I don’t normally write reviews unless I’ve had a bad experience; I had high expectations for my stay at Dreams Natura, I traveled here with my family to celebrate a bday. We paid extra for the preferred club..thinking we would get preferred treatment, that was not the case. Check-in process was slow, within 24 hrs I got sick, 2nd day found Cockroaches in our room, all they did was spray room with bug spray and said promise none would return…they returned. My son was accused of being from another resort, he was followed around by security and was embarrassed in front of other guests; there is a separate pool and seating area for preferred club but yet by 6:30 am there are towels on all the chairs. Preferred club is a waste of your hard earned $$. Guests do not wear wristbands so there is no way to know if you are preferred or not, kids under 18 do not get wristbands, so guess what..your 16 yr old can go to the bar and have a margarita, which was happening here. The rooms are dated, the food at restaurants are mediocre, the best restaurant being Himitsu. I was charged for spa services which I never used. Disappointed with customer service, this doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Would I return here, no.

Both waiters - Roger at Blue Water Grille and Roger at the Bordeaux provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend both at Dreams Natura in Cancun.

This resort is amazing, service unmatched, activities abundant, lounge chair availability is scarce and not enforced. Always surprised that Dreams/Secrets resorts don’t have any restaurants with true authentic riviera maya/Mexican food, especially when we’re choosing that area for the Mexican culture. Food is great, staff amazing, family loved it!!!

We were a group of six adults (3 couples). Good: 1. Food was excellent 2. Staff were wonderful, helpful, and friendly 3. The resort is small, so easy to access everything 4. Lots of activities for children 5. Rooms were big and clean Bad: 1. Preferred Club pool was not monitored and allowed non-Preferred members, making it very crowded. All chairs were taken by 5am 2. Preferred Club beach was not monitored and allowed non-Preferred members, making it very crowded. All chairs were taken by 7am 3. There was no adult entertainment 4. There were no adult-only spaces 5. There might be plumbing issues as there was a definite smell of sewer in the washrooms 6. We were not able to swim in the ocean the entire week due to very high levels of sargassum 7. Because most people did not go in the ocean, the pools were very busy and not at all relaxing
