Everything was great food was awesome service was amazing spa was top tier. I was looking forward to the beach but the Sargassum was everywhere. It was the only thing I didn't like but can't fault nature. We will definitely be back

The Kids Club was a highlight for our family—our children genuinely enjoyed the activities, and the staff were outstanding. The club provided a safe, engaging environment where both kids made new friends and looked forward to attending each day. Unfortunately, our overall experience was impacted by several issues with the accommodations and service. Our air conditioning was not functioning, and we were initially moved to a room without elevator access that faced bushes, despite booking a partial ocean view. As UVC members, we did not receive our promised upgrade, even though the resort was not fully occupied. Only after expressing our concerns were we offered a room with a full ocean view. The resort app was sometimes useful for requesting services, but it was often confusing and responses were delayed. We also encountered maintenance problems, including broken drawers, doors, and toilets. Drink quality varied significantly depending on the bar and bartender, affecting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Additionally, we were not contacted by a UVC representative until our third day, and when we were, the interaction focused on another sales pitch rather than resolving our concerns. Overall, while the Kids Club exceeded expectations, the inconsistent service and room quality detracted from our stay.

I will 100% come back! What made it so special was the staff! Everyone made us feel great, especially Drisdey in entertainment with her positive energy averyday!! Stephanie and Sarai at the pool also were Amazing!! Without them , it’s just a building.

Veronica, Jaime, and Miguel from the kitchen and entertainment staff were amazing and super attentive.

Great experience , my kids are having an amazing time dancing , playing volleyball and also let’s of arts and crafts and to top Drisdey had the kids and people very entertained she’s amazing. Would definitely recommend!
