My stay at Dreams Natura Spa and Resort has just been nothing but amazing. Especially at the Oceana restaurant. The food was amazing, the service top notch. Our server Daniel Uribe was out of this world. Right away he got us the appetizers right off the bat, so we got to try everything. Our food was delicious and came right away. He pick a wonderful tasty drink for us, it's like he knew what we wanted without even asking. We have someone with dietary restriction and he made sure she was taking care of. He was entertaining and fun. He even made us a special dessert.

Daniel Uribe at Oceana is the best! He’s funny and quick on his feet! Had the best dining experience the whole trip. He made sure my mother’s dietary restrictions were meet. She is the pickiest eater and she was floored by his service and speed. We will definitely be back before the end of our trip because he’s the life of the party!

People really do make the resorts. We had an amazing experience throughout our stay.Food was delicious everywhere and staff were helpful and caring especially as we were working with a fussy 2 year old. Best dining experience by far was at the Oceana restaurant where Daniel Uribe gave our family an experience we won't soon forget. Between sweeping the table full of appetizers, getting drinks we had never tasted before that were delicious and a desert made at the table; there is nothing more you could ask for. Friendliest and so joyful, got our kiddo their meal first so he was happy and full not crying waiting for our multiple courses to come out. We can't thank Daniel and Jorge more for the wonderful meal.

The service in all amenities is poor. Long time to dinner at teppanyaki, one hour after your time booking. Rooms not beautiful. Client service and concierge is not like other Dreams. The pool is too small than other facilities of dreams. 2 o 5 stars.

We went to Natura to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday. Had 6 adults & 4 kids (all under 6 years old). They handled a 10-person dinner at Oceana as well as I could’ve hoped for. Gabriel was awesome & even sung a beautiful song to my family. Also want to say Thank You to Daniel Uribe at Oceana. He was our waiter for our first dinner. My son loves salmon, but it wasn’t on the menu. He was able to produce a salmon fillet for my son. He was very thoughtful during the entire meal. Probably our best waiter over all the 12+ trips we’ve had to various Secrets/Dreams resorts. Beach was ok, but I’m not a huge beach person. The sargassum picked up the last day we were there. It didn’t smell though, so that was nice. Pool was refreshing. Swim-up bar could use an additional bartender during peak hours. Water slides were great, even with the occasional maintenance. The Aerial Glider at night was super fun. I wish it had more consistent hours of operation. There was some maintenance construction at the base of the lobby stairs. That was the biggest inconvenience, but it’s understandable. Overall, had a great time. It was our second time at Natura & was very comparable to the first time. We’ll come back again, but we like to try other Dreams resorts too. FYI, the Dreams Macao Beach in Punta Cana is our favorite.
