I had to pay $42 for sunscreen lotion on site. It costs $15 in town. That's gouging at its finest. The restaurant staff and it's management are not welcoming. Pool staff are awesome.

Breathless Riviera was a beautiful property with a lovely staff. The day life is relaxing and the nightlife is entertaining.

The staff were amazing - very attentive. Charlie boy, Caesar, and Fernando made the best drinks & pizzas everyday. They always anticipated and predicted our desires. Angel, Mauro, & Ivan were from daily activities and they were very interactive with our group. They made the activities very special! Our family had an excellent vacation and we are looking forward to coming back!

Amazing experience as a first-time all-inclusive. Resort was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, we felt accommodated in all needs. Only advertising flaw is that no activities are included, all are extra charge (spa, snorkling, etc.). We did a spa day for couples and a snorkling adventure and both were excellent. Also, the gym at this resort was excellent as well, great for all the basic needs for bodybuilders on vacation. The room was awesome (ocean front room), pools were lively and there was plenty of room. We do not drink alcohol, but we always were waited on and had mocktails galore on this trip. Food options were great as well, we were lucky to get in for Hibachi, and even did a romantic dinner on the beach which was so beautiful!

The staff here has been very helpful, especially the pool concierge Victor Magana! He came through in a time of need with the Aloe gel.
