Lovely location with an excellent beach. All facilities, especially the numerous restaurants are excellent. Rooms are good. All the hotel is clean. Best of all are the staff. Everyone is lovely. Plenty of amenities.

Wonderful experience!! If you are going for the Caribbean beaches this resort is on the Atlantic side of the island but what is lacking in the beaches is made up for in excellent food, drinks, and service. I have been to many all inclusive resorts and this one was on the top of my list. We stayed in the Harmony side of the resort which is adult only and the room was really nice I do suggest asking for a mattress topper the beds are hard but I have found that to be the same in the last 20 all inclusive resorts we have stayed at. I was very happy they had a topper. The buffet had something every day we liked but we really liked the à la cart restaurants just make sure you make reservations when you first arrive. They also have an à la cart breakfast area that is adult only and the breakfast was wonderful.

Literally a stone’s throw away from the Airport, but you wouldn’t know when on the complex. Bedrooms were what I’d call typically Caribbean, not overly modern but clean and spacious. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the food. A huge variety of great food though out the day in the buffet restaurant, and the Pool side bar and Silk Asian Restaurant were great. Staff were always friendly, continuously bringing pool side drinks etc. The evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable, the grounds pleasant to explore although the main pool was a bit busy for my liking. The beach was nice, but despite their daily clearance had a lot of weed drifting in with the rough sea’s which was probably the biggest disappointment of the trip. We visited the Pitons, did some snorkelling of sugar beach which was great, but the walk-in volcano tour aka smelly sulphur springs visit was a completely unimpressive excursion. Overall, Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa was a very nice complex to stay on if visiting the island.

The hotel surpasses all my expectations. The staffs were incredibly friendly and efficient. The food was delectable, especially for the "Jerks." What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding hospitality.
