Service and staff were excellent. Maintenance could stand some tune up!

Had a very good experience with our concierge Jorge who helped us throughout our stay but also Helped us through our plane being 4 hours late They accommodated our late check out as well as Assisting us with a smooth check out and Personal attention that made a delay palatable! He was attentive and easy to reach at all times. I would highly recommend his services We had a great experience at the beach as well with Charlie Boy and at the pool with Paulo. Watching Charlie drag chairs and go beyond serving us ice bucket and champagne when no ice bucket was available. He said ‘I will find one!’ And did. I did not ever see Paulo walk…he ran and similarly he went out of his way to satisfy our requests Will we come back? We certainly will.

The Worst

We made a major mistake by staying in this poor excuse for a resort. We upgraded to the Exhale Club and paid a premium for absolutely nothing. They have a small lounge that's right on top of the registation area. They're supposed to have food there. Unfortunately the platters are always empty. They never replenish them. The falsely advertise the club. There's supposed to be a private pool. There's not. A private restaurant. There's not. It's really a joke. If you re thinking about staying here I have a word of advice....DON'T

Amazing staff!!

The hotel is nice and clean, the restaurants are great, but the best part about Breathless was the staff. Edy, who sets up trips with Amstar, was phenomenal. He helped us pick the trip that was just right for us, we had a blast. And then every day we enjoyed seeing his smiling face. He always checked in to make sure we had a good time. Charlie boy was the best server one could ask for. He always had our drinks before we asked and made sure we stayed hydrated. He made us feel so special. Fernando. The bartender is super professional and so quick. Fernanda who works at the French restaurant does such a good job managing a lot of busyness and sometimes crabby people. She stays calm and professional. My favorite part about the hotel was the Nook coffee shop. We went there about five times a day and by the end the girls knew our orders. I don't remember the other two girls names, but all 3 were lovely, friendly and professional. Rosalinda was so kind and thoughtful. The Nook is always busy and those girls are the best!

Just came back from a 7 days trip at Breathless Riviera. Although the weather wasn’t the best when we first got there - we had the BEST time. Everyone is so thoughtful and welcoming! The food & drinks were great, entertainment was awesome. I would need to add that this isn’t the place to go if you want a quiet resort (mucho fiesta and loud music) with a nice beach (it’s honestly the worst I’ve seen. We were looking for a nice place to party, eat well and drink and it was exactly it. Shout out to our new friends at the energy pool - Edwin and Rogelio! Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without you guys. Christian was a gem as well. Would also love to mention Robert at the Xcelerate pool and Pascuale at the buffet restaurant. We will be back !

Holiday with husband

Firstly I would like to mention the concierge Emiliano went over and above to help us with anything we asked. From booking activities to restaurant reservations and just general information he was on top of his game. Secondly hotel is lovely bar staff great restaurant staff good as well. Last but not least disappointed with the Aron the towel guy who kept removing my towels from my loungers at the beach while I had lunch. I shouldn’t have to guard my seats when I’ve paid extra for exhale. Truly disappointed with his attitude as well.
