This was our second visit to Coconut Bay and we plan to return again. Before we list pros and cons, we need to acknowledge the amazing staff who truly are the heart of the resort and have made both of our stays so amazing! Some of the standouts for exceptional service are: Tari - the first smiling face to greet us at the airport and last to say goodbye as we left. Gabina - my amazing spa girl - the most excellent service! I can't wait to visit her again next year! Pearl - housekeeping, made our room so welcoming and kept it spotless. Gillie, Richie, Keisun - the supreme entertainment trio! Never a dull moment with these three. Made every day fun and were never without a smile on their faces! Harley and Shamil - preparing and serving the most delicious food at the Jerk Tree House. Jedi - lobby bar. Such amazing service,, always smiling and willing to whip up a special (delicious) concoction! Shekina and Starz - excellent service at the Coconut Walk and Flip Flops. The sweetest greetings, huge smiles and exceptional service. Quan, Travis, Quincy - amazing service at Coconut Walk and other restaurants too. Always smiling and helpful! Dre, Mystique, Sharm - pool bar servers extraordinaire! Tirelessly making sure everyone is hydrated and happy!! Now for the traditional review. Pros: Located less than 5 minutes from.the airport (a huge plus if you've ever stayed elsewhere in St Lucia!). The resort is older but very well maintained. The acreage is huge and everything is spread out so, even when at full capacity, it doesn't feel too busy. As we said, the staff are the heart of this resort and do absolutely everything they can to make your stay the very best it can be. Food and drink are top notch and careful attention is paid to allergies/food sensitivities. The rooms are being updated and are very comfortable. The on-site spa is amazing - highly recommend. Activities and sports are available but not pushed. The donkeys, puppies and goats!! Cons (but not really): The beach is beautiful and they do everything they can to keep the sand cleared of sargassum. However, this is the Atlantic side, so it's not crystal blue with white sand Internet service is not great but they are working to improve it. More expensive than other AIs in other countries but the value justifies the cost for us. 5-6 hour flight from Toronto - long and uncomfortable but worth it.

Fee and concierge’s were great. We especially loved yoga and water workouts with Vernon. He is great. All staff was friendly and professional.

What a fabulous resort and Happy team Teddy. Chef Peggy cleaner Kevin bar and Richie entertainment team just for starters this was the best holiday we have ever had. Food was fantastic you can watch nearly every premiership or European football matches in the sports bar on location. Great selection of tv channels in your room also The resort is spotless they are all lovely rooms nice local beer Piton or Heineken.The resort collected us from the airport by cab 6 minutes later we arrived at Coconut Bay plenty of sun beds and umbrellas no need together up early. We will return in the future to this wonderful paradise.

I would just like to say I've traveled to many places in the Caribbean and around the world. This place by far is now definitely one of my faves ! From the moment we arrived until we left. Service, food options, restaurants, staff and entertainment!! I would highly recommend to family and friends. We were a group of 10 and everyone agreed they would come back. We did the land and sea tour with JACK SPARROW!! The tour staff Kason, Edwin and all others were so much fun! Staff at the Resort , Debbie, Melonie, Tari and so many more! We all agree that we felt like family not tourists or vacationers. Everywhere you went they smiled and asked genuinely if you were enjoying your trip. They spoke with us as if we had been friends for years. Just a total different vibe from many resorts I've been to. If your looking for a place to have great fun or just relax they have three different sections to choose from, the food ,service, and spa were top notch! Ask for Gabbi at the spa, body scrub, massage ,facial were top notch! The place was incredibly clean and very sanitary conscious . There was always enough room at one of the three large pools. Top notch alcohol labels too! Obviously like most resorts ,tips are included. I personally do tip everyone, as we know how hard they work and deserve such! SO PLEASE TIP! A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY! I am already booking my next short trip with them after Italy! Can't wait! SEE YOU SOON ST. LUCIA!!

Our stay at Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa for our destination wedding with about 40 guests was nothing short of amazing. From airport pickup to departure, everything was seamless. Every staff member that we encountered gave nothing but good vibes and was extremely pleasant. My husband and I stayed on the Harmony concierge level. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were upgraded and well-stocked, and the housekeeping (especially turndown service and midday treats) was a beautiful touch. The food exceeded expectations. I specifically wanted authentic Caribbean cuisine options for my guests and not just typical all inclusive burgers and fries and the chef delivered. From bouillon to jerk chicken and saltfish, they met our expectations. A huge thank you to our designated concierge, Fee, who went above and beyond coordinating our reservations and even accommodating my bridal party for a special dinner. She was a ray of Sunshine and made it her business to always speak to me and gas me up on the wedding day. The wedding team truly made this experience exceptional. Sarai was patient, flexible, and wonderful to work with throughout planning. However, once on-site, Miss Onita and Allanah took the cake. They were incredible, words truly can’t express how much they poured into our ceremony. They brought our vision to life even better than I imagined, handled every detail, and supported me through every moment, including unexpected rain with such care and reassurance. Special thanks to Mia, the wedding coordinator manager, whose positivity and spirit left a lasting impression. I am beyond grateful to have entrusted Coconut Bay with such a meaningful moment. They didn’t just host a wedding; they created an unforgettable experience for us and our loved ones.
