We just left ?? but we loved it??! We had a great time, the food was delicious!!! Best margaritas EVER! ?? thanks to Jose for his wonderful service! And we adored the couple playing by the pool on Friday but we didn’t like that there was a football activity at the same time, it made it hard to enjoy the music… There’s so much to do! We will definitely will be coming back for a longer stay!!

Secrets Akumal was incredible! We stayed in both the ocean view room and honeymoon romance swim up suite and both were fantastic. The food was amazing, the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are gorgeous. We thought we’d be the only LGBTQ+ people there, but there were many and there was even a wedding happening during our trip! We are now spoiled and no other resort will compare. It is worth every penny!

Antonio at Port-o-fino was such a caring thoughtful waiter. Loved him. Also Karen, our concierge in building 6 was a careful listener who made sure she recognized our concerns. We also loved the fact that we didn’t have to play the chair game in the morning and reserve our chairs at the crack of dawn.

Amazing holiday the beach location is second to none with the with the second largest sea wall in the world calming the tide white sands. The hotel restaurant’s and pools are top and also the staff are brilliantly attentive. Will be happy to return again soon.

It was our second time at Secrets Alumal, this time we came for our honeymoon. This place is great. The food is amazing, the service excellent and the whole atmosphere is very relaxing. There’s also a lot of wildlife which we love. We want to point out the great work of the entertainment team and all their fun activities. Especially Ari, Anthony, Allen and Oscar. Thank you guys! The only thing that we didn’t love was the vast amount of seaweed on the beach. That’s the nature and not the hotel‘s fault though and they are working every day to clean in up.
