Love this resort! 3rd time here and it's consistently great! Fun vibes, fantastic food and entertainment. Top notch e-team Erik,Mani, Angel, Ivan, Sophia, Luis and Mauro...thanks for making everyday fun! Also, thanks to Gerardo that put his heart into keeping everything clean and in order around the property.

We stayed at Breathless Riviera Cancun for a bachelor party and had an absolutely amazing time. The resort was a perfect fit for our group, but what really made the trip unforgettable was Wilberth. He went above and beyond for us and truly elevated the entire experience — his energy, attention, and service made our stay so much better. Huge thanks to him for making the trip one to remember.

Wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone. It was fine at first, the room was great, the pool was nice and then we got to dinner. There were hour waits at almost every restaurant. We were finally seated at Picante. The service was slow, we had to ask for missing items and for drink refills multiple times. On day 2 we encountered an issue to which the customer service was non existent. Beware, if you book this resort through a travel agency, they will treat you like a second class citizen and offer you no help. And they will try and pressure you into their sales pitch as some sort of fix to your problem. We have tried to receive help through Hyatt and the resort since returning, which has been laughable. This was not our first time to a Breathless resort, or a Hyatt Inclusive resort, and we will not return to any of them!

Our family chose Breathless as our annual vacation. The resort is not too big and not too small, but just the right size. There are 2 pool areas which were great. The serving staff at both were also very attentive, quick and friendly & we looked forward to seeing them every day. The restaurants were also great-- our favorite was italian and hibachi. Not many options when it comes to quick dining besides one buffet open for breakfast and lunch. Our rooms were nice, spacious and clean with great views of the water. I would like to point out there are rooms that surround the pool/entertainment areas and i felt bad for those guests because some nights there is outdoor entertainment and music playing, so I would suggest book in on the outskirts of those areas (toward ocean.) Speaking of the ocean, we didn't swim in it. The water was filled with seaweed and brown. The beach was also not as expected... sand was kind of rocky/dirty. Do not stay here if you're looking for blue water and white sand!

Excellent resort. We loved the food and the small convenient layout. Exhale club was worth it for us. We enjoyed the entertainment and music. The other side of the resort would have been much too loud and young party scene for us. The staff are excellent.
