Our recent stay at Coconut Bay was truly memorable, and much of that is because of the incredible staff who made our family feel so welcome. A special mention goes to Emani at reception. He is genuinely one of the sweetest people we met during our stay. He took ownership of a concern I raised and did everything within his power to resolve it. His kindness, professionalism and care did not go unnoticed. Ms Mary, the omelette queen during breakfast, completely changed my opinion on omelettes. Fun fact: I don’t usually like omelettes at all, but for two weeks straight she made the most delicious omelettes I’ve ever had. She greeted everyone with a smile every morning and brought so much joy to breakfast. Shakina, the breakfast hostess with the mostest, deserves huge recognition. She welcomed guests warmly every day and ensured everyone was looked after. Even during the busiest periods, she managed the dining floor with grace and professionalism. The staff seemed happy, motivated and passionate, which speaks volumes about her leadership. Our housekeeper, Cassey, kept our room immaculate and regularly left beautiful notes that made our stay feel extra special. Genia at Calabash was simply wonderful. He helped calm our son during a tantrum, entertained the children, and lifted our spirits as parents when we were feeling overwhelmed. He made sure our entire family had a fantastic evening and went above and beyond for both the adults and the children. Quincy looked after us during dinner service with warmth and a constant smile, always making us feel valued and cared for. Billy in the market area was honest, kind and helpful. She ensured I received fair prices and genuinely looked after me when purchasing items. Her integrity was refreshing. Maryse from the duty-free boutiques on both the ground and first floor became my favourite person to shop with. She was easy-going, customer-focused and incredibly helpful. Her suggestions helped me find several items I had been struggling to locate, and she truly has a beautiful soul. Overall, the people were amazing, the atmosphere was buzzing, the food was delicious, the hotel was immaculate, and the entertainment was some of the best we have ever experienced. Coconut Bay is a resort that I would highly recommend. However, there was one significant issue that personally affected our family. On several occasions, security staff treated my father-in-law disrespectfully, seemingly assuming he was “just a driver.” I encouraged my father-in-law to explain that he was family, but he gently reminded me that no Saint Lucian should be treated differently based on their role or appearance. He was absolutely right. I raised these concerns with reception, who handled the matter with genuine care and did their best to address it. Unfortunately, on our final day, a similar incident occurred again. As visitors with strong family ties to Saint Lucia, this experience was deeply upsetting, particularly because it involved one of our elders. Had I been an uninformed tourist without local connections, I may never have noticed this issue and would likely have returned without hesitation. Sadly, because of this experience, we will not be returning. That said, the incredible staff members mentioned above deserve every bit of recognition for the warmth, care and hospitality they showed our family throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Coconut Bay Hotel & Spa in St. Lucia! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. We were greeted with a cold towel and a specialty drink, and the staff took care of bringing our bags up to our room for us. The resort was beautiful, clean, and had so many activities available every day. The staff throughout the entire property were incredibly kind, helpful, and made our stay even better. The food was one of my favorite parts — they truly kept us FULL all day long! Everything we had from breakfast, lunch, and dinner was delicious. I loved the themed dinners every night because it gave us something new to look forward to. We also made reservations at the other restaurants on the property and loved every single one of them. The food, service, and overall experience at each restaurant were fantastic. My absolute favorite was the Jerk House on the property… I loved it so much that I ate there for lunch every single day! Paradise Beach on the property was absolutely beautiful. The water was stunning, and the water sports were so much fun! The guys running the water sports were incredibly nice, helpful, and made sure everyone had a great time while feeling comfortable and safe. The Adventure Desk was also amazing. They helped us plan our excursions and made sure everything was organized so each experience went smoothly and stress-free. Overall, we loved everything about this resort and would absolutely recommend Coconut Bay to anyone visiting St. Lucia. It was the perfect place for my husband and I ! ???

I visited the resort for 5 nights to celebrate my birthday solo. When I arrived, Shirlanda did an amazing job job with explaining to me all the amenities and personalizing my concierge experience. She did an amazing job (as well as all the staff that I came in contact with) at answering any questions as well as making me feel very welcome by remembering key details. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job at keeping the room tidy & servers were excellent at making menu suggestions. Quincy was an exceptional server on carnival night and provided prompt service. The next day, Gania remembered me from the evening before and made sure to provide the best experience at Trattoria for my birthday. Overall, my stay was amazing! Everything was great, food was tasty, excursions were fun and staff were very personable.

Coconut Bay is a wonderful resort in St. Lucia. The atmosphere is one of relaxation and fun all mixed together. The rooms are clean and the service is impeccable. The value is amazing! We were able to experience premium concierge service for less than the cost of regular service at other resorts. The resort is truly all inclusive. The noise level was surprisingly perfect despite the fact there were a number of families with little kids at the resort the week we went. In our room we could not hear our neighbors or the outside. When outside there was music playing throughout the day. It was noticeable yet not overpowering. It set the mood for a relaxing atmosphere. It was an amazing experience and we plan to go back.

Coconut Bay has smaller dining experiences, and during our stay we ate at Seasons in vegetarian restaurant . We had a large group with ages ranging from 3 to 90. Several of our family members did not know that it was a vegetarian restaurant and were growining when they received their menus, however, by the end of the meal they were won over by the flavors of the food, Chef D and his sous chef did an amazing job and preparing our meals. The menu had nice selection enough to please many pallets. The eggplant was my favoritewhile others enjoyed the Pad Thai. I would highly recommend making a reservation during your stay here. The support staff were also very attentive to all our needs - impeccable table service.
