January 11-16 2025 * * * * Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort grounds were beautiful, clean, well staffed it was relatively easy to figure out where everything was and how to get to everything. The beach was fabulous and we spent 90% of our time there. Gustavo was AMAZING. Beach could use a bathroom so it not such a far walk. No issues finding a lounger! The look was good but hard to find a lounger by the afternoon. The Buffet was well stocked with food (but often cold unless freshly cooked/brought out) and provided a lot of different options. The fresh pizza's were amazing! It was well staffed. We LOVED Tatiana and sought to sit in her section for each meal if possible. She was cheerful, always smiling and super attentive. The coffee was AMAZING. The Grill was good but we only ate there a couple of times. From two young mothers vacationing together, we felt safe here. The only area that would have made our vacation better would have been the room situation.. We initially booked a double pool view room in the "relax" area (somewhere in building 17), which we understood to be the upgraded room and we paid extra for. My recommendation would be to just book the regular/not upgraded room. We had a rough start to our vacation as the "Relax" room was far from what we expected. We had a pretty late check in and decided to deal with the issues of this room the following day. This room smelled horribly of mold/musk and there was mold visible on various pieces of furniture and on the patio. The bedding was moist and there were two random holes in the ceiling above the head of the bed which resulted in us deciding to sleep at the foot of the bed. The patio door also wouldn't lock so we decided to sleep with the lights on just in case lol. We did address this with Leisle at the front desk and she was lovely. She immediately acted on a room change and asked us to go and check it first to make sure we would be happy with it which we were (in building 16). The new room was like any other room i've stayed in in Cuba. It was clean, all of the doors locked and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that gave me the ick was that there wasn't pillow and mattress protectors. The housekeeping staff we had were fantastic and came to our room every day and did a great job. All in all we had a GREAT get away! I would come back again.

Was really good, Entertainment was great, they had different shows every night and dancing classes in the pool that my gf rlly liked. Our flight got delayed so we got an extra day for free and they had a great white party show.

I really like the place, the entertainment was amazing, dancing class has a lot of fun, love the shows every night, white party by the pool is my favorite. Dancers and singers are all amazing

The staff here is excellent. Every person is happy and helpful. The food was good. The beach is excellent. We had a great trip. January 10th to 17th 2026.

We had a great family trip! Every employee greeted us with a smile and the beach here is unbelievably beautiful. The rooms didn’t have a lot of shampoo and conditioner so I would recommend bringing your own. We have three picky eaters and everyone was full and happy after each buffet meal. We preferred the buffet over the Italian restaurant and sadly, our Japanese booking was cancelled but then we had a Gala dinner followed by an amazing poolside show and party. Overall, it was a blast and we were very happy!
