So fun!!! Miguel is a great dancer and Rony is the best bartender! Food is so good and the dj is good. My favorite vacation spot!

Rony and Miguel are the best people at Mexico and he already knows my order and we got them a little sea turtle to keep with them

Very clean resort with nice rooms. Enjoyed the variety of food options and ability to walk in or make a reso. Both liked and disliked the smaller size. Nice for ease of getting to your room and back but less going on and hard to get chairs. The beach while not crystal clean was maintained well and my kids happily swam. The waterpark options were fun and all close enough that older kids can go alone. Would like the climbing wall to have been open longer hours and the roller glider to be open for smaller people. The weight minimum doesn’t accommodate smaller but old enough kids

Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! One of the highlights of our trip was the preferred breakfast, made truly special by our server Roger. He was outstanding—always smiling, incredibly attentive, joking and consistently one step ahead of our needs. He was especially wonderful with our son, Mason, taking the time to be friendly and engaging, which really meant a lot to us as a family. Roger’s level of service went above and beyond and made each morning feel relaxing and memorable. We’ll be back in March and are already looking forward to another peaceful Preferred breakfast. Roger is a tremendous asset, and his leadership should be very proud!

Our family had the best time at our sushi making class during our visit! Great hosts, great atmosphere, and great for all ages!
