Greeting from rusia! Staff friendly, clean room, clean hotel. Beautiful beach. Alex Social Media o the best one, helpful. Good food, the special restautants are goods but are under reservation. The shows are good. We felt at home, we will come back soon

Thank you very much to all.... Good hotel. Clean rooms every day. Alex CM very friendly and helpful in the social media. The staff is nice and always ready to help you. You can take a good coffee in the blue bar in the mornings and a good variety of cocktails. I'll come back soon.

This hotel has beautiful beaches and amenities. All the people where very helpful like those in the buffet merkado like Yanelys and Andy who where very helpful and friendly with our Little ones helping us get everything we needed to them, the people really make the experience worth it.

Stunnig beach and services. The special restaurants are good, but you have to book first, so contact the hotel in advance and Alex will arrange everything for the first night. Thank you Alex CM for your support before and during my stay. Very helpful. The maid cleaned the rooms every day. See you next time.

We are here now and are simply in ?? We don’t understand where such good reviews came from?? We’ve been to Cuba 3 times already, these is the most expensive trips and I can confidently say that this hotel is definitely not 5 stars and is overpraised. 1. Dirty. In rooms, in lobby, bedding, even the walls. Everything is dirty with streaks or stains 2. Cleaning in the rooms. We come back from lunch and it’s still not cleaned. We have to hang up "do not disturb" in order to relax and as a result we are staying without cleaning. 3. Bar. This is complete horror!!! We haven’t seen anything worse. Beer, cocktails, everything is 90% water! Not only there are no choices of cocktails, but there is also water. For this, 1 star. There is no champagne. 4. The ocean is excellent. Although it is the rainy season, we knew it. 5. Wi-Fi. You have to know, no internet there.Just sometimes working. I’ve always had it in other hotels. 6. The staff are lazy and unsmiling. Thanks only to the girls in the lobby who work in the first half of the day, they save the situation with good coffee and only they make coffee so delicious. Thank you, my dears!?? 8. Room. Safebox to close, you have to break your fingers. 9. Show.. The children's party is much better than this amateur performance. They dont have amphitheater so everything near the pool,faces of tge actors to pool backs to us.....as minimum uts strange.The hotel is completely boring, there is not even any entertainment. In other hotels we were in a hurry to attend the show program. 10. Elevators. Dirty and always out of service. Always full and you constantly wait. I don’t want to spend my vacation waiting for the elevator! 11.Choice of Food for Cuba is normal.But some people had issues with stomack and we afraid not to get the same issues. Repair the grill for bread, otherwise the bread rolls like on a carousel for 10 laps and it arrives dry and not fried. I worked around the world in tourism for 5.5 years. I saw different things. Even in the poor country of Tunisia, this did not happen. But now I compare Cuba with Cuba and this hotel is definitely not worth the money. Yes, I give out tips and gifts, but this does not change the quality of alcohol or service!! Now this is complete impudence!! Guys, work! Don’t go and tell us how bad your life is and how small your salaries are! We understand and feel sorry for you, but we pay and we want to receive service and normal rest for such decent money!!!
