Ernesto Santiago was amazing he deserves to be recognized for his great service skills! I will definitely revisit because of the great service! The food was good. The staff was very nice and friendly! The live music was a great surprise! There were a few hiccups but it was quickly corrected!

I would love to take a moment to congratulate waiter Daniel Uribe for his excellent service and food recommendation. And a ten to Chef Emanuel for the exquisite roasted octopus, the best we have ever eaten. These two people are what is remarkable about Dreams Natura!

Dinner at oceana with my daughter was amazing. Our server, Daniel uribe ferente made us an amazing table side dessert. He was so kind and attentive. He also made us extra special appetizers which we absolutely loved. You will be treated like a king with Daniel!

Rock climbing wall is so fun for kid.

We stay at the resort on beginning of September 2024 we have a great time in this resort the room is so nice, the bed is very comfortable. My son love the rock climbing wall, Eridavi helping my son, she is so nice, friendly and very helpful. My son having a very good time. Thank you Eridavi.
