Just returned from 6 night stay at Secrets Akumal - it was overall fantastic. We had preferred Club room, and did like the extra amenities- quick check in at te air-conditioned lounge, reserved space at the beach, sit-down breakfast service. Servers were all very kind & attentive. Spa was nice, and I enjoyed the hydrotherapy circuit. Highly recommend for time to uneind@

Your pool bar needs to be more fun. Maybe adding a DJ, having foam, etc. it was so boring. More music

I have never been to a resort that absolutely blew me away. I will never go to other resorts, it’s secrets for me and the sister resorts. The employees, environment and overall care that the resort displays is unbelievable.

This was our third vacation at Secrets Akumal. The staff was tested by Hurricane Beryl. They were organized and they performed with great concern for the safety and comfort of all guests. Every person who works at this property weather they are managers, entertainment staff, waiters/waitresses, grounds keepers, hostesses, etc, make you feel welcomed, are attentive and focused on ensuring your stay is memorable. We would have to name about 500 plus people to be fair. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The food is very good and the entertainment is enjoyable. We would return for a fourth visit.
