Friendly staff, quiet and intimate resort. We came for our honeymoon and had to come back for our 5 year anniversary! Enjoy being able to stay and have the option to visit the other resorts. People are friendly, kind, and courteous. Really loved the newest addition and spent most of our time at the Cryatal lagoon pool.

My wife and I recently visited Sandals Halcyon. One evening we decided on a candlelight dinner on the beach. This is how we met Aaron! Aaron took exceptional care of us, but more than that, we made a new friend! The next day we came saw Aaron and he said he would have a little surprise for us; which came the following morning. Can I tell you how a small sweet thoughtful gesture can become one of the highlights of a vacation?! We had several interactions with Aaron, and each time, we shared smiles, handshakes, and hugs. Aaron, you personally helped make our vacation special. When we think of Sandals Halcyon, we think of our friend Aaron!

This is an amazing place! We got married there 24 years ago and decided it would be fun to go back. We are sure glad we did! This is an all inclusive resort and they take care of everything for you! It's so fun to not worry about carrying your wallet as you explore and play at all three beautiful St. Lucia resorts. The staff is amazing. They are so good at customer service. from the moment you arrive to the day you load up to head home. Ruth and all of the people at the front desk were wonderful. The food is delightful with many places to suit your schedule and tastes. Raj is doing a great job making sure the food service is perfect. At Halcyon Breakfast is eat at the Bayside grill where you can eggs and omelets cooked anyway you want. The food is great there. Sometimes we liked to eat at Kelly's for breakfast where the view and air conditioning makes the environment great. Say hello to Delores the hostess- she'll make sure you are seated with a smile. Mario's was amazing for dinner. Priscus the host is fun and checked on us regularly. Darin was our server. He great suggestions for our meals and again- just made the evening special. We liked pre-and post dinner drinks at Kelly's bar. Casey can make a great cocktail. Speaking of Kelly's- we liked dinner there too! The beach bar/bistro was another hangout. We loved the veggie wrap there. It goes great with Piton beer and Lover's Leap cocktails! Danyelle was our server there... always happy... a great experience. We didn't really discover the gym until the second week of our vacation. It's a complete gym with all sorts of equipment, free weights and work out areas. A gentleman is available to help you and he was always happy to assist. 30 minute in the gym can help you earn your lounge time! They offer diving, snorkeling, sailing and other watercraft at the water sports area. If you haven't sailed - don't worry their will teach you! We love spending time on the water- so we tried to do that a lot. We sailed in the turquoise Caribbean Sea and saw fish and turtles. The staff there were great. They have all the equipment you need. Spa services I had a mani and pedi with Esame... she's fun and did a great job. Pool time Hanging at the swim up pools and chatting with the staff and guests was fun too. They have volleyball in and out of the pool. Vince, Teven and Daniel were happy to make up all sorts of great drinks. Three pools were great for whatever you were looking for- music or just chillin. Another vacation?? Yeah... we couldn't resist booking a couple. Ciaton's the guy to see. He spent time to make sure we got everything right for the next trips we take. We really liked spending time with him - a very nice person. At La Toc: We went to the other resorts for dinner. La Toc is was a great French restaurant. Make reservations and don't miss it! We also ate at Pitons and the food was great there too. I especially remember the chocolate desert. At the Grand: We ate at Gordon's... make this reservation when you first arrive. It was wonderful. CJ was our server and he made the evening fun and memorable.

From the moment we arrived at Sandals Halcyon Beach, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made us feel like we were home in paradise. The level of customer service here is nothing short of exceptional, and I want to specifically recognize some of the incredible individuals who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Ruth, Saralee, Germaine, Waynelle, and the entire Front Desk team are simply outstanding! Ruth was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Saralee’s smile and positivity were infectious, and she ensured that every little detail of our stay was perfect. Germaine was a problem solver with a genuine approach to guest satisfaction, and Waynelle made us feel so welcomed, handling everything with such care and grace. The Front Desk Associates as a whole deserve a huge shout-out. From check-in to check-out, they were courteous, professional, and always ready with a helpful recommendation or a friendly chat. They truly take pride in making each guest feel special, and it made our experience that much more memorable. The only thing that bothered us was the vendors on the beach, constantly asking about excursions every time we walked by or relaxed on the beach. However, the vendors were not associated with the hotel, so it was not the hotel's fault. This was the only reason I gave 4 stars. The Sandals Halcyon Beach team embodies the essence of outstanding service and hospitality. We will definitely be back, not only for the beautiful surroundings but because the staff made us feel like part of the Sandals family. Thank you all for an amazing vacation!

I've been to other Sandals properties and I have to say this one was my least favorite. The size is just right, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The restaurants were among the best I've had at any Sandals. The food at Mario's was especially delicious! However, the nightly entertainment on the resort was lacking, in my personal opinion. The evenings were all rather lackluster and when there was entertainment, it seemed to be thrown together. Just not at the level that I've come to expect at Sandals. Our butlers, Christal Cadette, Tylar and Princess were all top notch! They were a perfect 10!! Thank you, very much, for making our trip just that much better!
