We had an absolute great stay at this resort, would definitely return. The beach is rocky so water shoes are a must. The resort is very clean, staff is always busy cleaning and maintaining the entire area. Some wildlife on the resort as well, we saw deer, raccoons and lots of.differnt birds. We were the unlucky ones that didn't come across the monkeys but they are there as well.

Had the most fun at the surf with the help of the lovely coach Myriam who went beyond and above to teach us! Absolutely loved her!

This a nice resort BUT you have to be careful when paying with cash at the front desks. We had booked an excursion and had it charged to our room then when we went to the front desk to pay for it, we counted out all of our money and handed it to the woman behind the counter, she counted again but this time handed back three US $20 , one had some writing and two were slightly ripped, she said they couldn’t accept these bills since the central bank is very strict on the bills they accept. My wife works at a bank and got all of these bills from her work, her and another coworker checked them all bills were brand new when we received them, THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER HAD SWAPPED OUR NEW BILLS FOR OLD ONES AND SAID SHE COULDN’T ACCEPT THEM, LOOK OUT FOR THIS WHEN PAYING ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY, I’d recommend paying with card or if you have to pay cash pay small amounts, count slowly and have it clearly laid out on the count so you and whoever is behind the desk can see it, maybe even have a second person with you as well. I’m very disappointed with this type of practice and I’m sure it happens at a lot of hotels and resorts here. VERY DISSATISFIED.
