A nice Hotel

We have just returned from a fantastic 9 night holiday at the Bay Gardens Hotel. We were on an all-inclusive package and found it to be ideal as it did not restrict you to just one venue, you could drink eat (not breakfast)and use facilities at 3 others .Everyone at Bay Gardens hotel were so friendly and helpful very hard working to make our holiday great. Special mention to the girls in the restaurant Harmony Kelsey Helena pleasure to meet you and also the barmen Quincy & Terry thank you. The hotel is well maintained a pleasant place to be our room was spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaned regularly. Upon arrival our check in process was efficiently dealt with and assistance happily given when we had to re arrange a booking for a trip that was cancelled. We enjoyed the food on offer especially when a buffet was on offer in the evening There were a couple of very minor faults The hotel supplies beach towels and these can be used at the other venues but this results in a shortage because towels are left at the Beach Resort and are not returned to the hotel. Shower room towels were not changed very often and when they were they were not replaced like for like. We would love to return to the Bay Gardens Hotel
Disappointing Stay

This was our third visit to Bay Gardens Hotel and the most disappointing of them all. We had our usual Junior Executive suite. However, unlike the others, the room was located near the front of the hotel close to the entertainment and restaurant. As a result, some of us struggled to sleep between karaoke and loud banging noises in the early morning. I think the noises were due to the close proximity to the kitchen. The sofa bed was broken and was facing downward at an angle, with no one from Housekeeping or maintenance being able to fix it. On arrival, we found a dead roach just under the sofa bed which stayed there the 5 nights even after housekeeping. These rooms come with a kitchenette area, but this room had zero counterspace which made it hard to maneuver. Though the staff was friendly and tried to help with all the issues we had, it felt like the level of maintenance and care are dropping at the hotel so this needs to be looked at and addressed.
