Absolute treasure! Mature grounds, outstanding food quality and choices and a staff that seems to anticipate your needs. Floor assigned concierge in the preferred club was a nice touch. Best All Inclusive we've stayed at.

Big thankyou to Carlos from the dive centre.He swam towing me back to shore when I panicked on the swimming with turtles excuration.Found the a la carte restaurants a little disappointing but the staff were amazing,Jesus in particular in the buffet rest and seagrill.The mini bar was disappointing as it only stocked beer water and soft drinks,some wine would have been good

A+ experience. Staff is excellent and property is well maintained. Food was top from the 10 AI trips we’ve done so far but none better than Himitsu. Fernando went above and beyond and his service was so great we came back a second night. Food is so good excellent and Fernando is the best they’ve got! Looonh forward to return again

This was our first all inclusive, and WOW. I don’t know if any other resort can compare to secrets Akumal. The staff, the food, the activities, ambience. Everything was top notch! This was a girls trip and both my friend and I enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to be back! Shout out to our concierge Reyna who went above and beyond. He was so kind, friendly and helpful! The activities we enjoyed were turtle swimming with Carlos and Alan! Both, Carlos and Alan were super friendly and knowledgeable. We felt safe the entire time and saw so many sea turtles! We also did Macrame with Ari and Turtle Painting with Didi. Both activities were super organized and fun. Ari was patient and helpful teaching us about how to do our macrame keychain. I’m hoping to be back soon in this wonderful place!

This was our first time in Mexico. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way. It is beautiful (pictures don't do it justice) and the staff were always polite, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We never had to leave the resort because everything was right there. It was an experience that I will not easily ever forget.
