My girlfriend and I recently returned from an 11 day trip to this beautifully landscaped resort. Here is a list of all the great experiences we had starting with our free room upgrade due to being high level UVC members. 1) great 4th floor view in building 4. Saw sunrise every morning. Very close to beach, outdoor restaurants and two main pools. One the the best buildings to stay at if wising to near beach, pools and outdoor restaurants. 2) Management: I should mention the Assistant General Manager Montserrat Catzin was fantastic in insuring upgrade. She and general Manager Rafael. Cordova make it their highest priority to keep Resort in impeccable (6 star) condition. Speaking of upper management, a big shoutout to Ricardo Navarro who runs day to day activities throughout the Resort. All that is good at the resort is due mainly to him. We are so fortunate to know him through our previous trips to this and our resorts. The same is also true for Hospitality manager Ceasar Montoya (room & hospitality mgr). Another manager who has made this resort top notch; other managers are Antonio & Santiago; they insure that food and beverage and waiters are delivering excellent service and high quality drinks. They work so hard and are in my opinion, undervalued for the 10-12 hour days they put in. Another big shoutout to Johana Estrada and Denisse, customer service managers who are every day walking through all parts of the resort making sure all guests are highly satisfied and involved in daily activities. Always asking if we needed anything to make each day special; 3) Entertainment Staff; Maximillano who is (I believe) team supervisor is high energy, high fun, incredibly gifted person in every way; his team includes Carlos , Oscar, Didiel,Alejandro, Avi, Andreci, Jonah, Giovani, Sinai. Each every member poured their heart out every day to please all the guests and make sure they participated in the many daily activities. There was so much to do and little time to be involved in all of them. There was something for everyone. 4) our building concierge Francisco who informed us throughout the day of daily activities and made many dinner reservations and ensured room was fully stocked, cleaned. He took care of the many special requests we had throughout our 11 day stay. Finally, a big shoutout to to to the preferred club staff for all they did each and every day we spent in preferred club including preparing coffee, food, expedited room checkin and departure. And finally to UVC management Ixchel managers Hernandez, William and others who prove once again that belonging to Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC) is worth every penny. Special thanks to Orlando and Ivan Sales Dept who convinced us to elevate our membership. They do so much to prove that UVC is a very valuable part AM Resorts success and high value (and demand) resort brand recognition

One of the best treated staff I have ever had the experience with phenomenal service very attentive always around when needed, and could not do enough for youcomparable or better than any top place in Vegas

Our stay at Secrets far exceeded our expectations and truly made us fans of the brand. If there is a “secret” to Secrets, it is without question their incredible staff. The level of care, attentiveness, and genuine warmth we experienced throughout our stay was exceptional and made this vacation feel truly special. At the pool, the service was truly outstanding. Jose, our Pool Concierge, was consistently informative, kind, and attentive, always making sure our umbrella was in the perfect spot and checking in to ensure we were comfortable. Henri, our Pool Waiter, was equally exceptional, extremely efficient and attentive to the point where we almost never had an empty drink. The pool entertainment team added a wonderful personal touch to our experience. Alejandro, our Pool Entertainment Staff member, took the time to have in-depth conversations with us that made us feel genuinely seen and valued. Sinai, our Pool Entertainment Staff member, brought humor, warmth, and energy, remembered our names, sought us out for activities, and made every interaction feel personal and fun. Inside the resort, Francisco, our Building Concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient. When I forgot to sign a consent form for laundry, he ran down to the pool to have me sign it so everything stayed on track. On another occasion, when he noticed we looked a bit lost on the property, he personally walked us to our next destination and consistently made sure all of our needs were met. Beyond the staff, the food far exceeded our expectations, with quality and variety that genuinely surprised us for an all-inclusive resort. There were plenty of pool and entertainment activities, along with thoughtful touches like a violin player during dinner that elevated the overall experience. The only downside was the amount of seaweed on the beach. That said, we do not fault the resort, as this is clearly part of the natural environment. We saw staff making multiple attempts each day to clean the seaweed, and that effort went a long way in our books. As an LGBTQ couple, we felt extremely safe, welcomed, and genuinely treated as equals, which is not something we take for granted and does not always happen when traveling. Being kid free also allowed us to truly relax and unwind in a peaceful, luxurious environment. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every meaningful way, and we left feeling cared for, relaxed, and eager to return.

This size of this resort is ideal, not too big. It’s hard to get lost. Everything is fairly close. The food is amazing. The people are the best!!! Max and Alan can put together some mean volleyball tournaments! Great entertainment staff all the way around. Activities and events going on all the time, if you are interested in jumping in.

Beautiful resort! the Staff was amazing. Super helpful and friendly. Karina our Concierge was so nice and attentive!! The entire resort including our rooms were super clean. The poolside grilled lunch everyday was wonderful and the menu changed daily. Tip, try to take advantage of the little things like poolside trivia and the events they offer. The staff makes these activates really fun and enjoyable as they have a great sense of humor. I took wonderful photos ....but didn't transfer them to my computer yet.
