Great staff. Roger and Edwardo really make you feel Like your on vacation at the preferred pool. Clean resort. Good food. Fun time had by all!

When we had arrived, we were a bit overwhelmed as our flight got in way before we could check in. We were allowed to go ahead and enjoy the property while we waited for our rooms. They have hospitality rooms available to change into your swim suits or other clothes when you arrive if your room is not ready at the time of arrival. I would recommend having your swimsuits in your carry on or easily accessible baggage in case this happens. Buffet food was decent, the best time to hit the buffet is for breakfast in my opinion. This buffet does not quite offer a lot of different options from day to day, but some people may prefer that. Seafood quality was excellent. The nook café is 24 hours and it a life saver! Lots of treats, coffee, delicious sandwiches etc for quick options. Room service was really great too, very timely and fresh. The Strip Grill had AMAZING melt in your mouth steaks. Pool side and giantcuzzi food like barefoot grill options were delicious and fast. The rooms were nice and air conditioner was perfect. Actually, it was frigid. If you are anything like me and are worried about being hot constantly or humid, do not worry because this AC is AWESOME!!!! The showers did have a slight musty smell but they were very clean and worked well. The amenities seemed very nice. There is a DJ from 1-5 daily by the xcelerate pool, so if you want quiet just be aware of that. The best thing about this place was the staff. Every single person we were in contact with, even passing by on the walkways, were so nice, friendly, and welcoming. I don't think that there was one person who didn't have a smile on their face.

10/10 experience. Top quality all around. Party vibe, loud, but entertainment and atmosphere is outstanding. The beach and the Energy pool were quieter. Do not worry about it being 24 hours of loud party music. Service was impeccable and we were treated with impressive effort. Room was very clean, always taken care of. Food was decent, I stuck to basic foods and had plenty of selection. Overall good. Drinks were not watered down, well taken care of at any bar or restaurant. What an experience.

Edwin and Roger at the pool gave exceptional service along with Viktor! Edwin remembered us from 4 years ago and made us feel welcomed back, so cool. Would recommend this resort if you like lovely, our group had lots of fun and no disappointments!

We stayed on the secrets side. There is no swim up bar. Actually the lack of bars was terrible. One very small one in the lobby ish. I in the only restaurant on the secrets side. I think the app they have you use is a joke as well. Room service said it wasn't there menu so he had to tell me a few things. Not good. Im good to not come back. Very uncomfortable seats
