Staff was helpful professional and happy the rooms were nice the club was a nice touch at the end of the night only things I feel the could change would be a hostess at the restaurants during dinner keeping the pool open past 8:00 and the club open till 2:00

Food was excellent!! Activities and entertainment is geared towards weekends. Rooms were nice and beds were comfy. Pool music was fun.

From the moment I arrived I truly enjoyed my stay! From the wonderful staff (concierge, room service, house keeping, servers, bartenders, VIP etc) to the services it was a great experience! We stayed at the swim out suite and I highly recommend it! We had the ocean view. The entertainment team was SPECTACULAR! Julieta and Kevin were so fun and engaging! I would stay here again!

I ignored the reviews and went based on the reputation of the brand. Also, I thought I was getting a good deal for an adult only resort. The overall issue is that this resort wants to be both a party resort and a luxury resort. It definitely fails at the latter. It's a poor value for the money and has lost it's way. Food -The buffet was seriously the worst I've had at any resort and this resort is a higher star than any I've visited. The offerings were limited and the food is not fresh. We soon learned to only get an omelette and only if a certain chef was there. Even the fruit was not as fresh as I've had at other resorts -Food at the Mexican restaurant and Asian restaurant was salty and inedible. -Had a good meal at the steakhouse and the outside themed parties Accommodations -Paid for a partial ocean view room and could not see the ocean. Was told this was because the trees had grown -Upgraded to a swim out room and this was one of the only redeeming factors. Pool water was warm and it was great being out there at night. Beverages -I wish all resorts would offer Red Bull. It would be appreciated especially by folks who don't drink alcohol. -Alcoholic beverages all tasted the same and were watered down except if you upgraded to the Xhale Club Beach -If you care about the beach, do not even bother to come to this resort. The beach is full of seaweed, no one goes to the beach and the view is dismal Activities -High energy, great music at pool parties on Friday and Saturday -Pool exercise classes were fun Service -We noticed that guests of a certain race were getting better treatment -We were told they did not have Hookah but it somehow appeared after we asked the concierge -Sonia, our poolside server was great!
