We had a great experience for our first time at Breathless to celebrate my wife’s birthday! We enjoyed the upgrade to Xhale Club with the access to the pool/butler service! We had great service by Roger & Victor at the Xhale pool! We also enjoyed the “party pool” with Andres! He was always looking to help make it a better experience! We’ll be back soon!!

Spent a week at Breathless and had an amazing time. The service was amazing from check in to the time we left. Pascual, Felipe Alan and Verense at the spoon were amazing servers, The Entertainment team were great Andres, Mauricio went out of the way to make sure all our needs were met. The resort was very clean and the rooms were always cold. The bars were understaffed but the bartenders worked there behinds off to make sure drinks were flowing. The only complaint I would have is that they would run out of top shelf liquor very fast. Overall a great experience would definitely return to this resort.

We always started out our day with an amazing breakfast at the Spoon Restaurant. The food, cleanliness, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. With a special shout out to Pascual, Felipe, and Alan for going above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and loved. It was a great start to our day every morning and we are thing to miss it.

This was a great experience for my first visit to Cancun. The employees made this trip extra amazing and warm and accommodating for us every single day! Special shout out to our dear buffet friends Pascual, Felipe, and Alan at Spoon Restaurant. They made us feel so welcome and at home. They went above and beyond for us every single morning with so much attention and detail to our meals. They truly make our dining experience so special! Would recommend to all my friends!!

Roger, Adi, Edwin, Christian, and Victor (pool concierge) were AMAZING!! They are full of energy, extremely kind, and always made sure that my family and I were taken good care of. They definitely made our trip so much better and we would come back just for them!!
