The gym was fantastic, very clean, friendly, and had everything you need!

The food at most places I’ve tried was pretty disappointing. World Cafe (the buffet) was the only decent spot, but it was still far from what I expected. The coffee shop wasn’t fancy at all; like no one even served us at our table. The ice cream place was super basic, and I was annoyed that bars closed at 1 AM. Plus, there’s no 24/7 food option, so if I wanted something at midnight by the beach, I had to go all the way to my room and order room service. And seriously, why do pools close at 8 PM? That’s just weird! The beach was full of seaweed and it stank really bad. Also, I didn’t like the tipping culture; in an all-inclusive setup, I didn’t expect to carry cash around. On the positive note, the staff were super friendly, the spa experience was good, the drinks were good, the beach towel service was great, and check-in & check-out were smooth.

We came here for a site visit before our planned wedding here and were glad we did. It looks nothing like the photos. Everything is extremely outdated and the rooms are very lame. The price is outrageous for what you get. The food is terrible and drinks as well. Tulum has countless beautiful spots to stay and this is a horrible choice we cancelled our wedding here immediately. the Beach is completely unusable, no attempt to clean the sargassum whatsoever and you can smell it from the pool.
