Benjamin- he was very nice and welcoming, he always came to us and checked in on us to see if we were all doing okay! amazing person and so kind so easy to talk to and get along with speaks great english. benjamin was excellent with the service and very efficient with the food

Luis provided excellent service at Portefino at our vacation dinner!! Attentive to his customers and needs. Food was well made and delicious! Excellent wine and appetizers. We will return for another dinner before we return home. Thank you!

Wonderful Italian food , service from Luis- so sweet and helpful! My mussels were complex and lots of pieces, the chicken piccata was good and not too much breading- Sun dried tomato and Basil! Wonderful mussels and chicken. Luis went out of his way, really appreciate it!
Salvador server at Portofino

We stayed at dreams natura and went to the portofino restaurant and would like to give a personal shout out to our server salvador. He was so genuine and remembered us everytime we went out for our food. Can’t say enough good things about him! We also loved our stay here. It’s one of the nicest resorts we have been too. Lots to do with our four year old. Didn’t feel like we waited too long for anything. Such an amazing trip!
