The staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful!! They made my family feel really welcome and everything was beautiful and great DJs and bartenders especially Vincente!!!

We booked this trip a few weeks prior to going so we did not do as much research as normal. I think that the two biggest complaints we would have is that the quiet pool was shut down about a week before we arrived. The only pool open was the "party" pool and while that can be fun for a little while it is not our main scene or vibe. Yes we are older and others were having fun. We asked and were not allowed access to the Secrets pool unless we wanted to pay for the upgrade. Our other complaint would be that the enclosed restaurants did not seem to have AC. It was in August and I get that its hot but I don't like to sweat while eating. Now on the positive side, the rooms were nice and the wait staff was as good as anywhere we have ever stayed in the 25 plus years we have been going to all-inclusive resorts.

The buffet was the best. Pasquale was Amazing every time we came to eat, everyday. He is an amazing server.

Hats off and a round of applause for my experience this year! Service was TOP NOTCH ! Resort was spotless, workers going around the clock keeping the rooms, restaurants, and pool areas clean and well maintained. We stayed in Building 7, Room 7408. Highly recommend. Close walk to pool, quiet at night, great view of the Ocean and pool area, room smelled like a spa, and was kept impeccably cleaned. Entertainment: was quiet during the weekdays but the evening entertainment was great. Weekends- full blast fun ALL day and night. Follow the Hyatt ap to know what party to prepare for. RESTAURANTS: My new favorite is Coquette. Setting is beautiful, service on POINT! Get the Shrimp ap.....we did multiple times. Silk city- Fantastic! I told the waiter my favorite items I've had in the past and told him to surprise me with my dinner. A custom plate was made and devoured. Kudos to the chef. Pizza at the beach- Get the Mushroom and eat poolside. Don't miss the shows, What made our trip incredible was the STAFF ! RODRIGO- Checked us in pronto and when I asked if there was room/building that I haven't stayed yet (this is my 4th time here) with a great view I would be willing to move during the stay. The next morning- DONE! I will ask to stay in this room again. At check in I also stated that I did not want any phone calls for time share meetings. He respected that and we enjoyed all the resort had to offer without the phone ringing. Throughout the week he checked in with us daily, made sure we got our reservations moved for Hibachi since we booked an excursion with AMSTAR to go to Xel-ha, and upon departing had a Breathless photo frame and keychains to remember our trip. JOSE MAY - I cannot say enough about this man!!! We wanted to eat outside at Silk City but there wasn't a table available. He moved one. We wanted to see the Fire Show but arriving late from the excursion we were disappointed that we wouldn't get a table to see it- he surprised us with a table reserved up front and center for us. I wanted to talk to the property manager to let them know all the ways the service was ABOVE & BEYOND on my 4th visit here and he brought him to my spot at the pool. EVERY single day he did something to make our trip better. As we were departing he brought us a goodbye piece of cake that said, "Have a nice trip" back home. Breathless.....do what you can to keep this employee and have him train all the new ones coming in. Employees like him are what make people keep coming back! SAMUEL- :) Sam has been my poolside server each time that I have been to Breathless. He must get 50k steps a day. I arrived each morning and he brought two glasses of green juice for me to get started and our drinks were refilled within minutes ALL week long. He is always smiling, always friendly, remembers exactly what you like at what time of day, and one of the hardest working people there. Every time I come to Breathless I see what pool he is working and that is where I'll be. He is THAT GOOD! AARON- Daily Poolside set up, towel getter, umbrella finder, happy to help with anything you need by the pool. We looked forward to his smiles every morning! SOPHIA on Entertainment Team A+ ! Great dancer & sweetest member. Orvelin- whether he is your waiter at the restaurant or at the bar in the evening- this man never looks overwhelmed or irritated at how busy it is. He works fast and is always happy when he greets you. ANDREA- She is your Spa Consultant !! My friend wanted a massage and facial and we both wanted Hydrotherapy. She found the best deals for each day to make it affordable and work around our schedule of events that we wanted to attend. She even stopped by the pool area to make sure we remembered the times of our appointments each day! If you haven't done Hydrotherapy BOOK IT FOR EVERY MORNING if you can! Use your resort coupons or she will find you a deal. It isn't expensive and if you want to feel your best after drinking and staying up too late this is the cure! Do not skip the cold plunge. Trust me- this is a must do when you stay here. Honestly this was THE BEST experience that I have ever had at Breathless and will continue to bring new friends yearly. Food has improved, entertainment improved, best service I have experienced at any Adult Only All Inclusive. Keep this staff, Keep up the good work, and folks who have read this long review- BOOK NOW!
