So many people working to make our stay great that it’s hard to know where to begin. The poolside scene was just right. Lots of guests, plenty of entertainment, and very skilled bartenders. Pool activities, including aqua-spin, aqua-aerobics, Zumba, and salsa dance lessons are lots of fun thanks to the entertainment staff, including Sofia, Pedro, Mauro, Angel, Luis, Andres and others. Yoga and Zumba were available every morning taught by enthusiastic pros with Fitbodies. Evenings were lots of fun. We started with adventurous cocktails, followed by a different cuisine every night. Mateo and Axel made the meal at the French restaurant exceptional. I would note that the Italian restaurant is always in high demand perhaps because it has a more relaxed dress code, so arrive earlier that you normally would. Ditto for the Asian. Lucian made breakfast perfectly tuned to our preferences. The excite pool music that used to be a sexy late-night intensely-bass mix now has pop hits from the last 20 years that have been updated and relaxed. The other two pools are more relaxed. All in all a great experience. That’s why I write it at five stars.

Overall good value for the money. The service was great and food was good for all inclusive. Top shelf liquor is always a positive. Edwin and Roger at the xhale pool were fantastic. Victor always had our chairs ready to go for us. And estafani and gamboe were fantastic butlers

Location - would have been nice to have more beach access Atmosphere - we were here on a bachelorette trip and the pool was a fun environment, DJ could have been better though Rooms - rooms were clean and no issues getting what we needed Value- good value for what it is Restaurants were almost impossible to get in, experienced very long waits and ended up at buffet which was very underwhelming for dinner. We basically ate bread rolls for dinner. The Italian restaurant was good. Entertainment was good, we had a lot of fun at the drag show and the little club Special shout out to Edwin, Charlie, Pedro, Fernando, Rodger for their exceptional service. They really are what made the trip.

Rooms were immaculate, staff incredibly friendly and the party vibe is on point! Teppanyaki restaurant was great! Andres, Abby, Sonia and Vincent at the party pool were THE BEST!!

Nice resort, had some plumbing issues first day but they were quick to fix. Staff was great and friendly. Our sever at the pool was Abishair. She was incredible. Highly recommend this resort
