This product doesn’t really stand out in any meaningful way. For the price you’re paying, there are definitely better and more competitive options available. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere and exploring other alternatives that offer more value, better performance, or higher quality overall. This just doesn’t quite justify its cost.

We took our adult children, 38 and 34, along with her husband and 2 grandchildren under age 3. We had a blast and the grandkids enjoyed the lazy river and pools. Andres, our UVC rep, was very attentive and made sure that our requests were fulfilled. I would recommend visiting this resort with lots to do with young chlidren. The evening entertainment was also awesome, with special note of the music by the Twins, sax player was amazing and the pirate show topped it off on our last night there!

Awesome place great food great ambience and activities group Sami and Alex were awesome! Everyone was great and super nice and friendly strongly recommend coming here it is an awesome experience come and enjoy the fun in the sun you have an amazing time

Amazing trip and great entertainment. Staff were very friendly (Alex, Samantha, Cecilia). Water slides were very fun and the food was delicious. They also taught us how to play Mexican bingo which was great. Would definitely come back again.

I enjoyed the hospitality, food and activities. Alejandro and Sammie were great. Fun and spirited events to make any experience more enjoyable and fun. The staff is great and the amenities are great and make you want to return for another fantastic vacation
