Pretty good. Not sure it's worth the higher fares, but better than other Dreams in the area we've stayed at.

Overall, the resort is pretty good. A little disappointed in some of the main reasons we went to DN: the Zipline has a 198lb weight limit that was strictly enforced which sucks because I'm 205; the Lazy River had no current and was mucho frio; the tube water slides was under repair; and the Kid Zone water area was either shut down or freezing. But the drinks and food were pretty good. The staff are great. The cave/grotto area of the spa was really cool. There were actually plenty of chairs and there are signs everywhere discouraging saving them -- after 45m unattended chairs have the towels removed. Some Pro Tips: The rooms were pretty nice. We upgraded to Preferred Club because our kids like to do bubble bath hot tubbing at the end of the day, burnout room was no better than the non-Preffered Club rooms. There is actually an ocean view from every room -- the Garden View rooms are actually quieter at night because they face away from all the wedding parties and corporate events happening until 11p most nights. Check out is 12p and they MIGHT give a ln extra hour for free (if you're Preferred Club), but after 1p is an extra $50, so be aware if you're booking a return flight home after 430p. Last one: allow 90m to get to the airport on the return: the roads heading North to the airport from the Riviera and PDC are under construction and there are frequent delays, even though it is one of the closest resorts in the MR area. We will definitely go back and hope for better results with the slides and lazy river, and that I can drop 10-15lbs before we head back! Lol! Wife says the Zipline coaster was awesome. #NextTime

Simply Outstanding.

Adam C on Jan 23, 2023

I have been travelling for many years and have stayed at some of the most luxurious resorts around the world, but I can confidently say that the Dreams Natura resort in Mexico is one of the most outstanding places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The resort is situated on a natural beach along a mangrove, which provides wide open and uninterrupted spaces perfect for long walks or jogging. The natural beauty of the area is truly breathtaking, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore is the perfect soundtrack to a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The service at the resort is truly outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. Whether we needed extra towels or had a question about the area, they were always happy to assist us. One staff member, Edanea, made our stay extra special by going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and even gave us recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The restaurants at the resort are also worth mentioning. The food is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for Mexican cuisine, seafood, or a classic American breakfast, you'll find something to suit your taste buds. The chefs are incredibly talented and the presentation of the dishes is top-notch. The entertainment at the resort is also fantastic. There are live music performances, dance shows, and other cultural events happening regularly, which added to the overall atmosphere of the resort. The water slides and other family-friendly activities were a hit with our group, which included 4 kids. The resort is great for families, but also has an adults-only area for those looking for a little more peace and quiet. We stayed at the resort for 12 days and had 12 people in our group, and we all agreed that the resort was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we highly recommend booking one of the master suite rooms with a private rooftop jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the local area. In conclusion, the Dreams Natura resort is a true paradise. The staff, service, restaurants, entertainment, and natural beauty of the area all contribute to making this one of the most outstanding resorts I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The resort is great for families and has an adults-only area, making it perfect for all types of travellers. The master suite rooms with private rooftop jacuzzi are a must-book, and I cannot recommend this resort enough. If you're looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation, the Dreams Natura resort is the place to go. Good vibes all around!

Not A Relaxing Trip

Lee Ann S (Huron, Ohio) on Jan 20, 2023

If you’re looking for rest, relaxation, peace or quiet…STAY AWAY!!! The noise level in the rooms is ridiculous. Loud music until late with a screaming DJ and people yelling at the top of their lungs. There is literally NO place that is quiet in this entire resort. The swim out rooms, one of which I stayed in, are nice enough. But once again, the noise is insane and if you have neighbors who are loud, forget complaining. Nothing will be done. The food is not quality and it’s inconsistent. The food is mostly either tasteless or cold. When you find something that you like and order it again, it may taste completely different. The staff, as a whole, are very nice. Everyone is friendly and service is fast and efficient. The spa is definitely worth visiting. This is a ‘wedding resort’ and there are weddings happening every day. If you’re not coming here for a wedding, my suggestion is that you look elsewhere.

Do not stay here.

Ycampbell2023 (Houston, Texas) on Jan 20, 2023

A family member of mine came to me during my wedding weekend expressing concerns of stolen money out of her room. She stated that when she went to her room the door was wide opened. She stated that someone came into her room and took money from her personal belongings inside of the room. I went to the front desk expressing my concerns and disbelief with the situation. The resort didn’t seem concern at all. Later found out that one one of the employees was seen leaving the room during the time the door was left opened and when the money came up missing. I have no idea how this situation would be handled but we are patiently waiting to hear back from the resort and my family members belongings.
