Nice place!

I wish there were more water activities available at the hotel (parasailing, snorkeling, etc) I don’t want to have to travel to do those things. The size of the room is nice and the property is beautiful. Staff is wonderful.
Great Resort Experience

Dreams Resort and Spa was a great first time resort stay experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. Check in and out process was smooth. Food was good. Rooms were clean and staff was prompt. Needed more activities however. The bars and pools close too early. Not sure if it is a family resort but pretty much everything shut down except for room service at about 11pm. Other then those minor issues the resort was great!
I would suggest tipping!

We stayed at Dreams Tulum June 2022. Fabulous grounds, several restaurants. highly recommend brining small bills to tip the staff (great service before, excellent after) Do not recommend the Italian restaurant, food not so great. we did not try to the French place also note that not all the restaurants are open all the time. AC not the best in the rooms either. Would go again!
Very disappointed with staff and quality of service

Staff were rude or disinterested if there was a problem, we were refused entry to all inclusive dining as our room numbers had been recorded incorrectly. Barefoot grill is terrible service, very slow, rude and surly staff. Don't book taxi through the hotel they rip you off with pricing. Quiet pool is very nice.
NEVER AGAIN

This property is very dated and needs some TLC especially for the price. The food was horrible. The entertainment was good. The over the top selling of the timeshare was a deal breaker for me! Never again
