This resort is absolutely amazing! The staff is top-notch, the resort itself from the room, to the pools, to the beach, and the food are excellent! My adult daughter and I took a trip for a week to celebrate her college graduation. We did aquasize, played Beach volleyball, played pool volleyball, bingo by the pool, trivia and enjoyed the nightly entertainment and theme dinners. There are plenty of chairs at all of the pools and paradise beach is wonderful! I can’t say enough about this resort! Five stars aren’t enough!

This resort was exceptional. So many different amenities and activities for everyone of all ages. Lots of off resort excursions could be booked too - we highly recommend the Land & Sea tour. The food was fabulous no matter where we chose to eat for breakfast, lunch, or supper. Evening entertainment was always a lot of fun and the theme nights were incredible! The staff were absolutely amazing!! So friendly and welcoming and always smiling and making us feel comfortable, and always ready to serve. The following individuals were "stand out" staff who made our stay so enjoyable: Concierge staff Shirlanda, Dania, Dahlia, Lanelle Bar staff Quan, Thomas, and Jedi Food service Shekina, Lester, Neliser, Nissa, Evelyn, Row, and Miss Mary D Also have to mention CJ, Jabari, Holder, and the piano man Lee. Our housekeeper Melika was the best!! She did a fabulous job keeping our room clean and fresh every day and always put a smile on our faces with her kind notes, towel animal creations and friendly smile. Overall this was simply an amazing and unforgettable experience and we will be back again!!

La Luna is a private dinning experience that you can book at Coconut Bay for an extra price than the all inclusive dining provided. I HIGHLY recommend reserving it while you are there. It was an affordable private dinner for two. My Husband and I booked this as a treat for us on our honeymoon trip and it was one of the best dining experiences we had while we were there. Gina our server was so amazing and set a beautiful table for us specially for our honeymoon. She was so personable and made everything so so special! Her pumpkin spice latte recipe that she made for us after dinner (where you can only get at La Luna) was so fresh and had real authentic pumpkin flavor. If you have to opportunity to dine at La Luna, you 100000% should!

We can’t recommend Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa enough! Traveling for the first time with two young children—one of them a toddler—felt intimidating at first, but from the moment we arrived, we were completely at ease. The resort felt incredibly safe, our children were comfortable, and they were truly made to feel celebrated. The variety of activities for kids of all ages is endless, and because of the resort’s size, it never once felt crowded. The food was outstanding with an impressive range of options, and our room was spotless with everything in perfect working order. Above all, the staff went above and beyond—far exceeding our expectations with their warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality We can’t wait to go back ??

I travelled with three generations of family (ages 18-76) to Coconut Bay in December and everyone was thrilled with the experience. The first thing we noticed was the friendliness of the staff who quickly make you feel like a favourite visitor. The resort is expansive and there is always something to do... including lying by the beach and watching the waves roll in. There are an abundance of chaise lounges, sun shades and hammocks, so you are never left searching for a chair. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the multiple pools. Rooms are well appointed and also very clean. If you find yourself in need of anything, staff are happy to help out.The layout of the resort is also well thought out. We were on the adult side but also ventured to the all ages part of the resort to enjoy the lazy river and other activities. If you were interested in action, it was always available. Similarly, it was never hard to find pace and quiet. The only thing people should be aware of is that the geographic location is such that it is quite windy. Hence, the beach is not a swimming beach. Although there is a shuttle to a more sandy beach (Paradise beach), it is still challenging to negotiate the crashing waves. Overall, I highly recommend the resort. The friendliness of the staff, the beautiful grounds and the many activities and facilities make it a wonderful destination.
