We stayed at Halcyon Beach end of August for 10 days. The holiday had been booked back in 2020 but for one reason and another had to be cancelled for four years in a row, so it really was a well looked forward to holiday! The hotel came to us on recommendation and wow, I think we got the jewel in the crown. We decided to take the helicopter ride to the hotel, so we saved ourselves the hour twenty journey. It was incredible and if you can do it I thoroughly recommend it! We were welcomed with song from two lovely ladies in reception and then checked in in the Club Lounge whilst sipping a lovely cold drink. We stayed in an Ocean View Club Level room with tranquility soaking tub. The room was beautiful with plenty of room well stocked bar spacious bathroom and a huge bed plenty of storage and gorgeous views of the garden and the sea. The balcony is lovely but make sure you have plenty of insect spray when sitting outside!!! You have choices of all the restaurants and we visited them all. Our favourite was to have breakfast in the Bayside. Veronicas omelettes are incredible. The service from all the stuff is first class, particularly from Bethalina. She made us smile every day and I looked out for her and was happy when she was on duty. On my wedding anniversary she actually went and picked a little flower and placed it in my hair! Little touches she is definitely a credit to Sandals. Lunchtimes, we ate mostly at the bistro bar as we spent mornings on the beach which is so beautiful and so very very quiet just what we needed. We were up early in the morning so we had our spot right by the bistro bar which was a stones throw from the room. You will be served drinks from the guys at the bistro bar and we were particularly impressed with Chris lovely lad. So very friendly he even had a friendly chat with my mum on FaceTime!! Josie was another lovely young lady she was very attentive while we were being very lazy on the beach! Evening meals we experienced all the restaurants. I particularly enjoyed Mario‘s buffet style starter bar and again excellent service which you become a custom to at the hotel. Kelly’s we booked for a couple of meals, but I’m going to be extremely honest and say we preferred the evening meals at the Bayside restaurant. Nothing wrong with the service whatsoever just preferred the food there. We also visited Kimonos which is an experience in itself you have to try that you need to book for this also the sushi bar amazing. The scenery around the ground is absolutely stunning. The gardens are beautifully kept and there are lounge beds dotted about you’re able to chill on. Our day basically consisted of beach in the morning lunch at the bistro bar and then we went to the Crystal Lagoon for the afternoon. It is quieter in this particular part of the hotel there is a swim up bar and they will make the most amazing cocktails for you. It is just a perfect area for relaxation our favourite place. Halcyon Beach was exactly what we needed for our holiday. We like it quiet and that is what we got. It’s probably been the most relaxing holiday we’ve ever had. So apart from being a stunning hotel, beautiful grounds, exquisite beach, I have to say that it was the people that made it so special for us . Everybody cannot do enough for you and they all seem so happy in their work. It was so lovely to see. A really special place we don’t tend to visit a hotel twice, but I’m very very tempted to rebook!! It was our first Sandals experience and I’m certain it won’t be the last thank you so very much .

This resort was the most amazing resort I’ve ever been at it is very comfortable. The team members are very, very pleasant and are just phenomenal. I was very accommodated. The food was amazing. The people are amazing. The accommodation was comfortable. If you ever get the chance to meet Vanessa from the Spa please book with her , she is an amazing woman. We also enjoyed water aerobics and lounging at the pool. We also enjoyed Halcyon and Friends for night entertainment .

Stayed at Halcyon Beach Resort in September for two weeks for my Husband's 60th Birthday and our Anniversary I couldn't fault much there. There was a few little things that could improve meals in the Bayside was a bit hit and miss Bethalina was excellent very intentive and couldn't do enough for you such a credit to your work force a really lovely lady. Spent most of our days on the Beach would be nice to have more comfortable beds all these small changes would make it a nicer place Mikkcala (I think I may have spelt her name wrong) She was always there for refreshments for us and other quests also a credit to your work force making sure we was ok. Wasn't able to get into Kimonos one visit in two weeks. The food was excellent there. Maybe a Ice-Cream Parlour would be nice to have there as everyone likes a ice-cream.

Just back from a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel. The room was beautiful, Joli beachfront room 902, the grounds are lovely and beautifully kept and it is a small and very friendly hotel. You can also use the facilities of the other two sandals sites with the free shuttle, which we tried but always returned happily ‘home’ Friendly is an understatement, we didn’t meet anyone that was not pleasant, helpful, always with a smile and they couldn’t do enough for us - far too many to mention but the staff in the bayside restaurant deserve a special shout out as does the lovely lady who serviced our room (902) I’m sorry but I can’t recall her name but such a lovely friendly lady A very special shout out to our wonderful butlers, Rea, Vito and Pluta. What a wonderful warm and amazing team you are. You made us so welcome, spoilt us with treats and surprises, the bed you made up for us on the balcony ????. We left for home feeling like we had made good friends with you all and we can’t wait to come back, thank you one and all. Save our spot under the almond tree on the beach for us

Sandals Halcyon Beach, like other Sandals properties, is as pristine in person as it is on the web site. It is a smaller resort with a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that makes it a truly rejuvenating experience. The staff are warm and kind, the pools, restaurants, and other amenities so pleasant that you will treasure each day, and be quite reluctant to leave. The bartenders at the pools are always fun and engaging. Sarah Lee at Kelly’s Dockside restaurant is warm and welcoming, a real treat during what promises to be a very good meal. The employees in the jewelry shop, Leesha and Daicia, are so friendly and helpful, but never at all pushy. They make the shopping experience very pleasant. Take the boat excursion with Wendy for a real treat. It is an amazing way to see more of the island, as well as enjoying scuba or snorkeling. Wendy is so sweet you’ll want to hug her at journey’s end. Take the opportunity to meet Della John, the General Manager, during your stay. She is a treat, and does an amazing job making the resort so memorable. Make plans to stay at Sandals Halcyon Beach and you’ll never regret your decision.
