We did not have towels for days. No body wash for days. A guy tried selling me cigars and vapes on the beach. He opened them to show me. Told me the price and when I refused threatened me with the cartel. I'm not a dummy I know the cartel isn't coming for a 50 dollar box of cigars but most people would probably be pretty intimidated. The beach is not the in properties purview so there isn't much they can do. Used cotton ball from last people. Bobby pin which we don't use. Buying coke on the beach is easier than getting a towel by the pool. The food at every restaurant we at was terrible. The buffet was good. Miguel a buffet waiter is the best. I will never come back here unless Miguel is in charge of everything

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Clean rooms great service and excellent friendly staff. Always hot water and water pressure excellent. The food was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everywhere line - for dinner, for breakfast, for towels , for the cards Entertainment only on weekends. The same food every day. Swiming pools are good, but open water shores has a lot of sharp stones. Sensor-Lights in the rooms.If you like to take a shower or bath you should be ready that light will go down in few minutes and try to don't break your neck. Coffee maker in the room doesn't works.We had problems with WI Fi and TV .
