My overall experience was nice. The only issue was the facial received by my partner. Their eyes were constantly discharging and burning immediately afterwards for up to 9hrs.

Family vacation.. we stay here for 9 days. Had a good time. Kids Corzone its great . Dresdey and Veronica were very friendly and always smiling. Only down side, kids 13 and under can only use corazone for 2 ours a day. 1-2 pm and 6-7pm Night shows were ok. Nothing special Bartenders not very friendly. Food is great. Drinks are ok. Beach full of seaweed, even tho they cleaned everyday.. the water its dark brown all the time. Hotel need some maintenance. Our hotel room was missing bathroom door. Found several toilets clogged because water pressure on toilets its not strong enough to flush. You need to press down several times on some toilets in order to flush

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel's front-of-house staff has little regard for guest experience. At check-in, rather than walking us through the paperwork, the front desk attendant berated us simply for taking the time to read what we were being asked to sign. We ended up leaving for a different hotel given the warning signs but had to return for a wedding celebration we were attending. Getting onto the property was a hassle and unfortunately, the hotel seemed to have wanted to punish us for choosing not to deal with their poor service. Everyone at the front of house seemed to have been briefed that we left from the bellmen to the front desk. Instead of inquiring about why we did not want to stay on their property, staff repeatedly demanded payment without offering any explanation of what the charges were for or why they were being applied. The entire interaction felt less like hospitality and more like an attempt to extract money from guests who didn't know better. I have stayed at many resorts and have never encountered this complete lack of manners and poor service from a front-of-house team. The communication is dismissive, the attitude is unwelcoming, and the lack of transparency around billing is deeply concerning. For a property at this price point, there are far better options in the area that will treat you like a valued guest rather than a transaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The entire experience was very nice. I typically prefer all adults but was forced to deviate on this trip. I was pleasantly surprised and would absolutely recommend this property for weddings and family friendly stays.

Amazing time there, no major complaints at all, we upgraded to preferred club well worth it better liquor and service. Bartenders and wait staff at restaurants were excellent. Highly recommend Blanca at the preferred club. This was our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for anything more Absolute highlight of the trip was the Italian restaurant portofino it was delicious. And the best waiter of all the restaurants was Alfredo, super nice funny and a great time, got us so much extra. Please visit him and tip him well he deserves it Also Antonio at the blue water grill for breakfast is the best breakfast waiter there. Also coco cafe is great, nice morning treat. Make sure to save a little fish from the buffet or blue water grill for the local cats that will come Up and want food and scratches.
