at most a 3 star. resort in very bad shape, not well maintained. found a live roach on the head of the bed waiting for us when we entered the room (see picture). toilet without seat in our room. glasses not cleaned , bad concierge service. not the type of vacations expected for this price

Great stay! Amazing staff! Thank you to everyone for such an amazing stay. The food was great, all the staff took time to make sure we were well taken care off.

The staff are the best thing about this resort: - Maria (the omelet lady) - Yoan - Rosie - Yaniella - inorge - Kendra - Karla - Maria Carla - Zayli - Boris - Julio - all the waiters in the buffet and the restaurants All this staff mentioned above are amazing, and many more. Really nice and accommodating and always serving with a smile.

The hotel was very friendly. I had a great experience and these people Kendra, Rosie, Inorge, Yoan,Julia,Yaniella Maria ( omelette lady) were really great. They were very friendly and professional. They made us feel very comfortable and helped wherever we wanted.
