Unforgettable Drinks and Service at Churchill – Ask for Cristian!

During our stay at the Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya, we stumbled upon Churchill, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our trip — all thanks to Cristian, the incredible mixologist behind the bar. Cristian is truly a master of his craft. Every drink he prepared was not only perfectly balanced and creative but also presented with such passion and skill. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it shines through in every cocktail. He was also incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive — taking the time to ask about our preferences and even surprising us with custom creations that were absolutely spot-on. We were so happy we found Churchill and got to experience Cristian’s hospitality and talent. If you’re visiting the Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya, do yourself a favor and stop by Churchill — and make sure to ask for Cristian. He’ll turn an ordinary drink into an unforgettable part of your vacation. Cheers to Cristian for making our trip that much more special!
An amazing holiday all round.

Booked an all inclusive holiday through TUI and visited with my wife. Visited between May 04 and May 14 and it was absolutely amazing. First, it’s worth mentioning that the hotel(s) is huge, definitely worth getting the app to find your way around. Speaking about the app; The app was so helpful not only to navigate but to book restaurants, get contact details and see the events at the hotel. This was probably the most impressive part of the stay. The entertainment was the second highlight. Beach parties, fire shows, bingo, silent discos, Latin nights, Chic cabaret (cost about £50 each, worth it!), all within our 10 night stay. We ended up cancelling some plans because there was more fun at the hotel. We were very impressed with the entertainment. The room was nice and spacious, we had a double room with a balcony. The only issue we had was that they gave us two double beds instead of a king size bed. They did offer to change our rooms the next day but we didn’t want to move rooms after. I must mention that we had emailed before visiting specifically to request a king size but we only received an automated response and nothing else. We’re not certain that the rooms would have been changed and this was an annoying start to the holiday but they made up for it. The all inclusive and the food were really good. The staff walk round the pool offering to get and replace drinks constantly. There were snacks by the pool in the day and the buffet restaurant by the pool for an easy lunch. For drinks, this was the most generous all inclusive experience we’ve had. The pours of spirits were massive, the cocktails were delicious and endless, I recommend the mango margaritas. Breakfast was good, a decent spread so was lunch…not the widest selection but we were happy with every meal at the buffet. We had some difficulty getting reservations at the restaurant, we got dinner booked for 4 evenings and ate at the buffet the other evenings. Our favourites were Adelita and Dorado (Jose Pat served us and he was so nice and helpful). The evening buffet was the least exciting; also a decent spread with elements of Mexican, Asian, and European but after the third evening it really wasn’t exciting. Facilities were really good; mini golf, a really good gym (drinking water wasn’t cold which was a bit silly), shooting range and loads of other sports. Overall, a great holiday and we’ll definitely be returning. I recommend walking through the other hotels for a look.
