We had a blast and enjoyed all of the on site activities. The faculty was very upbeat and friendly!!! Special shout out to Ricky who is a party himself. Our photographers while there were Tania and Rasheed, they did a great job posing us and suggesting locations to take photos. We also did the romantic dinner on the beach at sunset and had Hugo as our waiter and he did an amazing job make our night special and entertaining. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I didn’t like the 3 hour presentation on our first day to persuade us to join the Hyatt club. We kept saying no and they kept coming with offer and we just wanted to leave and start our vacation. Tip for them is no means no and let people go enjoy the current trip they paid for.

Thank you for the foam party and thank you Alex entertainment for the fun enjoyable time, it has been fantastic! I love dreams Tulum, it’s a great change from cancun, and it has been a fantastic experience! The room service as well as the restaurants have been amazing!

Thank you the foam party was so fun bing I lost all but the best part is Alex I don’t need to win he’s so much fun. He’s loud so we can hear and has fun with us. My mom also loves him. He brings and makes sure I’m always taken care of when I have an empty cup

Reslly good hotel, food was delicious, service was excellent and entertainment made our stay comfortable for all family members. I took tennis clases with Oracio, great teacher and saw improvement really fast. Make sure you ask for all the available restaurants on the hotel for you to program yourself.

One of the best all inclusive experiences we had had. The views at the resort are stunning with easy access to the beachfront which was fabulous. The layout of the resort is pretty easy and you can feel at home from day 1. There are three decently sized pools to soak up the sun and lounge with a drink. The restaurant options are plenty to keep experiencing a new cuisine for up to a week and the entertainment team is a blast. If tulum is on your radar, I would definitely recommend keep Dreams tulum as a great option for your holidays!
