Pasqual Spoon restaurant is my favourite. He is friendly and attentive and an absolute pleasure!

My partner and I recently came home from a truly unforgettable vacation at the Breathless Resort, and we wanted to thank everyone who made it so special. From the moment we arrived, Jhovana Rodriguez, the manager of the Xhale Club, made us feel welcome and cared for. Her warmth and attention stayed with us from check-in to check-out, and her impeccable service set the tone for our whole stay. We have to mention Lidia, one of the most talented bartenders we have ever met. She seemed to know every drink in existence, and she made each one with skill, charm and a smile. Every restaurant was a delight. At the Asian restaurant, Ines, the hostess, greeted us graciously, and Jaime and Yoel, our wonderful waiters, made every meal a pleasure. The Italian restaurant was outstanding too, thanks to the lovely and gracious Liliana and the excellent service of Alfredo. At the breakfast and lunch buffet, Pascual, Elizabeth and Mayra, along with many others, looked after us with kindness and care every day. A special thank you to Brian and Christopher, the bellmen, who went out of their way to help us several times. Their thoughtfulness didn't go unnoticed. We also owe heartfelt thanks to Jesus, the lifeguard. When a crab grabbed my hand in the ocean and punctured it, he came right to my rescue. He calmly cleaned and disinfected the wound and bandaged it with great care. Jesus is a truly kind gentleman, and we're very grateful for him. Everyone we met at the resort showed the same exceptional warmth and dedication. Because of all of you, this was one of the best trips we've taken in a very long time. Paschal at spoon was amazing!!!! He attended to all of our needs and was the sweetest person… make sure you go see him at the buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch….. he is a 10 out of 10. This is our 2nd year coming here and we absolutely LOVE it here…

Pasqual was the best server. Louis and Erik the best entertainers. Carmen the best sales person. Gio and Steve the best of everything.
