special shout out to Luis Alberto Morales Bustos, Gabriel from Caribe pool entertainment staff, Luis gallardo and Jesus M from Caribe pool bar, and Alermo Garcia from caribe buffet. You guys all went above and beyond to make our trip amazing.

Overall it was a very good experience especially for the price and we would stay again. If I could recommend one upgrade it would be larger bathrobes in the rooms for plus size people like myself. The food in the restaurants that we ate in were excellent but the portions are very large causing a lot of food waist, wish they would offer 1/2 size options.

Very large Hotel, plenty to do and lots of options. Impressed with the friendly staff and how well and clean is kept.

Wow for my first time being at a resort this was incredible. From the food to the view to the service it was all amazing and if I come back I will be staying with Barceló again!!
