Perfect resort. Perfect vacation.

10/10 across the board. Food - great at every restaurant, lots of variety Staff - friendly, courteous, helpful and lovely (especially Horacio who runs the gym and tennis court - he’s a lot of fun to hit the ball around with) Rooms and Amenities - clean and they cover everything you could want Beach and Pools - water was great. Beach was clean, lots of water activities All around, great trip and great resort.
Don't go for the beach

We are extremely disappointed. the resort is advertised as the #1 beach, hahah. The entire beach is covered in 6 inches of old stinky seaweed and additional piles 2 feet deep.. No one has cleaned it up in days, you can easily tell it's been there a long time. plus the main dining room sucks. the food is tasteless and some of the worst I've had. worse than cuba. this is NOT A FIVE STAR. get set up and clean, otherwise. STAY AWAY. Not worth over $2200 for one week. sorry guys. this is amanagement problem. clean up your act Hilton Hotels.

The gym was very clean and a lot of cardio machine and musculation. The responsable was very gentle and cool. Of all gym i do in holiday, it' was the most clean. He take very care of people. Thank's

Be Cautious with Unlimited Vacation Club Presentation at Dreams Tulum

I am posting this under Dreams Tulum because this is where I was introduced to the Unlimited Vacation Club membership. During my stay, I attended a presentation where the membership was offered. While the benefits were presented in an appealing way, my experience afterward has been very different. Since signing, I have made consistent payments; however, when I attempted to use certain benefits, I was informed that they were not yet available or came with additional limitations that were not clearly explained during the presentation. As a result, I have not been able to meaningfully use the membership despite paying for approximately a year. I also experienced significant difficulty obtaining clear information regarding the cancellation process outlined in my contract. I was redirected multiple times and only received a response after repeated follow-ups across multiple email threads. The sales environment involved a same-day decision with time-sensitive offers, and the overall setting made it challenging to fully evaluate the long-term commitment at that moment. I would strongly encourage anyone considering attending a presentation or purchasing a membership to take their time, review all terms carefully, and ensure they fully understand benefit availability and cancellation conditions before committing. I hope this helps others make a more informed decision.
