We had 4 rooms, we went to celebrate my husband’s 50 th birthday . Having our kids meet us there. I can’t say enough about the trip !! From the decorations they had in room to the service at cabana’s. Smiles all around! Helped us book private snorkel and a private fishing trip !! This is a must stay !!

Two teenagers. Two couples, ranging in age from 43 to 53. One elder, (me), at 75. Seven days and nights. Best way to put it? Too many palm trees, too many restaurants, too many pools, too much sun, too many white-capped waves. ?? The entire staff are professional, courteous, and, if you get to know them, friendly as all get out. The rooms were as expected. The resort was well-maintained, safe, and filled with options: A swim-up bar. The laziest of lazy rivers. Really good jerk. Good burgers and snackage. The restaurants, while catering to international tastes, had enough zippity do dah to impress most anyone. There is an adults only side. 1st recommendation? Get to know the staff at the main entrance / lobby bar. (Quite a good selection of top shelf spirits btw.) The bartenders will leave you alone or talk your ears off. Your choice. Try the jerk. I've been all over Jamaica and the food here is excellent. Get a chaise with an umbrella because the sun is, well the sun. ?? Try a Coconut Cloud. Visit Paradise Beach, a short (golf cart) ride from the main area. Mostly though? Eat and drink to your heart's content. Note too that learning the local greetings and sayings goes a long way towards smiles and recognition. Final analysis? Having done ~ 11 other all-inclusives, this resort is well-placed for value, comfort, and R & R. Peace, and say hello to Tyron at the main lobby bar.

The location and atmosphere was breathtaking. Our rooms were cleaned daily. When we first arrived, our rooms were not ready but they provided a room for us until our room was ready meaning we were able to shower and change clothes and begin our vacation. The value is worth the money we spent especially the excursions. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms throughout the resort are very well maintained. The noise level was low key. The service from the front desk, to the servers and waitresses and staff were so friendly and welcoming. I love the extra amenities like the free washing machine and dryer availability to wash your clothes. I totally love Coconut Bay and the green Rum punch is totally addictive and delicious. Special shout out to Alton, Thomas, Tari and Kianda! They were the best hosts ever and the reason I want to return.

My husband and I stayed in a Junior Suite on the Concierge Level in Harmony (the couples-only side of the resort). The room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Our entire vacation was perfect: from the food to the excursions to the friendly staff to the activities. We have been on several cruises and were expecting the same level of food quality, but the Resort's food far surpassed cruise dining! We booked horseback riding, the land-sea excursion (snorkeling and mud baths), and the rainforest walk through the resort. All were excellent and went seamlessly. We also booked a beach cabana for a day, which was a bargain at $175. The cabana had a bed (!), lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, a cooler, a Bluetooth speaker for tunes, and a private butler who brought drinks and lunch. You had a cell phone to call him whenever you needed something. I highly recommend the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa and hope to come back again!

We went with the family and I cannot say enough good things about this resort. The people, service, room and food were all fabulous! I wis we could put this resort on every island we visit. Highly recommend.
