Do not go here!!!! This resort has turned into a dump. Since Hyatt has purchased the AM resort Breathless is has turned into a very cheap resort. It was not worth the splurge. All of the things that Breathless is known for has been removed. The property hasn't been kept up and is falling apart. One of my friends was put in a room that had mold in it. When mantainence came to the room the sprayed something in the ceiling and repainted over it which was a clear indication that something was wrong. Then while trying to not complain and stay in the room her allergies were triggered and she got a headache. We had to fight to get them into another room and they only could downgrade her room. I booked an ocean view and they put me in a back corner tropical view. I had to downgrade my room to get out of the corner room and to get a glimpse of the Ocean. The resort food has to be the worst food I've ever experienced at a resort. The room service menu only have a few options on there and I'm not sure how anyone can mess up a BLT but they did it successfully two nights in a row. So the third night I tried the hotdog and it was worse. This isn't the resort to spend extra money to stay at if you are looking for quality but if you are looking for a resort who stays up all night and a decent pool and club party go here. As long as you don't mind paying more for a raggedy room, bottom shelf liquor and being hungry until you return home this is the resort for you.

The service from the staff was amazing, especially Charley Boy! The resort was very clean and safe. I throughly enjoyed the activities and the bars!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our best friends bachelorette! There was a great balance between fun and relaxation, and the service staff were all fantastic! Mateo and Luis were wonderful and made the resort feel like home, and the entire staff were so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!

We booked this resort because it was more affordable than our normal spot (Breathless Soul) and left very pleased and impressed! The staff were hospitable, friendly, and made the experience unforgettable! The entertainment team was top-tier, hosting all kinds of events, from couples competitions to a magic show and spin classes. Bartenders were very friendly and made the best drinks. The food was overall very good, but there were a few times we were disappointed. There were a lot of staff that made our trip incredible and memorable: Our favorite person was Lidia in the Xhale Lounge because she was super welcoming and made the best drinks. We visited her several times each day and talked with her for hours throughout the trip. She gave us recommendations for snorkeling and eating in the local town, which was a fabulous experience. America, Claudia, and Ilona in the Xhale Lounge were wonderful with the concierge team. They answered all of our questions and sent food and supplies to our room when requested. They were so friendly each time we saw them and greeted us so cheerfully. We also really liked Manny, Sophia M, Erik, Ivan, and the other Sophia on the entertainment team. We participated in a lot of the activities which were extremely fun, making each day a unique experience. Edwin and Daniel at the Xhale pool bar were an absolute pleasure. They were friendly, helpful, and remembered our drinks (including lots of garnishments!). They made each day super fun! Last, we really enjoyed Edgar at Bites. We ate many delicious meals through Edgar and he gave suggestions for food and drinks that were delicious.
