I was part of a group travelling with an all-inclusive package. Since a full charter flight came simultaneously, the checking took quite a while and it was tedious. We arrived in the late morning and the rooms were not ready until 3:00 pm. It was all somehow fine thanks to the good Caribbean vibe and the friendly staff. The beach is really nice and the water pristine. Now, be prepared for all the jet skis, boats and vendors passing only a few meters away from the beach generating much noise. Noise is everywhere: On the beach, music is being played through big loudspeakers. Around the pool, the hotel animation crew is doing activities that all generate noise and we realized that this place of made for people who like noisy entertainment. The big down point is the quality of the food and beverage which I would qualify of poor. I tried fish multiple times and it never tased up to my liking. The pasta bar is made of a selection of overcook and tasteless pasta. The breakfast selection is OK, but nothing to write home about. The crew in the dining room is excellent and very attentive. The rooms are excellent, clean and minimalistic. A/C functioned very efficiently and quietly. Rooms have a nice colonial and cozy vibe.

This was my second time there and I absolutely love this hotel!! It has the best beach location. The staff is really kind and friendly. You can select among a variety of delicious food in its ‘all you can eat buffet’’ which includes also fruits, drinks, coffee and desserts. Snacks bar located in front of main pool and beach. Great entertainment shows every night. Definitely will back next year!

First Impression. The lobby is bright and clean with lots of seating! Reservation- I booked through Super.com and was able to check in effortlessly. 3 other couples in my group booked through expedia and it was a nightmare!! The hotel told them that they had not paid yet, while this was true for 2 of the reservations, this was not the case for the 3rd. Hotel staff were rude and not helpful, when they manager was called he seemed to not even care. In the end the couple paid AGAIN, and will fight the charge with their bank. This check-in experience was very stressful as we were traveling as a group. I contacted the hotel 1.5 weeks before travel and asked for all rooms to be connected, when we checked in they were not. I showed them the email exchange and they said that I was contacting the reservations line and not the hotel directly. Then they said there was nothing they could do. This was very frustrating as they were unwilling to help. Location- This is prime location right on the beach. Depending on what block your room is in, be ready for a long walk through the grounds to get to the dining center. pools and beach. Grounds- as you walk through the grounds you will find a variety of animals and flowers, for the most part, this is very pretty. Unfortunately, in many parts of the hotel there is a sewer smell! Room- It seems that they have adapted the minimalist style. There is no artwork on the walls and literally 2 beds with white sheets, no cover on them. There are no outlets near the bed, so don't bother with a CPAP machine and there is 1 teeny light on the wall that was barely bright enough for reading. Room Bathroom- there are no hand towels, I suppose you just need to use your bath towel. Also, there was no hot water in the shower for 2 consecutive nights. I asked the front desk to look into it 3 times and they finally got it figured out, but showering 2 nights in cold water was very uncomfortable. Food- Everyone in the dining hall was friendly and the food was ok. They have a variety of options at every meal including fresh fruits, which is important to me. They do tend to serve larger portions even when I asked for just a little, so I did feel a bit wasteful. Guards- Be prepared to see security guards everywhere. At first I didn't mind it, but a few times they unholstered their weapon and this was very intimidating! Does not welcome relaxation In the end if you are set on being at an all-inclusive, this is going to be a moderate price point with many flaws.

Basic motel room very old no hot water staff mostly rude only for a few exceptions all inclusive not worth it kool-Aid taste cocktails, one kind of beer only snack bar open only fro 11 am to 4 PM buffet nothing fancy just ok, I love Roatán You can get something better with your money first time and last in that place

The beach is clean, the grounds are well kept. The staff are friendly and courteous. A wide variety of food choices in the cafeteria. The room on the other hand is less to be desired. No desk or dressers to put your clothes. No towel racks or toilet paper holder. Basic room. Towels had holes in them. Room was dark.
