Wonderful experience came with the family. The entertainment team is amazing especially Miguel. The shows are amazing. We had a beautiful time and the resort is beautiful.

The hotel was modern and clean, the rooms were nice and spacious. The drinks were nonstop. The beach and pool area was beautiful with exceptional service. The water park was so cool, we wish we had went with our kids. The food was better than expected for an inclusive resort, a nice variety, and the places stay open later (10-11p) than my previous all inclusive stays in different resorts. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the check in and check out process was pain free and quick. The location isn’t my favorite, it’s so far away (25-30 minutes) from the city life and outside entertainment. I was initially going for a wedding that ended being postponed, so my sister and I wanted to spend some time out exploring the city, but a taxi to the nearest shopping area was thirty minutes away (I can’t remember the name) and we were charged $121 plus a $20 tip round trip (the driver Brandon was cool and waited for us to finish eating and shopping). After that experience we just stayed on the resort. Entertainment is nice, but it caters mostly to an older crowd that wants to listen to good music and talk with friends and family in the lobby area. We did enjoy the intimate atmosphere when everyone hung around the lobby with good music and drinks, but if you’re looking for a bit of party, this isn’t the place.

Great overall experience! Good food, great ambiance, and wonderful staff! Would recommend for a quick or long vacation.

Alejandro was a very upbeat, fun teacher who was very cheerful. He taught patiently and made sure we understood the content.

Great resort. My kids loved all of the entertainment and shout out to Miguel who made sure the kids have a good time!! The resort was very clean and all of the staff was very welcoming.
