This was our second trip to this resort. This resort is so close to the airport. The best trip we have ever taken! We went in July 2025 for the first time and just came back from our second time! This place is amazing!!!! Everyone is this resort is so nice, and you feel like you are family. The staff goes out of their way to make it the best vacation place ever. From the first time you get off of the transportation bus from the airport it is paradise!!! Danika at the front desk is the BEST!!! She is so helpful. She helped with our restaurant plans! The Adventure Desk: Ante and Maxwell will set up all of the excursions. They are so helpful! The bartenders are so friendly and are so happy. We had the best restaurant staff Kellyanne Attie and our waitress Lovena!!! Always a smiling face. No waits to get dinner or any meals. No waits at any of the bars. We had Ritchie as our DJ at our foam pool party! So much fun. The last day I had a facial and went to the spa on site. So reasonable with their pricing. Gabina Bidears who so nice, sweet and did a wonderful job with my facial! Jerlissa at the Spa desk was so helpful and so nice. Our housekeepers were the best ever! Shout out to Amanda and Rose (Harmony) side. We are planning our next trip for December!!!!

Spent a week at this resort from 5/2-5/9/26. Stayed in Splash Concierge room. The room was recently renovated and looked beautiful. House keeping was present every day to clean and turn down beds in evening. We received an afternoon snack each day in room as well. Staff at this hotel were very friendly especially bar staff, kids club staff and entertainment staff. My daughter enjoyed the kids club activities in the evening such as silent disco party, hayride, theme party, and camp out. We also participated as a family in tye dye shirt activity at kids club which was very fun. We were able to eat at every restaurant that permitted children and overall the food was good. We also had a special dinner at La Luna which was amazing! Flip flops was our preferred lunch spot as we were either in the pool or at the beach during the day. Rent a cabana for a 1/2 day it was very nice. Water park was clean and fun as well. Nightly music was entertaining in the lobby. Excursion company at resort was very friendly and accommodated our small group of four on an excursion that usually requires 6 or more people and provided us essentially a private tour of Soufferie. And the prices for excursions were decent at resort as well. If I could give any advice, I would suggest theme shows in evenings starting like 730/8 pm. And maybe opening an ice cream shop for the kids to get ice cream throughout the day. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to returning again.

We stayed in the adults-only Harmony section at Coconut Bay Beach Resort and had a very enjoyable experience overall. Before arriving, I was a little concerned about the resort being so close to the airport, but the airplane noise really was not an issue. The planes were not overly frequent, and the noise only lasted briefly when they took off. In fact, being only about a mile from the airport was extremely convenient after traveling. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The only minor issue we noticed was that the desk drawers would not completely close, but it was not a major problem during our stay. I especially loved the pillows — they were so comfortable that I’m planning to order one for home. The entertainment throughout the resort was very good, and we were also impressed with the food and drinks. It was nice to see premium liquor being used at the bars, which definitely elevated the overall experience. We really appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the adults-only beach area, but also enjoyed visiting the family section from time to time. The kids looked like they were having an absolute blast with the foam cannon in the pool, which added a fun and lively energy to the resort. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great vacation and would happily recommend Coconut Bay Beach Resort to others visiting St. Lucia.

Honestly coconut bay was very nice, our room was cleaned everyday. We absolutely enjoyed and devoured the food 10/10 cannot complain! And the only person that made our entire stay, a delight was Row! She had so much energy, a smile on her face on top-tier service, which made up for some of the bad that we endure here. The hotel is kind of outdated they use keycards and expect to pay a tourism tax. Bit otherwise I would recommend here!

An amazing property! The food was excellent, the pools were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return.
