I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium in Mexico and was disappointed with the overall experience. While the resort itself is beautiful, the service did not meet expectations. Check-in was slow, staff communication was inconsistent, and several requests were ignored or took far too long to resolve. Some facilities looked worn, and certain areas didn’t feel properly maintained. The food options were hit-or-miss, with long waits at restaurants and limited availability. For the price and reputation, I expected a much higher level of care and hospitality. Unfortunately, I left feeling unsatisfied and would think twice before returning.
